We ordered our bagels for Easter brunch from here. Picked them up Easter morning, and they were the saddest bagels we had ever seen. They were thin and the hole was giant, especially in the everything, plain, and blueberry bagels. I've included a photo of the everything bagel. We ordered then sliced, they were not. Love they have ample parking space. May be because the neighboring business was vacant, but this was to Panera's advantage. Sip Club member here. Got thirsty, so looked up my nearest Panera on Yelp, and here we are. My son and I put in our own orders. I got the green tea and my son ordered the Citrus Punch. Interesting that the replacements to the charged lemonades were not all available at this location. My intention was to order the Blueberry Lavender Lemonade (a charged lemonade replacement), but that was not available, nor was the Pomegranate Hibiscus Tea. Likely will swing by again if I'm in the area just because it is Panera. I don't know what previous eatery occupied this building before, but they have a small banquet type room that looks ideal for studying or even a small gathering. Props for this feature. read more

Shame on the people who vandalized the bathroom with grafitti, but that didn't stop employees from not locking the restroom with passcodes, meaning only a few of those delinquents hung around. The reason I said that was some Panera was populated with homeless that they had to put locks in the washroom to prevent them breaking in. Restroom lacks toilet paper but at least I don't need a code to get in, fairly dirty. Dining room is also dirty, dirty carpet, unclean tables, dishware stacked at the trash cans. What's up manager, hire a Dining room attendant! Food isn't what it used to be. Like all pist- covid eateries, prices went up, serving size went down. I always to self check in on the kiosk. I put in my loyalty cell number for free stuff. Employees don't bring the food to your table after check out anymore. You get added to a queue and pick up your own food. Condiments are available along with to-go containers next to where you pick up your own food. You also bus your own table and take your empty ware to the receptacle. Soup was lukewarm, place felt dirty, unsanitary. Little to zero contact with employees. I'm guessing that's the plan. read more

This Panera location always comes in clutch when I need a quick lunch or when my Postmates order for the office screws up. They're always pretty good to whip up our large order quickly during lunch rush. I especially love how convenient my breakfast order has been and how accurate too. I am a long time customer of this location, I believe that all the Management is familiar with me. On many occasion I have asked the person taking my order to please communicate to the chefs to please include all the ingredients of the salad. Today I ordered the usual Pick-2, salad and soup, I always request extra chicken (well knowing that I am paying more for extra anything). 99% of the time I am picking up dinner for my wife. Again, I bring my wife her dinner just to find again that the salad is missing 3 ingredients and only has 3 strips of chicken. No extra chicken! Not happy here tonight! I'm paying $10.99 a month for drinks. I come in tonight and they are out of iced coffee, iced tea, green tea papaya. The hot coffee is not fresh and is lukewarm. I asked the employee behind the counter if they can put out more iced coffee and they replied back with a big fat NO. I'm a paying customer, If they are out of just iced coffee that's fine I could drink iced tea, but no they are out of that as well. What really makes me mad is that they are behind the counter smiling as if it's just a big joke. I've been to this location twice and I was not happy at all. First let me say the staff was nice and polite. I've been trying to get the Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack exactly how it come. The first time I went they didn't have any tomatoes (which really blew my mind). Then I went back maybe a month later and they didn't have any green Goddess dressing. So we ordered a next day pickup for 11/21/22 at 7:20AM in the morning. Order was for 9 Items - Order Total $81.44 We arrived at 7:35AM, and found that the order was not ready. Waited for a few minutes, then asked about our order. They could not find it, and asked us to confirm we had actually ordered. They used my phone to confirm that order and seemed to initally not believe me. Very strange. They started to prep the order at about 7:50AM, and I left about 8:10AM. I completly understand that these thing happen, we understand Panera is very busy in the mornings, it's just breakfast, no big deal. This however was a relativly large order, including a coffee caraffe, which took a while to prep. Unfortunatly this made us late to work, and we were a little pissed.. but no big deal. The horrible part, was the manager we spoke with who was very dismissive, When they could not find the order. The manager responded, "they just lost it", then "We havent received it"... then "sorry we are overwhelmed and missed it" . We asked if there would be a discount, or something for the inconvenience, she said there was nothing that could be done. Another staff memeber offered a cup of coffee... but we were taking a whole caraff... At least the staff are nice... but that manager was horrible. The manager was very impatient and had zero concern for the inconvenience on a large order for a frequent customer. I want to be clear, I'm not asking for the whole thing to be free.... Just throw a cookie, or something in when inconvienced. Just want to share how bad the service from this manager was. We are here almost twice a week buying soups or bagels. My orders are very often a little delayed, but the staff are super nice and offer me cookies, muffin, drinks, bread anything to make up for a small 5 to 10 min delay. How nothing could be done on a large order, with a one hour delay is kind of crazy. Now... the breakfast was great and the food is almost always on point. But give yourself a few extra minutes, so you wont be late when ordering from this location. I sent this in an email to the regional general manager, but no response.
