Came In and were instantly greeted by multiple people. They opened this year I guess in this location they are #3. Staff were very friendly and helped us with questions we had on the menu. Right when you walk in, the place is super clean and surprisingly pretty busy for a Wednesday, which is always a good sign. The staff was great--everyone was greeted like a regular the moment they walked in. Annie, our server, was extremely attentive and made several solid recommendations that did not disappoint. This is my second visit to Pho 45 in 4 days and both experiences have been great. The business opened recently and had been on my list to visit after seeing a few videos promoting it on Tik Tok. Finding a good pho spot is tricky but I'm so happy to have given them a try! Upon arrival I was pleased to find a very clean and welcoming restaurant with a very friendly staff. Their pho tai is delicious, with generous portions of meat. I ordered a side of vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bok choy, baby corn and mushrooms) and the portions had the perfect crunch, all fresh and delicious. Their shrimp spring rolls were good as well, fresh with the perfect combination of soft and crunchy. Definitely recommend their Thai tea. We came here for dinner and the first thing we noticed is that this place is extremely clean and the workers were welcoming. They told us that they have just been open since the new year. We ordered two bowls and one order of egg rolls. Their egg rolls are a bit small but we're packed with flavor and reminded me of the ones that my mom makes. There is only one size of pho bowls but the broth was clear and very good. We came with our two 4 year old kids and they both received a free bowl of noodles and broth. We live in Whittier but we'll gladly drive a few miles to eat at this place again. read more

This is a new Pho restaurant with new management! When entering the restaurant, it is a brightly lit environment where the manager (or is it owner) will greet you himself. As this is their third location, I was concerned that the quality might not be up to par with their other locations (a common problem with expansion). At the very least, their Pho Dac Biet and egg rolls are still on par with the other locations. Because of their consistency with the food, good customer service (which I hope continues beyond their first month), and clean environment, I would recommend this to anyone within the area. read more
