Satay

Recommended orders: pad kee mao aka drunken noodle, and the satay (under the appetizers) they were both 10/10. So were thr veggie egg rolls w the sweet n sour sauce. Very quick efficient service in a plaza w lots of parking.

We were hungry as usual I took to Yelp because we were in the area and found this spot. I was hesitant but hungry so decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, it did not hit the spot. There were only 1 person working the front and it wasn't too busy however it took some time to get the menu get our drinks ordered. I think for a restaurant on a Saturday she at least have two people working in the front not just one. I felt bad for the lady.. The food came out in a decent time however it was just mediocre. It locked a lot of the usual flavoring and given that I am from the same region it was missing a lot of the flavoring I'm used to with the dishes we ordered. The restaurant was somewhat hot inside given it was already a very warm sunny day. I will say restaurant was clean and decor was moderately nice. Parking was decent, we will not be back.

Green curry: bell beepers green and red, bamboo shoots and bail leaves

I was looking forward to eating here because they had eggplant in their green curry and not all places put it in their curry. Their curry is about $18 which is on the higher end of Thai places but I was like it's all good there's eggplant. I got my dish to go and when I got home NO eggplant. I will give them this, the flavors are good and the medium spice is spot on but just a suggestion update your ingredients on your menu if you don't offer it

Found ourselves another authentic Thai food!! These place have delicious and flavorful dishes. We ordered the tom kha kai, fried rice, pad see ew, panang curry and egplant all were delicious. The staff were also nice. Fresh food. Knowing the taste of my dinner- I ordered their mango sticky rice dessert, and definitely a MUST!!! I'm so glad I ordered it to go and had a taste of it. If you're near this area, you should visit it and you will know what I am talking about!

Hidden Gem! In Whittier what caught my attention was the fact they had fresh spring rolls which I'm noticing Thai restaurants are really featuring anymore but let me tell you this place did not disappoint! It's very open and clean inside, the service was excellent and they are there to answer any questions you might have, there's a lunch special which I believe was 11:30-3 pm but double check ! , below are some of the dishes I ordered but most definitely coming especially being so close

6. Pad Woon Sen (Glass Noodle)

Came in here expecting Thai Aree and not realizing it's changed names and ownership. To be fair, I haven't visited since before the New Year. Crestfallen to find that the one menu item I came in for with a craving for, isn't offered in the new menu. (It was that egg noodle bowl with bbq pork) Instead, I had to decide on something completely different from what my hunger wanted. I settled for the Pad Woon Sen. (photo) it was delicious and my first time trying it. The taste reminded me of the pad see ew, but with different noodles.

The food is great, portion size is generous, staff was also very nice and attentive! The Mango Sticky Rice is most definitely the highlight. Would go again!

Loved this little cozy Thai spot! The young coconut drink totally took me back to my Thailand trip. The Pad See Ew and Pad Thai tasted super authentic, and the Chicken Satay was packed with fragrant herbs and so yummy. Definitely coming back for more!

This has become my go-to spot whenever I'm craving black bean noodles! Ever since Culinary Class…read moreWars, I feel like the food here has improved overall, and I've really been enjoying it. The black bean noodles are affordable compared to a lot of other places I've tried in OC, and the portion is pretty good for the price. I also love how quick and convenient everything is. It's mostly self-serve, so you can order, grab what you need, and enjoy your food without having to wait around too long. I especially like coming here when I want a quick lunch or I'm eating by myself because it's super casual and easy. Overall, good food, affordable prices, and definitely one of my favorite spots for black bean noodles!

Right when you walk in, you'll go to the counter and order before seating yourself. You'll also fetch your own water and napkins. Our table of 3 got the following to share: 1. Jajangmyeon: Comes with pork and veggies and lots of black bean sauce! This dish was very flavorful and I enjoyed the nice chew of the noodles. I did feel extremely thirsty after the meal though, and I think this may have played a big part in that with all the flavor haha 9. Beef Jjamppong: It was nice to get some additional veggies in and some soupy goodness, but I still preferred the experience of the Jajangmyeon more. This one was fine but did not stand out too much. 22. Sweet & Sour pork: I like that they put the sauce on the side for you to dip, so the pork stays crispy! There's also a couple pieces of wood ear in the dipping sauce.
