Carvel just released new Nutella items so I had to come by and check it out. I ordered the nutella sundae dasher which comes with nutella soft serve, chocolate crunchies, chocolate sauce and whip cream. It was a nutella lover's dream. This location is clean and updated. The employees are friendly and made my order very fast. They have a ton of flavors, already made cakes, candles, etc. The parking lot is big with lots of parking too. read more

This carvel has been a staple of my existence since my childhood. It reminds me of getting ice cream with my grandma, riding bikes with friends and stopping for a scoop as a treat and just a lot of good memories. That being said it's not perfect, it's not the prettiest carvel and depending on whose working you could either get service with a smile or reluctance. I bought a birthday cake, chocolate chip cookie sandwiches and 2 types of flying saucers. The cake was fine but the cookies and saucers were stale. They had ice crystals in the ice cream like it was melted and re-frozen. We threw them all out. Don't trust this place. read more

We came here for the first time durning covid. They installed plexiglass around the whole counter. I thought that was nice not only for us but for their young staff. The girl who helped us was nice and very fast. I had a Reese's dasher which was good and she wasn't cheap on the syrup and toppings. My boyfriend said his ice cream tasted off. Not sure why. Absolutely worst service I've ever received - clearly the owner hasn't trained their staff on customer service. After being ignored for over 10 minutes and the other staff member cleaning up at 9 PM (they close at 10) I asked if I can place and order and again the two girls behind the counter ignored me and didn't even look at me or acknowledge I was in the store. I understand people want to clean and go home. You close at 10:00 I was there 9:40. Server started off and saying no blended items which I understand. The server proceeded to point at the menu and act like I was an idiot after I gave her my order but then realized that it didn't say blended on the item I wanted. After all that I ordered an different ice cream. I went to pay for my treat and I was given mint Ice cream, which I did not ask for. Then the server proceeded to talk about me to her coworker like I couldn't hear them. She had an attitude the rest of my time there like it was my fault I got the wrong ice cream that I don't even like. Will not be going back anytime soon. This place has a very young staff that has no supervision and I don't trust them handling food.

I don't understand what the point of having a closing time is? I go 30 full minutes before you close and you won't make shakes or carvelanche anymore. How long can it really take to clean the machine that it's already completed 30 minutes before closing. 5 or 10 minutes I could understand. Super unreliable service and product is different every time someone makes it. Ridiculous. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes for more reliable and dependable ice cream. read more

I got the Nutella soft serve with chocolate sprinkles. I completely forgot it was Nutella and thought it was just chocolate until my fiancé pointed it out, and then I was able to taste the shuttle hint of hazelnut. It could've been because of the chocolate sprinkles but there was almost no difference then just plain chocolate. $10 something for a small, and a medium, both with sprinkles. I thought that was a little pricy. I did like the little drip catchers they use for the cones. Parking in the front and more in the rear. read more

I am a regular at this carvel, the staff although are mostly young teenage girls they are very polite, especially Kayla so I'm not sure if the previous reviewer had the correct name. It can be busy at times but it's to be expected. I would definitely recommend this carvel to anyone. read more

9/28/17 When arriving one teenager was helping a customer, while two others were on their phones eating and joking around. The prep area was a mess, the countertop littered with toppings, melted ice-cream and syrup. Several used blue rags joined the empty plastic flying saucer containers, lids and gross drippings of milk from the Carvelanche machine. I took pictures. The line of people began to grow and the workers went into the back to continue their play with another boy who just walked in off the street. I ordered a quart of vanilla ice-cream and there was no top available. When I got home I realized they used an oversized unwashed Nutella cover. Two of the soft serve machines where out of ice-cream. I was seriously disturbed with my findings. I am hoping the owner or manager sees this so they can clean up this mess. I have been a Carvel lover since the 70's and I was upset with my findings. read more
