For the first half of my meal until someone else came in there was no music playing and the people at the register had stopped talking, it was almost too quiet. It made eating there uncomfortable and unwanted. The decor itself was nice and modern though, and the store smelled nice, the atmosphere though was not my favorite. I ordered the the beef bone pho and it was $17.50 before tax which is on the pricier side I would say. the picture on the menu had advertised three beef bones, when in reality it was only two. Nothing was spectacular about this bowl of pho. I felt that the broth to Noodle and meat ratio was way off. there was not enough broth to my liking, so I finished the broth before I had gotten to my noodles or my meat. For a price this high, I was expecting more food at a better quality. nothing about the broth was particularly exciting. It was on the fresher, lighter side, which isn't a bad thing, but because there was less broth than normal, the lime I added was a little too strong. The beef bones themselves were not of high quality. The meat was not tender enough and did not fall off the bone. A knife was provided but it was a struggle to use with how firm the meat was. Out of my excitement I decided to pop in on a Saturday around 1 o'clock and walked into four people playing a card game in the back. Was seated right away and had my order taken right away, but had the other three people playing cards continuously look at me the entire time while talking, I not only found it Rude but found it very unprofessional.
