I stopped in last night (a Thursday) for the first time and I can assure you I'll be back! The service is amazing. My bartender was so friendly and cheerful, it really made a great impression on not just him, but the bar itself. They have a colorful and well-written chalkboard that lists some of their drink selections to the right when you walk in. I sat outside under their awning and I was still able to hear the live band which was really nice. I will definitely be coming back to this location again especially now I know that they give out free popcorn! WIN! read more

Casey's on Central is like my lucky rabbit's foot. Anytime I start my night off here I have the perfect evening. This is a great place, it feels comfortable and friendly. I don't know the owner but they sure do a good job of making you feel like you do. Free late night popcorn is a good reason to come back to this bar after your travels. They have a tiny area where live acts perform and they are masters at fitting(jamming) everyone in and yet not making it uncomfortable. My downtown ritual will always include Casey's on Central, - Lucky rabbit's foot indeed. read more

I'd always heard about Casey's from friends and from walking by because I always park on Central and when I finally went I was excited to find that their prices were very reasonable AND that their Long Islands were very very strong. Seems fair enough to me! Pay very little and get really tipsy. The atmosphere is also very fun. I prefer sitting outside to people watch. We all do it. - don't judge me ... or do. Whatever. This is a really chill place to go on a weeknight or to watch a Magic game. The bar staff is really awesome, too. read more

Can't say much that hasn't been said. Great place to prime the pump before a movie, a dinner or going to some overrated loud club to pay too much for drinks. Seems like everyone going out passes by here also on a downtown night so it's a great place to watch the hotties-if you like that sort of thing..... Good live entertainment also......can't go wrong here unless you want to sit in the corner with someone talking.... read more

Casey's is another cool Downtown bar...great for grabbing a few drinks! It's kind of a small place, and tends to get jammed with people...especially on weekends. As small as it is, they still manage to get live bands on a tiny little stage. I've heard some good music there. They have limited seating outside on Central. They don't serve food, but they do have free popcorn! You can grab a basket and fill it up for those late night munchies! Overall a cool place. read more

Worst bar experience ever. I don't know which is worse the rude and disgruntled bartender or the security guard who abuses his authority. read more

Six-year dedicated customer. Awesome bar, awesome drinks, great waitstaff!! And, then there's Cave Man... He's the best, sort of... HAH

I'm a sucker for any place where you can sit outside and where they pour a real drink - well 5 *'s on both! Like it here!

Staff is always nice and remember your drink! Friday happy hour has free food catered in. It's different every week and always delicious! They have a home-infused "moonshine' that they claim is 100+ proof, that while tasty, I don't believe is that strong. I've had 3 and not really felt them. They have free popcorn! Nice when you want something to pick on. The bar top is also really cool read more

Casey's is my favorite local dive. Great strong drinks, good prices and that weird mullet haired bartender dude BRANDON is hilarious! He's always making jokes and making everyone feel welcome. No cover live music every night. This is not the bar for you if you have a stick up your butt. read more

Because where else are you going to go to get loaded? Casey's is an Orlando tradition. You can't walk by this place without walking in, grabbing some popcorn, and enjoying a drink poured by bartenders with lead hands. If you want something strong, this is your place. That being said, it's a nice little dive with live music and always sports on tv. I'd definitely come back here because, let's face it, I know the drill... read more

With no cover, good music and low priced drinks, Casey's is an open door to the beginning or the end of your night. Either you start there with a few drinks and leave before the alcohol hits, or you let the booze soaked drinks kick you in the face and weld your but to your seat. The choice is yours, but either way you're in for a great night. I give it a thumbs up. Oh yeah, the women there are always a plus, and yes I said women not girls. Have fun, drink all the way up. Responsibly! P.S. THEY HAVE FREE POPCORN ALL NIGHT. What more do you want? Signed, MrKnowItAll read more

Don't ask but I ended up here on a Tuesday night. Great service, friendly staff, and good live music. Careful what you ask for when it comes to drinks because they're mixed strong. I got a red bull and vodka and boy I felt good. I ordered only one. They got a good selection of beers on tap. Of course if you visit, you'll have to grab the popcorn. There's several flavored powder to choose from and my favorite is the bacon cheddar. Fun place to check out before you go bar hopping for the rest of the night. read more

Let's just start with I will never come back to this place again. We've been coming to this bar for the last four to five years every couple months or so and never experienced treatment like this. We were not intoxicated, just gotten to the downtown area, and just wanted them to refund a drink because the drink was made incorrectly. They refused to do it while being rude and upset that we were asking for a refund back. Maybe it's because they were busy, maybe they were upset that they had to work on Christmas Eve, not sure what the real reason was. The patron next to us started getting into our whole conversation and because I guess I'm louder than him I was thrown out of the bar. Physically picked up and thrown out of the bar. Same with my daughter, who is 5'2". She was picked up the same way and thrown out of the bar by the bartender who obviously was discriminating between me and her and the customer that was sitting right next to us. She now has bruises all over her because of this. Shame on you. I've never been treated like this at any bar, or club, or any establishment for that matter. You could've simply asked me to leave. Not picked me up and thrown me out. And I'm not sure if that's how your staff is trained, but to physically handle a woman like that, it is ridiculous. Simply asking me to leave would've worked, believe me. But to throw me out and physically hurt me and my daughter like this, leaving marks on mine and her body, it is unacceptable. But at least I know where you stand and how you treat your customers. We will never come back here, will never recommend this establishment and everybody will definitely know about this. read more

What a fun bar! Went bar hopping on a Monday night. The crowd is mature, fun, and it's off the beaten path. Drink prices are freaking awesome for the amount of shots and beer we drank! Bartenders are on point. I can't believe I have never come in for a drink in all the years I have been downtown. Will definitely be back again and again. read more

Brandon is the only reason I come to Casey's. That bitch is glorious. (Also for Troy and Corey, but that's beside the point).

My drink was a little weak... just kidding I'm still buzzed 48 hours later. Best bar in the world.

Let's talk about Casey's.... last night I went there on a Monday night with a friend visiting from out of town. Another bar down the street recommended we stop at Casey's for some live music as I have not lived in the Orlando area long. Our recommender told us to ask for a waiter he know, BRANDON, so we did. From my first interaction with Brandon I have never felt so publicly degraded and disrespected. When asking which bar tender down the street recommended him, he said in verbatim, "oh did you girls see his d*ck or something? It's huge isn't it" I was completely shocked and left with no words. When bringing our drinks back to the table, he made another comment to me saying, "you girls going out anywhere tonight?" When I explained it was a Monday we had to work in the morning he said again, "You look like you are ready too put out." I was chugging my drink now at this point so I could get out of there ASAP. I was wearing long jeans and a windbreaker and he still took it upon himself to make these comments degrading woman.... as we are packing up to leave he then pulls out Snapchat and sends a video on showing my friend and I's face saying, "I'm having a threesome with these girls tonight, ayyyyeeee!!!" what an outdated, unjust establishment, personally I am trying to figure out what higher power I could tell about this. Absolutely terrible. He needs to be let go. read more

Cute boys hang out here, but the puke-like smell usually deters me from coming here. I prefer to spend time outside on the patio when possible. Usually its so crowded, there are no seats. The inside has a popcorn maker and the server brings some to your table. I question this popcorn, all the time. Drinks are cheap, and gets you pretty drunk. Most people usually pre-game here before moving on to other locations. read more

We can always count on a great time at Casey's. It's typically packed but the service is always great. Brandon and Sharon are consistently delivering phenomenal service. The live bands are always top notch. Perfect downtown bar to stop in and ensure you're going to get great service and have a great night. read more

Strong drinks. Free popcorn. Great people watching. Casey's is never a disappointment. Bonus points if it's a night that they have live music to jam along to while enjoying your drink. Be warned, this place can get crowded! But the atmosphere is so fun even someone as insanely claustrophobic as myself doesn't really mind it here. read more

This bar is an institution downtown. Great bartenders, thick drinks, great music. Great people here, make it a stop for your travels.

Dive bar with an awesome all star bar staff. Known for giving you what you pay for in pours. living in orlando for about 2 years i have visited this bar roughly 100 times. never seen a fight here. its more of an adult drinking crowd here. I will always come back here. read more

If you are downtown, it's kind of mandatory that you spend some time at Casey's. It's just what you do in Orlando. It is everything a bar should be with none of the nonsense that most bars tend to be. Casey's is your comfy pj's. Your worn in slippers. Your gay best friend and your confession booth. Just trust me. It's really great. Like, REALLY great. read more

First of all, let me reiterate I do not sponsor neither Caseys, or any bar downtown. But upon arriving to Casey I was warmly welcomed by Holly. Casey's. You can't even consider yourself a resident of Orlando if you haven't been here. There is nothing fancy about this place and the bathroom situation is often unbearable, but Orlando is in love with Casey's. Great bartenders, strong drinks and an awesome, awesome crowd. crazed loners? check. 20 somethings dressed up and ready for a night of clubbing? check. A rugby team fresh from a game? check. A 50 year old man with his dog? check. This place welcomes everyone and that's the way it should be. read more

The bouncer very forcefully grabbed and bruised my arm last night after failing to adequately voice his desire to see my ID (I'm 32 btw). This was a rude and unneccesary assault. Joyce, you rock my world!!! She makes fabu drinks and will break-dance if you ask her to. I like this place-not pretentious and mean. Plus there's a popcorn popper if you need to snack on something. There are a few bros, but that's any bar on a Saturday. read more

Nothing fancy about this bar, but it is a good dive bar to just hangout in. What I love about this bar is the free popcorn! Great place to start or end your night. Oh and the bartenders are super friendly also! read more

Casey's might be small but what it lacks in size it makes up for in popularity. There is not a night of the week that goes by without a small, or in some cases large crowd gathered around this little bar on the corner of Central and Rosiland. The weekends can bring a line out the door with a packed sidewalk patio area and standing room only inside. I really don't know what it is about this dive that draws so many regulars but it certainly does. Inside there's a wrap around bar in the middle, a few TVs, tables, and a stage area for their live music. They have various musicians playing radio hits as well as jazzy numbers throughout the week, though when the music's playing it can be hard to hear your companion speak. My love is the popcorn machine there, its great to grab a basket with a brew and visit with friends. Casey's has a very laid back atmosphere and attracts everyone from happy hour office workers, to hipsters, to rocker types, to those heading to a dance club after. Its mainly filled with casually dressed 30 somethings out to unwind with a beer and possibly a shot or two as the night progresses. With the friendly service and many regulars Casey's claims I can see while it may be plain its popular. I suggest popping in before or after your usual bars to check out its relaxed charm. read more
