Fritz worked with me to figure out what I would need and gave a very reasonable price. I scheduled to drop off the trailer and when I got there Fritz came out and inspected the current axles on the trailer. After looking it over, Fritz said I didn't need new axles and that I should just keep running on the old ones. I think not many shops would do this. Wouldn't accept anything for his time spent.. Trent Did Not seem to be very interested in giving me an estimate on the work I needed done or helping me with anything.... He sat in the inner office at the desk looking at the computer screen for more then 3 minuets while I stood there asking him questions. This guy Trent seemed to be lazy. On my way out I talked to one of the mechanics. The mechanic (I didn't get his name) gave me a lot of information and was very informative about the service I needed but still didn't seem to want to work on my motorhome. The mechanic mentioned that the shop charges $200.00 an hour. I told him I was going to take my money and go somewhere else and find a shop that was willing to do the job. Im Not going back to this shop... This shop has Horrible Customer Service. I really don't see how they stay in business.....

I provided her with the make and model of my RV and asked for a general price range for the services. About an hour later, Roxanne called back and said I would need to bring in the RV and leave it overnight for a $200 inspection. I explained that I am a full-time RV'er, and she scheduled me for an 8 AM appointment the next day. I agreed. Shortly after, Allen called me and said he could only provide an estimate after inspecting the vehicle. While I understood his approach, I simply asked if he could provide a general pricing structure for those specific replacements. His response? "Are you stupid?!" I was shocked by the unprofessionalism. I calmly replied, "Excuse me, sir, please show some respect. I haven't disrespected you; I am just asking for your standard pricing for this service." He then yelled, "You don't tell me how to run my business!" At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If this is how he treats potential customers, I can only imagine the level of care and respect given to their vehicles. To inform others, I've attached the phone conversation as proof. After checking their Google reviews--where they hold a 3-star rating--I realized I should have done my research beforehand. During my search I searched on Craigslist and RV Trader for the specific model we were looking for. I was surprised to see the model we wanted show up at a local USED RV dealership in Stanton. We called and initially spoke to Robert and he confirmed they still had the trailer. We made arrangements to go in and see it. Robert wasn't available the day we came in, but Misha was. The trailer was immaculate and a huge savings compared to a new one. We settled on a price and made arrangements to come back and pick it up. On the day we picked it up, we met with Robert. He did the walk through with us and helped my husband set up the trailer hitch (they had used ones available!), spending probably 2 hours with us. We are so happy with the new trailer and the experience working with Robert and Misha was great. There was none of the high pressure sales we experienced with some of the larger dealerships in the area. We would definitely go back, and would highly recommend this local small business! They cancelled the deal by a text didn't even have the courage to call me, and it was all over the boss being greedy and wanting to make more money even though it had been approved by the boss.
