The place wasn't busy, it's small but have plenty of seating available. The order only had two, but they were big rolls. After biting into it, there's lots of vermicelli noodles versus the rest of the filing. The Peanut sauce is very good, a bit gooey than others but the flavor is there. Overall, pretty good. I am a huge fan of vermicelli noodles in general, So i wanted to try this out. I had the grilled beef with egg roll vermicelli dish. It was so good! So much flavor! they do something different the onions are stir fryed and that is different than other. The beef is delicious and i enjoyed the egg roll. I think you can tell a place is good on there egg roll! The staff was beyond kind to me , i only waited 10 mins for all the food i order for my family and they kept me informed. However, as I bite down further, I discovered the meat was previously cooked and has been sitting there for probably 1 to 2 days. The soup tasted as it relied on msg to do the job. I walked in and two people at the register stopped talking and told me to sit wherever I wanted. They quickly took my order and made no effort to be friendly in any way. It was my first time here and, given that I was the only one in the store, I was expecting a "How's your day going?" "Is it your first time here?" "If you have any questions or need any recommendations let me know!" just generally any basic customer service. instead I was greeted at my table with a "what do you want to order?". The service outside of that was quick, my bowl came out soon and they immediately brought out any sides and drinks. The best way I can describe it was that the service was quick but not friendly, which was a let down considering I was the only person there, I wouldn't expect super friendly service or anything special if they were busy. For the first half of my meal until someone else came in there was no music playing and the people at the register had stopped talking, it was almost too quiet. It made eating there uncomfortable and unwanted. The decor itself was nice and modern though, and the store smelled nice, the atmosphere though was not my favorite. I ordered the the beef bone pho and it was $17.50 before tax which is on the pricier side I would say. the picture on the menu had advertised three beef bones, when in reality it was only two. Nothing was spectacular about this bowl of pho. I felt that the broth to Noodle and meat ratio was way off. there was not enough broth to my liking, so I finished the broth before I had gotten to my noodles or my meat. For a price this high, I was expecting more food at a better quality. nothing about the broth was particularly exciting. It was on the fresher, lighter side, which isn't a bad thing, but because there was less broth than normal, the lime I added was a little too strong. The beef bones themselves were not of high quality. The meat was not tender enough and did not fall off the bone. A knife was provided but it was a struggle to use with how firm the meat was. Out of my excitement I decided to pop in on a Saturday around 1 o'clock and walked into four people playing a card game in the back. Was seated right away and had my order taken right away, but had the other three people playing cards continuously look at me the entire time while talking, I not only found it Rude but found it very unprofessional. I sat there while trying to eat, but the lady with short hair would not stop looking at me and talking, and I felt very uncomfortable and did not appreciate her staring. Within this time, someone walked in to deliver an order and decided that they wanted to order something for themselves from your restaurant, but your servers continued to play their card game and decided it's not realize that she stopped looking at the menu and was ready to order, but instead she walked out without ordering something for herself. After I called them out for it they laughed. Absolutely horrible. I asked for containers to go and the three once again decided to laugh and look at me the entire time until I said stop looking at me. The quality of this location has gone down. When entering, employees were more concerned on getting back to their poker game and rushed to complete the orders being made. I gave them a $5 tip added to my order and just before I left l, I asked if I can get Sriracha sauce. The employee stated it was in the bag. I walked out to open my meal and there wasn't none in there. I went back in, and employee then asked how many packets you need? I've gone there many time before.
