What really grossed me out was watching the employee scoop and mix the ice cream without wearing any gloves. Especially at a place where they are constantly handling food, mixing things on the stone, and touching different utensils, not wearing gloves is absolutely disgusting and a massive hygiene issue. Between getting ripped off and watching basic food safety get ignored, I won't be coming back to this location. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness.
