If they don't have it, they generally can get it overnight. Decent prices. Staff is generally knowledgeable.

Thanks to Ryan for sure too, for being the glue that holds this place together. Very much credit to this shop for helping me keep my Acura on the road. Thank you.

Don't make the mistake I did. Go to Kings Auto instead…read more I spent $910 to not have the problem fixed. They put in faulty spark plugs in my engine which happens. It's not always possible to guarantee quality of parts. The unfortunate part is that error led them to believe the old coils then needed to be replaced, so I paid for that (+$293) and when that didn't fix the error they suggested the new coils might be bad. Rather than bring it in a 3rd time, decided to take my car to Kings auto. Alan found the problem within a day and gave me new spark plugs (+394). I went back to Ryan the owner of NB auto and asked him if he'd be willing to make things right. Not only did they install faulty parts, but that also led to additional work that was unnecessary. He refused to refund me for anything beyond the spark plug parts and oil change -$160. If I never went to Kings auto for a second opinion I'd still have a check engine light and be paying more have the coils checked etc. Kings auto costs more, but nothing compared to paying for work you don't need. The owner Ryan prioritizes his bottom line over customers, which is his choice. As is mine not to go back.

Les Schwab Tire Center - Left the tire rod end not completely loose after the alignment I paid for the second time.

I got 4 new tires and new sensors for our car today and honestly, really disappointed with the…read moreservice. My dad always praised Les Schwab and so I don't even think about another company when I think about tires, but maybe it's time to find somewhere else. First, they called with the quote for all new sensors and told me there were generic ones and name brand...I asked for the price on both and what the difference once and then said I wanted the name brand ones. Just looked at my invoice and they had put on the less expensive ones. Annoying because if they truly wear out faster, then they've just cost me more money. Cool. Thanks for listening. Also...what is the point of an appointment?? I brought my car in at 9AM and it took FOUR HOURS to change my tires and put in new sensors. WHY? Why are you overbooking to the point that you're ticking off the customers who plan ahead for the car service? Not only that, but at no time did they communicate any kind of timeline so I had to call after hours and figure out what was going on. Then when they did, I still had to wait. My advice is do not, under any circumstances, make other plans for the day if you have to get service here. Also, front desk? Communication needs massive improvement. Checking in was great. Checking out...I had to ask for what the final amount was. No one went over a thing. No one talked to me about my financing. Everything is online so no one talks to anyone anymore. not to mention, it took forever as well. There is zero hustle in business. Irritating.

Worse experience ever. Visiting Snoqualmie for my daughter's birthday. I got a flat tire the night…read morebefore and had the flat replaced with a spare. I scheduled an appointment the next day and this was the closest repair shop. I was told it could take up to a 2 hours which actually turned into 3 hours. My car sat in the same spot the entire 2 hours and it wasn't until I asked someone at the front desk, then my car was retrieved 30-40 minutes later. I went back to the desk for an update and finally was told that the spare had a hole in it (just bought the car so I was unaware of) and what did I want to do about it. As this conversation was taking place, the mechanic drove the car to the front on the store and brought the keys back in (not giving me the option to purchase a new tire). I was then told to only drive 50 mph. I then had to call around to find somewhere to purchase a new tire and thanks to Firestone 15 miles away in Issaquah generously fit me in and got me out with in 35 minutes. My Les Schwab experience was extremely disappointing and I feel they put my daughter, her dog and myself in an extremely bad situation. I live over 50 miles away and was just trying to get back home.
