They have a great chai latte! It is more of a sweet chai, but I've also tried it with cookie butter and with fig syrup and both were delicious! Love trying their seasonal menus.

Stopped by on a Saturday around 11:30am. The smell of coffee emanates into your nostrils the moment you enter the shop. Two friendly ladies working, and the coffee came out so quickly! Couple baked goods (concha, chocolate chip rolled pastry thing). Lots of specialty drinks (Mexican inspired), alternative milks, alternative sweeteners. Said they were out of horchata though :( Got the Chagaccino (mushroom) with whole milk and monk fruit sweetener - really enjoyed this w the earthy flavor. Friend got an iced lavender latte w almond milk, which had the slightest hint of lavender. Cute space with cozy seating, tasty coffee, with many drinks options, including non-coffee items.

Oh my goodness, I have been wanting to come here and it did not disappoint!!! A little Hispanic inspired coffee shop with traditional Mexican coffee infusions, and to come during Christmas time!? What a win. First of all, they have amazing little treats, including vegan donuts. I'm not vegan anymore, but the texture of a vegan donut tops all traditional cake donuts, in my opinion. With fun flavors like, churro, or blueberry lemon with poppy seed, YUMM. The stuffed croissants are also a must have. The service is sweet and friendly, Mia is typically who I see there and she's really delightful to visit with. The space is small and quiet which is great for working and the location itself is in such a prime spot. The end of "Main Street" Gilbert within walking distance of other shops, a micro school, a holistic chiropractor, a church, a park and more! Such a great place!

Nice local interior, very personable and homey. The coffee was made very quick, but nothing jumped out to me as a "must visit again".

09/21/2025 This local coffee shop has been on my list for quite some time! Finally stopped by with a friend after we had breakfast nearby. It's located in a small plaza with limited parking. We got there around 10:45AM on a Sunday, and there were a few people in line ahead of us. Their new Fall menu has pumpkin horchata, pumpkin spice, cold brew pumpkin cold foam, pumpkin cookie butter latte, Spanish pumpkin, and salted maple. The pumpkin spice and Spanish pumpkin can be made with espresso and matcha. I love a plain matcha latte but was intrigued by the combination of pumpkin and matcha, so I ordered the Spanish pumpkin matcha. They use pumpkin puree, and you can definitely taste the freshness. The flavor combo was delicious, and I was honestly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. My friend got the pumpkin spice latte and highly complimented the flavor as well. They also have a small pastry case on the counter with both sweet and savory options - gluten free & vegan donuts, fruit danishes, conchas, and a couple of savory croissants and bagels. I tried the strawberry poppyseed donut - the strawberry icing was tasty, but the donut was too dense for my liking. I heated up the leftover donut in the microwave, and that helped lighten the texture a little bit. The space is relatively small with a couple of small tables, a couch with a coffee table, and a couple of bigger chairs with a small side table. There are a few games in the coffee table and a card set with interesting table topic prompts. My friend and I spent like over half an hour there just chatting and enjoying our drinks. It's a great spot for a coffee/matcha catch-up!

I came for the ghost pan dulce lol which is from another business But I did hear the coffee is good here Spanish pumpkin latte was so delightful! They maintained a good balance of coffee then the added flavor but not sweet! Always what I look for (I don't like sweet) Don't come at 1pm on a Saturday and expect to have options for the ghost bread lol I got the last one, it was pumpkin flavored, poor baby was missing an eye lol It was okay, I wasn't a super fan of the pumpkin flavor and it was a bit dry but I imagine maybe a fresh batch would hit right I would give another try and look forward to trying more of their coffee Limited seating and parking. Very cutesy aesthetic. Small place to catch up with a friend or read a book

I have been coming back to this coffee shop for a while. I liked everything about this place from the warm welcome with a big smile from their staffs, the inviting and comfortable, a perfect drink every time I ordered my fav Matcha latte to consistently friendly service. Even though the shop quite small but you still enjoy the cozy and relaxing vibe. They also have in-house bakeries that could make your coffee time even better with friends. I would recommend this hidden gem spot for anyone. Come and try it yourself -- for me, I know I will be back again soon.

If you're looking for a Chic meets Mexico you have found the right place. It's location is like the classic hole in the wall that you didn't know you needed to visit. If you're in this part of town and looking forward and exquisite drink and local baked goods or breakfast burrito you have to try this place. The service is absolutely top notch and has an incredible quality homey feel.

A friend and I had been wanting to try a new coffee shop and she lives in the area so we viewed our options and decided this was the pick! Upon entering, the vibes were immaculate. It's a cute, cozy space to sit and chat with a friend. They had a pastry display and I absolutely love conchas so I couldn't resist getting the cookie butter concha. The drink we both decided on was the Pumpkin Horchata Latte, which is a fall menu item. It consists of Casita's horchata recipe with added pumpkin purée & pumpkin spice, espresso. Prior to ordering, I thought that drink sounded amazing and was excited to taste it. However, post taste I did not feel excited as much. The taste was a bit of a let down and it tasted slightly better after I added a packet of sugar :(. It missed the mark for both of us unfortunately. I really would've liked to taste those horchata flavors a little more heavily. The concha however was delicious and was even warmed.

Stopped by Casita Coffee while staying in Gilbert for a family wedding and we are all so glad we did! Amazing customer service and all three of our drinks were genuinely so good. Not to mention the shop is so comfy to stay in and enjoy your drinks and plays the best music. Highly recommend the Iced Peanut Butter Honey Latte, Taro Latte, and the seasonal Chocolate Covered Strawberry with Strawberry Cold Foam. Next time we're back visiting, we will 100% be making a few stops here!

I have been here a fair share of times now. It's always a bit of a drive for me to go out of my way for this coffee unless I'm in the area or at the farmers market. I had won a gift card over the summer from instagram and was able to redeem it recently for the cute snowmen cups. Definitely used them for our holiday family pictures. The coffee itself anytime i have been was just okay. The flavors are always very very mild. Anytime it says a particular flavored latte or mocha i never taste the flavors. The coffees were fine but just not a lot to remember flavor wise. For example i dream about the kettle corn latte from peixoto every fall because of the buttery sweet goodness. Never had that type of experience here unfortunately and i always want to have that at any local coffee shop because that's all i ever promote is shopping small/supporting local because I hate huge corporate businesses that could care less if you support them or not. So do i like the coffee and matcha here...sure. Its good. Would i go out of my way multiple times no. Service is always fine. Also nothing memorable again. But that's most coffee shops in Arizona. I haven't been to one coffee shop out here in general where you feel super welcome.

This place was ok as I expected the drinks to be a lot better. I ordered a seasonal drink (off their spring menu) and for some reason could not taste the special flavoring and it was very bland. The inside was pretty busy and a few of the available spots were taken by what looked like employees as they were planning future events. The decor and space was well decorated and clean. Their seasonal drinks change every season so they have new ones for summer!

Would try again, first time having and I got the cookie butter coffee. Added an extra shot because I usually like my coffee strong but it was still very milky and didn't quite taste like cookie butter.

I stopped in around 6:00 pm to get some work done before a cycling class. The first thing the cashier told me was that the espresso machines were already shut down and that only hot tea was available. I asked what time the shop closed, and he said 7:00 pm. Since I still had time, I decided to stay and purchased tea. After sitting down, I was told--due to construction--that they would be "locking up soon." I assumed this still meant 7:00 pm. I received my tea around 6:10 pm, and by 6:20 pm I was told they would be locking the doors and turning off the lights. At that point, it felt passive-aggressive and misleading. If I had been told upfront that the shop was closing early, I would not have ordered anything. I specifically asked what time you were closing, and that information was not communicated clearly until after I had already paid. Additionally, if the shop is supposedly open until 7:00 pm, it's confusing why the espresso machines were already turned off at 6:00 pm. As for the tea -- 2/10. I didn't even finish it. I'm sure the coffee may be good, but this is the first time I've been to a coffee shop where the espresso machine was shut down an hour before closing. Lastly, as a study space, it's very limited: only two tables with about eight chairs total. There are outlets, but not nearly enough to support people working. Overall, the lack of clear communication and the rushed, uncomfortable atmosphere made this a disappointing experience.

Villa Meola is a coffee shop that feels less like a transaction and more like being waved inside someone's actual home, because that is essentially what it is. They named the spot after the nickname for their own house, and you can tell. The kids drink menu (yes, a real one, with a "Kiddy Winnie the Pooh" that my child now demands by name) means small humans get treated like guests instead of obstacles. Big humans get traditional Italian espresso pulled on a manual lever Astoria machine, which sounds like a flex because it is, there are roughly seven of these in the entire state and the result is a crema so silky it should be illegal before 10am. A few things to know going in: * Order the Cannoli or the Caprese latte. They make their syrups and milks in house and you can taste it. * Get gelato from Gelato Cimmino next door, same room. Mario Cimmino is the real deal, and the affogato situation here is the most efficient delivery system for joy in the East Valley. * Focaccia pizza is sneakily excellent. Fresh, delicious, and the perfect pairing to any drink. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or a full coffee moment, you won't be disappointed. Another major plus: the prices are reasonable, and the line moves fast. Even when it's busy, the service is efficient without ever feeling rushed.
