I bought a pair of shoes, got home, and they felt tight even though I had tried them on in the store. Took them back and with the help of the salesman, found shoes that fit much better and were better for my needs. Realized I didn't have the receipt for the shoes I wanted to return, and I was told no problem. They looked up the payment history at the register. Also, I was told about getting a 15% discount for signing up for their app. Got asked if I was retiring (do I look old enough to retire?) while cashing out.

Nobody was bothered when you asked questions and only about 50% of the merchandise was an actual retail price. I wasn't impressed besides the pair of shoes so that's all I got. I did look in the men's department as well again super not really impressed.

The gal that rang me up was friendly, asked me to give a review on the store and Dao, and I told her no problem. I will be back to this store when I'm in the area again.

Still, they had a look and were able to Macgyver a fix using other parts. Tried to pay, but "no charge". Wow. Thanks! I mentioned to the fellow that I have to keep my current boots going since I have an unusual size, and that replacing them isn't even an option due to my nearly-impossible-to-find size (and I am always looking). Well it turns out they had one set in my size, and because they were a couple of years old, I got 40% off - which is cheaper than pro deals I have access to. So little free repair turned into a sale, and good vibes all around.

I treated myself to a nice cappuccino during my visit.

This place is a joke - don't waste your time or money…read more We go in 2pm on a Saturday and no one is in the store, the older lady behind the counter doesn't even greet us. After we search for some sizes she final acknowledges us. Watching us dig through the pile for sizes she never assisted in getting sizing or asking if needed anything else. We did have 4 golf shirts and 6 T-shirt's. We go to check out and the sign behind the counter says "we honor cutter and buck coupons". We ask do you have any coupons, the lady stated I don't know but you can look. SO...I look and I find a 50% of sale items. I show her, she calls back to a manager LARRY - he then came out to see my coupon. I show him and he says "I haven't seen that, that must be online - I go through the link again and say NO it says at any CB store, he then ships at me "well we are an outlet". I told him how rude he was all he had to do was state "unfortunately I haven't seen that coupon and we are unable to honor it due to being an outlet" I proceeded to tell him I could walk out the door and not buy any of his clothes, he responded with and you go ahead and do that! I could have easily paid full price - however when you disrespect me I speak with my checkbook! You would have been better off to honor the coupon and have a $150 sale vs a $200 sale, instead NO SALE! Since my business is not important to him I will never step foot in here again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from a shop that doesn't care about customer service. Hey Larry - here is 4 tips for you: 1. Treat your customers the way you would want to be treated 2. Those of us who shop there pay your salary 3. Nicely say why you wouldn't accept the coupon OR 4. Honor it onetime and explain why in the future you can't being an outlet Oh and - change your sign - if you - in your words AREN'T CUTTER & BUCK change your sign to say so! Thank you to Nike, Eddie Bauer and a few other stores that meet our needs with exceptional customer service.

For a small business, this is a lot of effort, including shipping costs, and I appreciate the store going out of their way to help me with the order. If you're a runner, you know that selecting the right running shoe requires more than just looking…read moreat the color and styling of running shoes. Even different shoes from the same brand will work differently on your feet. The team at Snoqualmie Run Company really understands this. They're highly knowledgeable not just about the shoes they carry, but about how to match the right shoe to your foot and gait. I spoke with Jim about trail shoes and was impressed by how deeply he understood fit and performance to suggest suitable shoes for me. One standout benefit of this store is their 90-day exchange policy even after you've already run in the shoes. That's a game-changer. In the past, I've bought shoes from other stores that felt great in the moment, only to realize a month later they weren't working for me. With Snoqualmie Run Company's policy, you actually get the time to run in your new shoes in real conditions and swap them if they're not right for how you run. As the only independent running shoe store on Eastside, this is the place that you need to visit to get the right fit and expert guidance on shoe selection. While they have a focus on trail running, about half of their shoe inventory is a thoughtfully curated selection of road shoes.. In addition to shoes, their product selection also includes apparel and gear from top US companies as well as rarely seen clothing from premium international brands such as Satisfy from France.

I constantly see the staff here cleaning and organizing the store, which I'm very impressed. The prices here aren't the best (I mean, I don't see the difference between the retail stores and outlet), but they do tend to have a lot of sale pricing. I'm not sure I've ever seen anything here that was actually "sticker" priced. It's fair to assume that anything you buy is going to be at least 20% off the sticker price. I really do like the large selection they have here - and in all sizes - which I do have a hard time finding at other stores that carry Carter's items. While you're shopping for your little one, they also have a Lego table they can play at. I tend to come here on Sundays - the parking has been better in my experience and there are less shoppers. We used to come on Saturdays and it was a little more chaotic at the outlet.
