So glad I found this spot. I know their food truck and I'm so happy to see them in a brick and mortar. I needed a spot to work for a couple of hours and this was perfect. I met the owner as well and he was so kind. I'm glad to have found some community within the community. Home made horchata was spot on! The shop is cute! I was hesitant to wait in line for Casita Coffee at the Gilbert farmers market, but I'm so glad I did. They were BUSY a for good reason - the coffee is fantastic. They have tons of uniquely flavored drinks: horchata, lavender, peanut butter. I went with the horchata latte. It was well balanced: not too sweet, not too milky. It was the perfect drink to sip on while walking the market. Staff were very friendly, line moved pretty quick, and drinks came out fast. Will be trying another flavor during my next trip! read more

My toddler also loved this coffee shop. She was playing with some of the toys they have. We were there on Thanksgiving Day and it was busy. The wait is worth it. Google Maps pulled up this cute little cafe when we were in the area, and the reviews drew us in -- so we decided to check it out. This cafe didn't disappoint. From the excellent, attentive customer service to the unique and creative flavor combos, everything hit the mark. They even offer delicous goodies which some are gluten free or vegan. The flavors were bold and unexpected in the best way, and you could tell a lot of thought went into the menu. The matcha was perfectly balanced between the sweet, milk and amount of powder. I have been a Casita Coffee customer since the day they opened their truck on wheels in Downtown Gilbert. I love that I never have to order my drinks half sweet as I usually do. They are the perfect balance of both coffee and whatever amazing concoction I order. Speaking of concoctions, my absolute favorite thing about them is all the Latin inspired drink options like cafe de olla, horchata and churro lattes! I am so excited they have a storefront! I recently visited and it's SO cute! They have tables inside and a few outside, lots of cute plants and space to work. Quite literally the best coffee shop around. I first discovered Casita at the Gilbert Farmers Market, and once I introduced my husband, he was instantly hooked--maybe even more than me! He visits the shop regularly and always raves about how genuine the owner is. I love that he goes (especially because he brings me coffee!). Everything they make is crafted in-house--not just syrups pumped into cups--and it shows in the flavor and quality. ¡Ven a la casita porfis! This place was popping for its opening event. The service was super friendly despite being so busy which is always a good sign. I ordered a cookie butter chai but they had a ton of flavor mix options and their syrup is house made which is always a plus. I ordered a concha as well which was delicious! The chai was a mix so it wasn't very spicy but it was sweet, so if you are particular about your chai then maybe look into the menu a little more. This is a family owned business close to old town Gilbert that shows pride of ownership. The atmosphere is nice and cozy with indoor and outdoor seating and the store is very clean. This is a cute, small coffee truck. I learned about this place through Yelp when heading home from my sister's place in Gilbert. I'll admit I didn't realize it was a mobile coffee shop until I was there. I understand it is run by a single employee but waiting in the sun in 100 degree weather wasn't the greatest and it didn't help that the set-up leaves the customer directly in the sun. I have always been an avid user of Yelp. Never have I felt the need to actually write a review on here although I HATED my experiences and was so disappointed after spending so much money on bad coffee. I've been to the shop once and my three coffee's were either milky or watery. I thought it was just not my cup of tea, although when I tried the coffee stand with my boyfriend at a valentines market, it had to be the worst coffee I have ever spent $7+ dollars on. I ordered a caramel white chocolate LATTE and with the huge event going on I'm sure she just misheard by the fact she repeated cold brew. I just went with it then when I asked for cold foam she asked if cheesecake flavor was okay cause it's all they had. Service here is fine. When we tried the coffee it was so gross and we threw it out and went somewhere else. So disappointed because the stand and shop overall are very adorable and I love the convince of the pop up, I just would not go here again. read more

I went in today into their new Gilbert location and absolutely loved it! The owners were super friendly and I ordered a dirty chai which was made to perfection. The ambiance + decor was super cute ans they have a great cooking space and they have free WiFi and table seating for remote workers. They also have pastries as well if you want a little snack. I received my tea around 6:10 pm, and by 6:20 pm I was told they would be locking the doors and turning off the lights. At that point, it felt passive-aggressive and misleading. If I had been told upfront that the shop was closing early, I would not have ordered anything. I specifically asked what time you were closing, and that information was not communicated clearly until after I had already paid. Additionally, if the shop is supposedly open until 7:00 pm, it's confusing why the espresso machines were already turned off at 6:00 pm. As for the tea -- 2/10. I didn't even finish it. I'm sure the coffee may be good, but this is the first time I've been to a coffee shop where the espresso machine was shut down an hour before closing. Lastly, as a study space, it's very limited: only two tables with about eight chairs total. There are outlets, but not nearly enough to support people working. Overall, the lack of clear communication and the rushed, uncomfortable atmosphere made this a disappointing experience.

A few things to know going in: * Order the Cannoli or the Caprese latte. They make their syrups and milks in house and you can taste it. * Get gelato from Gelato Cimmino next door, same room. Mario Cimmino is the real deal, and the affogato situation here is the most efficient delivery system for joy in the East Valley. * Focaccia pizza is sneakily excellent. Treat it as lunch, not a snack. * Bring the kids. They will not be the loudest sound in the room and nobody will side-eye you. This is the entire point of the place. The Meolas built the coffee shop they could not find. Lucky for the rest of Gilbert, they left the door open
