Bless Eva's soul because I was so indecisive with my backsplash and the countertop. I kept going back and forth and changing my mind at least 3 times. They were so booked out until August so finally my day came last Monday and it only took the guys 4 days to complete. During the process of planning, Eva asked me to send in measurements of my current kitchen so I did. She worked her magic on her computer and gave me mock-up of my kitchen. I told her I wanted to add another counter with cabinets since I was lacking that with such a small kitchen. Even after confirming the placement, I changed my mind weeks later and decided on an island. Eva and her contractor came to my house to do final measurements, which made me feel relieved because I didn't trust my measurements. I ordered the Kingston cabinets in the gray ash finish. It is beautiful and lights up my kitchen. To compliment that, I went with the Bianco Swan quartz countertops. I wanted a farmhouse sink and gave the measurements of that to Eva since I bought it elsewhere and it came out beautiful. Everything is beautiful! One thing I really commend JQ for is being super clean. They laid down ramboards to protect the floor and there wasn't any dust in my house. They always vacuumed after themselves. I had a kitchen remodeled before from another company and they were so messy. Dust everywhere, empty water bottles everywhere and they're measurements were so off that I couldn't use a drawer or cabinet. So having JQ do my new kitchen at my new house was truly night and day. I recommend them and I hope you see the quality in their work.

The shower door still looked great, but over the years our home has shifted and the door was no longer square or plumb. We called Schicker for maintenance service and were pleasantly surprised that they still had our original records on file. They scheduled a service visit to realign the shower door and perform a full "service refresh" of the mounting hardware, seals, and silicone. The technicians arrived on time and did an outstanding job--the shower door and glass now look brand new. Special thanks to Hunter and Bob for their excellent work. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything they did, including what to watch for if the house shifts again in the future. We visited their shop shortly after and Gary gave samples for us to review. Since my husband has our counters' measurements, Gary was able to give us a quote the same day. Gary is flexible so you can either order the counter materials from him or order from one of local stone/quartz stores and he can arrange to pickup/fabricate & install them later. Due to the large piece quartz we need for kitchen is back ordered, we ended up using quartz from Gary's shop for our bathrooms and bought different quartz slabs from another stone/slab store for our kitchen & Gary arranged to pickup them up for fabrication/installation. Gary's team needs about 2- 2-1/2 week lead time but at the end, their workmanship is very good so it is well worth it!
