Really solid food and great service! They have a "Soupreme" style add-on for only 50 cents, which gives the soup a nice garlicky flavor. I definitely recommend trying it if you like garlic. The Soupreme fries were probably my favorite part of the meal. They were super crispy and satisfying, and surprisingly, they didn't really get soggy throughout my meal. I'd honestly come back just for the fries alone. The pho noodles also come with free refills, which is a nice bonus, but the portions are already huge so I didn't even feel like I needed one. I wouldn't come here just to try to maximize the refills because you definitely get plenty of food already. Overall, the food was good and the servers were very attentive. I tried the combo pho and mozzy sticks. The pho - the reviews are true. It was one of the best tasting broths I've had in the area. It was just deep and rich and healing. The noodles were tender. The meats were great. I loved the beef belly, yum! Mozzy sticks - I loved the mozzarella was wrapped in wonton type papers and deep fried. Definitely gave a unique twist. The deep fried paper was very delicate with satisfying crunch! The mozzarella was good cheese. They offered two sauces, one being their garlic aioli and another being a sweet chili red sauce. I felt neither of them really worked for me. The garlic was too strong and took over all the flavors. The sweet chili didn't match. I took remaining mozzy sticks home and ate them later but they had become so salty, like the salt concentrated as they got cold or something. Peculiar. I'd say mozzy sticks made an attempt and fell short. But! Try them for yourself, you may think I'm crazy lol. Definitely would return for pho. It faces Whittier Blvd so it's easy to find if you are driving along, but cannot see if you enter through the parking lot in the back. It's sandwiched between Starbucks and The Stand. Lomo Saltado was very good, although some of the filet mignon pieces weren't as tender as I expected for medium rare. The flavor was good and meat was well marinated. The co-owners are two of the most kind and genuine people. I had a conversation with one of them, Andrew, about my first experience and the meat smell and we ended up concluding it was probably the filet mignon. In a matter of weeks, they ran multiple taste tests and switched to a completely different brand, and tonight, it was a 5/5. Truly incredible dedication. GARLIC PARMESAN FRIES: 5/5. They fry using tallow, so the texture is insanely crisp on the outside, and pillowy smooth on the inside. LOMO SALTADO: 5/5. So tender, so clean, so flavorful. My partner and I agree it's better than the one at SUP. PHO SOUPREME: 5/5. Meat lovers rejoice. I don't think anyone can complain about quantity or quality here. The rib is braised for twice, the first time for hours, and then once more right before serving, which makes it incredibly tender. VIETNAMESE COFFEE: 5/5. Noodles- solid noodles that they make to order. You can also take a look inside their open kitchen to see how they cook their noodles to order ( and they have a nice waterfall of hot water that runs continuously with the noodles) Toppings- the usual extras you get from a pho shop however, they offer pickled white onions here that are so simple yet so addicting, and they boil their bean sprouts (which is actually the way you're supposed to do it so you don't risk getting ecoli) Viral menu item - their large rib pho that comes with all the meats plus a giant rib with bone in tact. Yelp had an event at Soupreme Noodle recently. That's how I came to know about them. I read great reviews on their famous special Pho. I love Pho so here I am on a Wednesday night one hour before closing time. They are located at Whittier Crossing (small corner plaza) between The Stand and Starbucks and across the street from LA Fitness. What a great location! Decent size free parking lot. They have a back door, but it is preferred you walk around to get to the front entrance. Cool and nice front patio seating plus comfy inside dining. Restrooms are along the hall way to the back of the restaurant. Super friendly owners and staff. Soupreme does an excellent job keeping the basics alive, but enhancing the flavors and textures! The Mozzy Stix are made with rice paper, giving it a thin, crispy texture that ive never had anywhere else (and im not a mozzarella stick lover). The Soupreme Pho has an INSANE amount of meat, and its all incredibly tender. The noodles were also firmer and bouncier, in the best way possible. And their onions are PICKLED! Comes with a variety of meats, including and beef bone. The leafs are super tender and flavorful. The pho broth is one of the best I've had. Full of flavor and not salty or overpowering. Immediately seated by server upon walking in. They explained the restaurant is fusion. They don't just serve Pho. They also serve Peruvian and Korean food. Service is fast and attentive. Space is clean and spacious. Open kitchen. Soupreme Fries - 5/5 Fries were crispy and well seasoned. The meat was tender. Sauce was creamy and brought it all together. Egg Rolls - 5/5 Perfect egg rolls. Wrapped it in lettuce, pickled carrots, and vermicelli noodles. Garlic Chicken Wings - 4/5 The aji sauce it came with made the dish. The chicken itself was perfectly fried, but lacked seasoning. Pho Brisket - 5/5 Excellent bowl of Pho. Broth was flavorful, not too oily. Noodles were perfectly cooked and had good amount of firmness. On the same level as All About Pho in Cerritos/Fullerton. Best Pho restaurant in Whittier for sure. Would definitely come back. Soupreme noodle is probably my favorite pho place in this part of LA county. I came here before for a yelp event and loved the food, so I was excited to try the restaurant as a regular customer. I was happy to see that the quality of the food was still very high. The broth they serve the pho with has a deep beef flavor, with smokiness which is unique. They also give generous portions of meat and the noodles themselves are all you can eat. The service here is also always great. Will definitely come back soon whenever we are craving pho! read more

I am a pho-holic and have tried many spots. Don't sleep on this bad boy. The pho broth kicks your butt and pops in your mouth - the flavor is muy muy!! The wings and dippin sauces were so on point. Great spice. Service was great and very attentive. It's right next to Starbucks and entrance in near the street - so you gotta walk around. Worth the walk!! read more

Food was good as you imagine pho would taste like with all the sides, nothing about the food stood out. I ordered for pick up which I was told to order only through their website when I called to order. The service I did encounter was friendly. You park behind the building, which is in a tiny plaza connected to Starbucks and a burger joint. Which they would like you to walk all the way around the building to enter the front. But I entered through the back because it was more convenient. I gave it four stars because I couldn't order over the phone only through their website and also because they want you to walk all the way around to get in. ( you'll get what I mean when you see it.) I ordered the brisket and the filet mignon Phó which did not have labels. The way the meat is cut looks similar. The food was good though. Would go back because it's the closest Phó place to me. read more
