We come once or twice a year during the summer season. Last night we had excellent food, service and ambiance. We sat on the back porch for dinner which was a nice indoor/outdoor combo as the night got cooler. We ordered the special grilled lobster, special Portuguese wine, and pork Milanese after starting with the chicken wings (delicious flavor and meaty) and the mixed green salad which was large enough to share. It took a little longer for the entrees to come that we expected but they were hot and fresh out of the kitchen so it was ok. Reasonably priced for 2 adults including drinks. Needed to get out of my car and have a cocktail after a hellish drive and stumbled onto this place. Set off the road it's unassuming until you get inside. Cute dining area and large bar for dining. Has a great happy hour and raw bar. Staff was wonderful. Tried a few things on the menu....all good. I would describe the menu as seafood with a Caribbean twist. Will be stopping there again for more food and wine. Stopping just for oysters and champagne is worth it. read more

It's undoubtedly the place can offer all these This was the place where my younger (6y) has ordered octopus and didn't want to share a single bite, saying too good to share Or where my oldest (9y) was busy to devour the calamari and tuna sashimi swearing these are the best she had. And kids tried and loved the oysters so much!!! We enjoyed everything, from the first moment stepping into their charming garden, on live music rhythms, to all the deliciousness we got to try while enjoying our family dinner at this amazing place. The food here is amazing. It was fresh and so flavorful. We liked it so much we went twice in one week! We had the grilled salmon which was cooked perfectly (and clearly not packaged salmon), shrimp tacos, burger and the chimichurri steak. Everything was delicious. We sat outside. It's just picturesque. It started to rain, the manager asked everyone if they'd like to come inside, we had a large umbrella over us and opted to stay outside. read more

This was our first time here since a new restaurant replaced one we dined at on several occasions. The physical space has not changed but the menu has. Inside it was very noisy so we were glad to eat on the porch. We ate and drank well, starting with tostone rellenos and calamari which we shared. This was followed by two Branzino specials which were delicious. One person had the chicken and I stayed with another appetizer, mussels. We also shared an orders of fries and zesty cabbage. The meal ended with a flan. All this was washed down with daiquiris, aperol spritz's and Pinot noirs. The dishes were all large. The cheque came to $ 270 (excluding the tip) - expensive. We came to Casa one hour before closing today and it was wonderful. There was a breakfast menu and they said I could have a few lunch items so I ordered shrimp tacos and they were wonderful. With delicious salsa they hit the spot. My hubby had a hot shrimp dish with polenta and tomato Sauce and that was equally delicious. Had a fantastic dinner here with good friends last night. We were greeted warmly by our server, Sue, who took great care of us all night. We were seated on the deck- a young man with a guitar offered musical entertainment from the lawn below- we could hear him (he was good) but volume was controlled well so we could chat among ourselves. Two of our party had been here before, and started off the night with a couple of "midnight sidecars", lovely lavender-colored tipples of gin and Cointreau. We also tried the tomato martinis, a lighter take on the Bloody Mary, with a satisfying smack of salt, hot sauce, and celery bitters. A perfect accompaniment to the smallish but delicious Eastham oysters that followed. Served with traditional cocktail and mignonette sauces, they were a clean and bracing start to a memorable meal. Sue ushered us smoothly through a quite long list of specials, and answered our multiple questions easily and gracefully- she clearly understood the food being offered here, which suggests good communication between waitstaff and chef. We all went with nightly specials. One of these was monkfish, which I don't see very often on menus. Firm medallions of this sweet mild fish were served on a broad smear of romesco sauce- grilled peppers and tomatoes puréed with almonds, with grilled lemon halves as garnish. Vibrant in tastes as well as color, deftly seasoned and beautifully presented. We also had grilled Ibérico pork, served on a bed of hummus with a scattering of herbs and sliced radishes. A rare treat. The third special we tried was a pair of smoked beef rib tacos. Tender and lightly smokey, served on flour tortillas with aggressively salted smashed avocado, red onion, and cilantro. Simple, perfectly balanced, and served with a beautiful salad of jewel-toned cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced cucumber in a bright dressing. All of this sounds fairly simple in print, but was so perfectly prepared and thoughtfully presented that this tableful of foodies vowed to return. Service was attentive but not pushy- Sue was great, and the busboy gracious and unobtrusive. I can't recommend this spot highly enough. I wish we'd had room for dessert! read more

Great dinner, despite the rain. We were seated under an umbrella, in "the garden." Turned out okay. Swordfish ceviche starter was wonderful, tangy and served with super crisp tortilla chips. The plantains were not too sweet and melted in our mouths. Shrimp tacos--always my favorite, with plenty of avocado and crisp slaw. Monkfish special was superb, with flavors I can't even identify. Delicious food, excellent service, and wonderful ambiance! We ordered the tuna ceviche and burrata cheese as appetizers. The ceviche was fresh; the burrata included the most amazing mozzarella cheese with tomato and onion salad, chive oil, lemon zest, and toasted ciabatta. For dinner, we enjoyed the Faroe Island Grilled Salmon which was served with a dill yoghurt, French beans, summer corn, crushed Yukon gold potatoes, and a Sichuan chili crisp. The cioppino was full of local mussels, shrimp, cod, and calamari and was served in a spicy rich tomato broth over polenta with grilled ciabatta. Everything was absolutely divine! Great new restaurant in Eastham. Came twice for dinner. Nice service - but the front desk didn't have a reservation one night (which I made in person.) Please print a happy hour menu and add a couple of drinks to it! We had the chicken wings, shrimp, oysters, fish taco, pork taco and Cioppino over polenta. The fish taco and Cioppino were my favorite. The wings had a nice flavor to it as well. The second night they had a singer outside which was a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. I'm from out of town and I looked up local spots to eat in Cape Cod. Based on the reviews, I decided to try this new spot, figuring the locals in Cape Cod know the best places. What an incredible place! First, the ambiance when you walk up to the door is so welcoming, warm and inviting. The place was pretty busy and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. We started off with the Braised Pork appetizer and a special off menu appetizer of Sea Scallops. I'm a big scallops fan and these were delicious and fresh!!! Highly recommend when you visit. The braised pork was situated on top of a tostones which to my surprised, the two tasted great together and complemented each other so well! This was one of many Latin inspired dishes here which is great to see in the cape. For the main course, we had the halibut on top of black bean succotash. Incredible flavor and seasoning. Very fresh piece of fish with great taste. We also got the grilled whole lobster. Loved this too! The seasoning on top of the lobster meat definitely accented the sweetness of the meat. The lobster came with the typical boiled potatoes and corn but they grill the corn and top it with seasoning, again to complement the lobster. Our waiter, Taylor was incredibly nice and friendly. Ask for him if you go. He'll guide your dinner menu with great advice. We'll definitely go back there before we leave Cape Cod. There are a few other dishes I want to try. read more

Best restaurant on the entire Cape! This was the best dinner I've had all summer. Will provided great service! He recommended some amazing drinks including the Guava Margarita. We started with Happy Hour oysters, wings, and jumbo shrimp, all of which were amazing. The oysters were some of the freshest and best i've had. And finally, the Cioppino over Polenta was absolutely amazing, better than any Fra Diavolo I've ever enjoyed. GREAT SERVICE. EVEN BETTER FOOD. We were seated promptly--we had a reservation--but asked to move from our table to an outside table in their beautifully landscaped patio. No problem. A few minutes later, they had cleared a table and were ready for us. Nico, our server, was awesome. Knew the menu, knew the specials--there were lots of them. We went with one of two cocktail specials--awesome. From the ham and cheese croquettes appetizer to the Chorizo stew to the shrimp tacos, everything was perfectly cooked--including the flan dessert. Before I ramble and sing the praises- five stars, you can't go wrong, hit them up for happy hour and thank the bartender. Now the singing. When I tell you that we make sure to stop in every time we're up, it's every time, and it's usually for happy hour. We start with a little cocktail, sometimes a mocktail, and their ability to add a spicy little twist to your average cocktail and make it gorgeous is par none. And then oysters. For $1.50 a piece, it's the cocktails happy hour that dreams are made of. (Shrimp, smoked wings, and pork tacos are also on the happy hour menu.) Appetizers: order all of them- but especially the ceviche. This is the happy hour place. It's cozy, swanky, modern, and homey all at once. It's summertime even in the winter. read more

Fantastic Mexican/Latino-motivated wonderful dishes. NOT Taco Bell, but with Latino-inspired dishes, including street corn and plantain side dishes, and wonderful seafood, meat-based, and vegan dishes. We had the shrimp tacos and the puercos verdes (pork with green chile sauce) tacos; both were WONDERFUL. Portions are wondrous-we both had plenty to take home in take-out boxes-but we saved room for desert. We spilt the flan with blueberries, which was incredibly good! We were unsure where to go for dinner for the first night on the Cape-- and so glad we picked this place! There was seating inside, on the patio, and outside in the yard with live music. My husband and I took a trip to the Cape for Easter weekend. We happened upon Casa del Cabo as we explored the area. When we saw the number of cars in the parking lot we guessed this was a place to try. What an absolutely delightful experience. We sat at the bar and ate excellent food, served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had the lamb special and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked! An organization my wife and I belong to organized an exclusive dinner at Casa del Cabo. The evening was magnificent, and though my wife and I have come to know Casa del Cabo from dining there, the dinner and service Casa el Cabo prepared for us exceeded our expectation. Anastasia, co-owner, was our hostess, and seemed to be everywhere at once to make we and our guests feel welcome and at home. She wasn't alone, of course, and our waitstaff of Sue and Olcay and bartender Facundo kept everyone well cared for throughout the evening. The appetizers of Cod & Salmon Ceviche, Tuna Sashimi, and Chili Braised Pork on Fried Plantains were generous and delicious. One could have made a meal on those alone! There is a very good reason CdC's Ceviche is considered among the best on the Cape. Most of our gathering ordered the Ciiopino over Polenta (everyone at our table had, in fact), and here again Casa del Cabo's signature dish was acclaimed by all who ordered it. Our canvassing of our gathering indicated that their Pork Milanese andCilantro Lime Chicken was equally well received. Most of our gathering had not dined at Casa del Cabo prior to this outing, and I estimate a majority of those will now put this restaurant as their "go-to" for fine dining out here on the Outer Cape. One final thought. Anastasia and Ryan, husband and co-owner, stock one of the finest selections of Tequila and Mezcal on Cape Cod.
