In all fairness I have gone through the leasing company but I have paid every invoice directly to Mr ReKey. I recently locked myself out of my house. So of course, being a long time client of Mr ReKey, I called them for assistance. They insisted I provide a credit card number or they couldn't (and wouldn't) help me. I explained that all of that was inside the house but noted that they have me on file - which he confirmed. So in my hour of desperation they failed me. Remember, almost twenty years and they have my address and telephone number on file ... okay then, can you please recommend another company that might be able to help me. NOPE, "we don't do that". Of course I turned to the internet and found an amazing locally owned company who actually still offers real and decent customer service. I encourage you to do the same. You'll actually get better customer service and some humanity, something that Mr ReKey no longer can provide. **Please note, I really dislike and rarely write negative reviews.
