WHAT'S UP, BIRCHES?!…read more This surprisingly spacious boutique specializing in home décor, apparel and accessories, like the Tardis, is much bigger on the inside than it appears. Unfortunately, the prices are also larger than other, similar shops in the area (Carousel in Snoqualmie, for example). There's more stock here, as a result of its size, and it's collection is arguably better curated and more stylish than most, depending on your taste. It's the kind of place my wife and I would love to shop, if things were a bit more affordable, but YMMV. Still, Birches Habitat is definitely worth checking out for the style-conscious consumer, and absolutely the best boutique in North Bend! You may find better deals at the outlet mall, but you're not likely to find anything as swanky!

Coach pieces are designed to last, so big deal if the items were sold in stores last year. You still see them around on chic women's arms all over town. Prices are still high here but they ARE discounted. And if you go on a holiday weekend, as we did (this being the 4th of July weekend), then there are further discounts to be had, and that truly makes the trip here worth one's while. My kid has been in the market for a particular design of wallet for about 2 years. I found a gorgeous wallet for her in the back clearance area. It retailed in the stores for $150, but at this outlet store, in the clearance area, it was selling for $70 or so. But because it was a holiday weekend, they were halving that price to $35. So she got an amazing Coach leather wallet in beautiful colors (blues, her favorite!), in the tri-fold design she was looking for, for $35. She is on cloud nine, and I think she got a great deal! I should add that the sales folks here are super nice and helpful, they greet you when you walk in, they assist you in finding stuff you're looking for, they gladly calculate prices for you, and they wrap up and bag your purchases nicely, as they do in their retail stores. In fact, this whole outlet store doesn't even appear to be like your average outlet store; it's laid-out like a high-end store in any mall. Great shopping experience!

She wanted to go to Nike and so while I waited, I decided to go to my favorite store Coach. To give some context, I was dressed in sweats and a raincoat. No makeup and looking like a wet rat (due to the weather) and came in about an hour before closing. As I walked into the store, the guard at the door was on his phone - not talking but watching something. There were 3 female employees talking to each other, maybe another reading something at the desk. Not ONE came and asked if I needed help or assistance. Walking around, I saw 3 pieces that really called to me. I mooned over them but chose not to purchase anything. I walked past the (payment) desk and still no one said anything to me. I walked to the door, the gaurd was still on his phone and then walked out. Being a lifelong Coach lover, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a store and I've been to many. If I could give them zero stars I would. Having gone to a Mall in an affluent neighborhood in Tucson Arizona. I went into thier Coach store, also dressed in sweats, and recieved Fantastic service. Optics matter to customers.

I came in to buy some work clothes, and exchange a pair of pants from a previous shopping trip that still have the security tag on them. I obviously hadn't worn them due to the security tag, and I wanted to go a size up because I have had other banana republic pants shrink up since my last purchase. When I attempted the exchange, I was told I was outside of the return window. I could understand this logic if the item was no longer stocked, but they literally had the same item and size on the rack. There wasn't even an apology for leaving the security tag on them preventing me from even wearing the pants without me driving 20 miles to correct their mistake. Just rude excuses of "checks and balances" from the incompetent manager who was also publicly rude to the cashier before she just walked away from me. Isn't an exchange a "check and balance" of your inventory? Horrible customer service

Still, they had a look and were able to Macgyver a fix using other parts. Tried to pay, but "no charge". Wow. Thanks! I mentioned to the fellow that I have to keep my current boots going since I have an unusual size, and that replacing them isn't even an option due to my nearly-impossible-to-find size (and I am always looking). Well it turns out they had one set in my size, and because they were a couple of years old, I got 40% off - which is cheaper than pro deals I have access to. So little free repair turned into a sale, and good vibes all around.

My boyfriend had more to choose from though, yet the prices were slightly discounted. Not a bad store, but not the best selection of Volcom.

In the middle of a roadtrip from Canada to Nevada, my car battery decided to die at a random gas…read morestation in Northbend. A kind man who jumped my car from Clark's Towing sent me here. On 9/26/26, there was a man who'd never ran the store before there that was covering and it was his first and only time there. You know who you are, and I'm sorry I couldn't get your name. At the exact time of opening, I got him at the door basically telling him my troubles. He tested my battery, replaced it with a new one, and got me up and running in half an hour. Because of him and the nice man from the towing company, I was not astray for too long and made it to my lodging reservations. Thank you, man I did not get the name of. For you *truly* saved my life that day, as I had someone else and a dog traveling with me as well. I hope the store knows who you are and makes sure you read this review because it is all because of you.

I can come in part in hand and they still manage to order the wrong parts. They look irritated, they click on parts like they are all-knowing without asking the questions ON THE SCREEN. I am leaving 5 stars bc I think the older gentleman noticed I knew what I was talking about and cracked jokes with me while ordering the right parts. I hope the character rubs off on the young "pepper is spicy" men here and they can learn about cars that aren't stock and stop letting a computer tell you what's what.

Will definitely return…read more This is an outlet store and there's a variety of items for all seasons of shoes plus purses and accessories for men and women. I didn't see any kids shoes but they may carry them. Had a great sale on sandals, buy one get one free. Then the sales girl came over and told a few of us there was a computer glitch so the shoes would be even cheaper. $60 sandals on sale for half and with the bug, now 2 pair with tax were ringing up for only $27! I got two pairs of extra comfortable deluxe flip flops for this price. The sales girl was really cool and friendly beyond this. Saw some rocking rain boots for $50, normally $160, and the classic loafers. Coming back in the fall when the weather changes.
