12 Piece Pork & Cabbage Dumplings
    Lisa C.

Been wanting to come here since it first opened, finally made it in today. When they first opened I believe the menu was smaller, now they have many items other than dumplings, which I guess makes sense, to have options for people not interested in the dumplings that day, I went in for lunch by myself, when I saw the menu I started to feel greedy. I know I'll need to come back with friends so we can share. I settled on the pork potstickers. I immediately knew I'd have to come back- they were delicious. And the plate came with 12. I ate every single one and I'm not ashamed. They gave a little trio of sauces on the table, I heard they charge extra if you use them. I didn't notice. There's a chili oil, a garlic sauce and some sort of house made concoction that i think has garlic and soy sauce and something else- it was delicious BUT in my hopeless American fashion I would have liked to have just plain soy sauce and I was too embarrassed to ask for it. I guess that's why take out is a good thing sometimes. One other plus: I got to meet The Dumpling Queen!! She brought me my potstickers and then came back over later to chat. She's adorable & has got the magic hands! The service was good and friendly, it's not a traditional ordering situation though - they have the QR on the table - I guess that's one way they can mange serving all the tables with a small staff. So I guess you order with the code, for pickup or to eat there, and they do the rest. I've never been to a dumpling shop before, the presentation was interesting: all 12 dumplings cooked / fried together held together with a sheet of dough. I love that! Very efficient & pretty,

This is my 2nd time here and the dumplings are great. My 1 comment for the chili oil dumplings is having more chili oil. I'll still come back for them. BUT it's hard to enjoy the food as much if I'm needing to wait over 30 minutes (Mind you I was the very 1st person to order when they opened), and I'm seeing 3 orders be finished and served ahead of mine. I was told it's taking THIS long cause the beef onion (Queen style, pan fried) takes longer but this is a bit frustrating. Maybe they need to let their customers know that it'll take this long as a warning.

I randomly stumbled into Dumpling Queen with a friend and we were actually shocked by how yummy it was. Everything was next-level delicious and clearly made fresh... I literally watched someone making the dumplings. That alone deserves a star. The staff was incredibly kind and made the whole experience even better by offering menu recommendations. They were so sweet too when I asked if I could record. The cucumber salad??? Unreal. So crunchy, so fresh, zero chance those cucumbers had been sitting around lol, it was my favorite. The beef fried rice was absolutely divine, and every dumpling we tried was bursting with flavor!!! The green beans and mongolian beef were also super delish! Will def be back to try other options on the menu.

Neighborhood restaurant that specializes in boiled dumplings. Ordered the Shrimp Dumplings, Walnut Shrimp and Dandan Noodle -- they were all good, the noodles were thinner than I prefer, but still tasty. Parking is available in the strip mall, and they do close at 3pm for the break between lunch and dinner service.

I live right around the corner & have been wanting to try this spot out since it opened- We finally went & I ordered the steamed shrimp/pork/ chives dumplings & Chicken Chow Mein- The chow mein looked great but the flavor was somewhat sweet & lacked basic flavor- it was just average. The dumplings which should be the star of this place were overly dissapointing- the dumplings were thick and the filling was a joke. Usually shrimp & pork dumplings filling is minced- not here!! A whole little shrimp & piece of pork chunck meat was inside it- Wth? The flavor was not good at all & I dare say the pork meat was not fresh. After we partially ate our food I asked for a to go -box. I had an entire plate of chow mein & 9 dumplings yet she gave me 1 box- When she brought my bill there was a $1 charge for "sauce". When I went up to the counter to pay my bill I asked what that charge was & she told me it was for the dumpling sauce- I told her she didn't give me sauce- she only brought a platter of dumplings- She told me I used the sauce on the table and that was the fee I was being charged- Again WTF?? All the tables have chili oil and soy sauce- it's like going to eat sushi & you get charged for using the soy sauce LOL! A dollar is nothing, it's the principle- people are paying almost $15 for a plate of dumplings & ur gonna charge for the sauce you put on the table! Waste of time & money!

This local dumpling house is located in a nice strip center and has ample seating. Good atmosphere and you can see them making the dumplings by hand. Server was very attentive and friendly. We received our food in good time and it was all tasty, fresh from the kitchen and made very well. The dumplings were juicy and had lots of filling. Our scallion pancakes were crispy and flaky but not greasy. Although we like our cucumber salad more tangy and spicy it was still enjoyable with good flavor. Not many places make eggplant so this was a treat. Great garlicky and nicely spiced. Can't wait to go back and try more things! One sad note that they don't serve hot tea.

First time going to this place. I searched up a dumpling place near by & this place come. It was so simple to place an order over the phone & pick up. Plus the service was amazing, everyone was very nice. The place itself is really clean & inviting. We ordered the beef & o ion dumplings to go & they were a hit!! Plus the price was very reasonable.

We came here for something different nothing heavy like Mexican food, or sandwiches so Dumpling Queen is where we decided and it was very tasty. We ordered just 2 items orange chicken and dumplings. The staff are very nice and helpful. We mentioned it was our first time. One of the customer overheard us and said we needed to try the noodles, he came over to let us try them. They were great. The ambiance is friendly and clean. It's a place we will come again. Thank you,

I was able to get seated and served quickly. Loved how attentive the waitress was and she was very knowledgeable of the menu. The portions were great and loved how there was refills on the rice. I would definitely return to try more items on the menu.

I came back and sadly things have changed for the worse. The water served, tasted terrible. My party detected a foul odor in the restaurant which made for a less than pleasant experience, Customer service could improve. Food was greasy and oilier than ever. I hope they listen to constructive criticism to help get the restaurant back to what it was. Sadly I won't be returning.

This place will keep you fed and full for a good price. The chicken dishes here are all pretty…read moregood. The soy chicken is super sweet though, to the point where it tastes like candy, so I would be careful w that one if you dont like sweet things. I was in the mood for shrimp the last time I went so I asked for a shrimp dragon bowl. The lady spoke very fast and in very broken English. I believe she asked what type of shrimp and I asked what type they had and she had me go down to the steam table that had one type of shrimp, so I was like "ok, I guess that's the one then." The portions and the cook and temp on the shrimp was really good. The sauce on them was straight up mayonnaise though. Looking back at their menu online I now know this must be their walnut shrimp. Never saw any walnuts though. All mayo. So the next time I go I will ask if I can get a bowl of maybe some sweet and sour or spicy chili shrimp because the mayo all over the bowl was kinda gross. Their firecracker chicken, orange chicken, kung pow chicken are all good and the egg rolls they give as part of the combos are the highlight of the meal for sure. The past couple of times I have gone they were still stocking the drinks in the ice bin so when they asked me to take a drink as part of the combo each time they had not stocked any of the sugar free sodas. I mentioned to them if they had a diet soda I would take one and they just stonewalled me and didn't reach over to the stack of cases of diet soda along the wall of the restaurant. So yeah, not the most helpful of service sometimes. I think it might be because they are always so busy and they have one speed where you don't stop to smell the roses and make that connection, but at least you can say that they keep the line moving.

I think this is the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. Got Orange Chicken (no flavor) Fried…read morerice (super dry) noodles (again flavorless) The order was wrong. Ordered a large pork fried rice (got shrimp) Honestly it was bad. Oh the egg roll tasted like dirt. It's a walk up and order establishment so I won't address ambiance. I don't get the hype about this place. I've had better from the Panda chain.
