I've done kilwins for ice cream before, maybe a Charleston, but just grabbed some treats tonight for the kiddos. Great ice cream selection and tons of chocolate treats.

This was a stop on Babylon's Food Done it? Tour. I went with Apple pie ice cream. You read that correctly! It was absolutely delicious! Real HUGE chunks of apple and crust all mixed into vanilla ice cream. Some cinnamon as well. Think apple pie ala mode...but not warm and all mixed together. It was a wonderful combination of flavors! My friend went with mint chocolate chip ice cream. The color of her ice cream was so vibrant and bright. She enjoyed it! Customer service was great. You can see the workers making the fudge and you can tell that they enjoy what they do! Everyone had a smile on their face. It's more than ice cream! Fudge, candy apples, candy, marshmallows, and so much more for your sweet tooth!

Love this ice cream shop in Babylon village! My favorite flavors are the cookies n cream, salted caramel and the kilwins tracks.

After a late lunch/early dinner we decided to take a little walk through Babylon Village and my wife declares "I could really go for some chocolate".. 10 feet later we look to our left and stumble across Kilwins! #Blessed (shamelessly stolen from Tara P.) Not too familiar with Babylon Village and never been inside before I thought this was a local place, but the guy behind the counter explains that there are many locations of Kilwins. Now I know that many of my LI friends complain about "chains" and I always find that a little strange because it seems to be the majority of establishments are chains on LI. If you didn't know better (or get schooled like I did) you wouldn't guess this is a chain with many of the items made in store and some treats incorporate local ingredients (chocolate covered beef jerky from a local butcher for example - I didn't try this). The guy behind the counter reminded us that Easter is coming soon and if we were in the market for some Easter treats this would probably a good time. We bought some little gifts for the kids in our family and bought some interesting looking sea salt and bacon chocolates for friends we would see later that night. Since Ice cream is the bane of my existence I was forced to get a scoop of cappuccino chocolate chunk, which I thought was very good, but could have used a touch of cinnamon to compliment the creamy coffee ice cream and dense chocolate chunks. I should have mixed it with their cinnamon coffee bun ice cream I noticed after I ordered - next time. Kilwins is a great little ol' timey looking chocolate/candy store with modern treats. The prices seemed reasonable for most items and the people that worked there were quite friendly. Perfect place for an after dinner treat or to pick up some of your favorite treats dipped in chocolate.

Kilwin's is a chocaholic's paradise. As soon as you come in, you are greeted by a great view of delicious goodies in the process of being made to perfection. It smells so good and sweet in here, just coming in filled me up with sweet satisfaction. The staff was also very friendly and attentive, I was just gawking at everything for a good minute and they didn't look at me funny and were actually very patient. I can't really recommend anything because I'm the worst person to recommend chocolate related stuff because I would probably say get everything. The chocolate peanut butter ice cream looked very good and thanks to yelp check-in offer, you get a free upgrade to a waffle cone when you order ice cream.

Kilwins is just an awesome sweet sugary paradise. I was here the first day they opened and since have been back too many times to count. I particularly go there for the chocolate fudge. It's the best I've ever had. I usually leave with about 3 lbs worth, half of which gets eaten on the car ride home. Side note to kilwins: thanks for ruining my abs. I still love you anyway.

Was told it was $20.99 for the small. Today is Tuesday and I just returned from picking up the cake. After ringing it up, it came up $21.83. I told the cashier who kept repeating, "I just work here. I just work here," that the price was wrong. I was told the price was $20.99. The TICKET says $20.99. She called her manager and told me the prices went up. The price didn't go up. They are just ripping off customers, hoping they won't notice. I was given a price of $20.99. after calculating the tax, I left the actual cost of the cake, not the ripped off fake amount scam they tried to pull off on me. What an utter disgrace. NEVER AGAIN! After response from owner: Christine, I paid with cash. I always pay with cash. Your cashier saw the cash. So when she was on the phone with the "manager," the manager should've asked her was the customer paying cash or credit card. And your "manager" stated the prices had gone up. So your "manager" lied. So yes. You are ripping customers off if you don't explain cash vs credit or train your employees to select the button that states the customer is paying cash. And if you had read the above review carefully, you would see that I paid in cash.

The açaí bowls are delicious, and they offer a great variety of crepes with plenty of toppings to choose from. My favorite thing to get when I go is the froyo. The crêpe was pale, thick, and doughy, but the filling was tasty. I am a crêpe lover, having eaten my first one in its place of origin--Brittany, France--as a 17- year-old exchange student. No crêpe will ever beat my first! That one was a thin brownish pancake made from buckwheat flour and garnished with fresh-squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, powdered- and granulated sugar. I have never eaten one as good since then, and I have dined in fine French restaurants in NYC and abroad. Yo Go Wild has several small tables inside to sit down and eat, and the place is relatively clean. The service was quick and friendly, but I will not be back for their crêpes. I usually come here to buy their frozen yogurt. They taste fresh and come in a variety of flavors.
