The staff was friendly and polite. I ordered the ham and cheese cachito, and oh my goodness... it instantly took me back to the ones I used to eat as a kid in school in Venezuela. The size was perfect, the flavor was spot on, and even though it was a little greasy, it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is nothing fancy, just a normal bakery vibe, but I didn't care. The cachito was that good. I didn't try anything else, so I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but for the cachitos alone, I'd happily drive from Miami Lakes all the way to Kendall again.
