The scope of work included: - A full kitchen remodel including stripping out and installing new cabinets, electrical upgrades to bring them up to code, some plumbing work, backsplash and wall repair. - Remodeling all our bathrooms :- new bathtub/shower area, tile work etc. - New flooring for the entire house. - Repainting the entire house. - Installing stamped concrete in our backyard. I had a fantastic experience working with The Remodel Nest. The owners, Andrew & Anthony, are attentive and friendly, and they are VERY committed to making sure that everything goes perfectly (well, as perfectly as things like this can ever go. There are always uncontrollable variables in construction). The quality of the work is outstanding and their services are really reasonably priced compared to how much other contractors are charging for similar work. Any time we had an issue it was instantly dealt with and they consistently responded to our all texts and calls within 5-20 minutes. The guys they have working for them are competent and very experienced and we felt really comfortable having them in the house for the duration of the remodel. Andrew came by the house every couple of days to check on the progress and address any concerns or questions that we had. And I can't believe how fast the project was done. We TOTALLY rehauled our entire kitchen (it's not very big) and they finished the entire project in 2 1/2 weeks. And that insanely fast time frame even happened in less than ideal circumstances for them as they had some of their guys out. They did a fantastic job of managing a tricky situation and staying true to the time commitment they made to us. When we move on to our next project of the upstairs bathroom we will definitely be working with them again. You hear so many horror stories from friends and online reviews of contractors being flaky, dragging out projects for months, cutting corners, and not communicating well with their customers. The lighting of the professional after photos has strangely turned the floors brown in the photos but Watermark installed new hickory colored floors throughout our entire house, so they're much more gray than they appear here..
