The issue in my case is installation and customer service. They broke one of my recently installed pavers (never told me). The metal portion of 1 of 3 gates had a lot of visible deep scratches, and they left an outlet box just dangling instead of properly installing it. I also noticed they didn't install stoppers behind each door. Didn't know I had to ask for that or that they didn't provide them. Imagine spending thousands on 3 beautiful doors just so when they open, they smack on stucco or walls? I made a deal with Mark (he comes out to give you an estimate) it cost me $100 to have my paver guy fix the damage. Add 3 stoppers to the gates and I'll call it even. He said ok. They came out and installed one. Mark has been bs'ing me for months and they haven't came out to add the remaining two. I've called the main office and no luck. I know if I would've waited on paying they would've been done a long time ago. And to be fair they did come out and covered up the deep scratches a bit. You can still see them but not as noticeable. The electric box was also installed properly. Make sure you look at your doors and gates closely before you pay because trying to get them to come out can be difficult and Mark might tell you it will be handled and never will. Their prices are fair and competitive but their installation and customer service could use some work and maybe other estimates on your behalf. See pictures. Oh and I sent them a lock to install prior to them coming out to install. I should've checked that too before they left. The electronic door lock doesn't work. I've tried taking it apart and figuring it out but does not work. My fault I guess for not checking.

The responses to my questions were fast, and I asked A LOT of questions. All my questions felt welcomed by Shay and I am so thankful to him. Quality was superb. I asked Shay for help with adding a wall to my garage, change area of laundry air vent, demo carpet on stairs and on second floor , change subflooring on second floor, install laminate flooring where carpet was, new walk in shower, and upgrade our stairs to have risers. The finished job looked beautiful and well built. There were minor details that I wanted fixed and Shay had it fixed next day. It was amazing. As for the cost, it was comparable to other competitors. We saw Shay and his team had proof of work. Shay took us to one of his other renovation projects and that house was beautiful. Even after the job is done, Shay does not ghost you. I asked him if he could look at something for me and he still sent someone my way. Overall, my partner and I are both so happy we went with JRD Construction. Dont hesitate to choose them!

He was done in less than two weeks. Mainly because the railing came in on time. These men worked from 7am till after 5 everyday. I had absolutely no issues with them at all. They did an amazing job!!! Wish I could give 10 stars!! If you're looking for quality work then this is your guy.

We bought vinyl fencing from this company with no issues other than their prices were a little…read morehigher than other companies, but they did have the color that we wanted. We were happy. A few days later after building our fence we needed more slats to go into a metal gate we had custom built. Went back and they charged us 3 x times more for the slats that we had just bought??? We bought them because we wanted to have the exact same vinyl slats. I did feel they knew that and price gouged us. After we arrived home we found they gave us 4 of a different type of vinyl slats. ( similar in color to what we had previously bought except the TG was rounded) pics attached. We had paid more to get the same exact slats so we took them back to exchange. The guys that worked there would not exchange them they said they were exactly the same even though we showed them they were rounded while ours were square, so the different ones we a little off in color and the spaces between were larger because of the rounded edges ( we took a piece of the first slats we bought for comparison. We asked for a manager. Because they were all Armenian we did not understand what they were saying, but then 2 other guys came over and said they were exactly the same. What? How? you can clearly see they were not. They were similar but not the same. ( now it doesn't matter to me they were Armenian cause every race religion etc is great. I'm mixed myself. I only mentioned it because we couldn't understand what they were saying to each other before they came over to tell us they were the same. I feel he was telling them to say it was the same. But I digress I didn't understand what he really said.) We did not want to leave without the correct slats and kept telling them we paid more just to get the same slats we already bought from them. We were finally able to get the correct ones when we mentioned it was only 4 pcs. Hallelujah!! Thank you. Finally. I do worry for people that this may happen to if they give you more than a few wrong pcs so I am advising you check each one if ordering from this company. I also want to mention we had previously requested a quote from this company to install the gate But one day they gave us a quote and when we called back a week later to set up the install they quoted us $2000 MORE than the previous quote. The quote went from $5400 to ?7340. When asked why? their response was that's their price???? This was for just a 20 ft fence. Anywho, we're all free to have a company do work or not and we decided to go with another company. But thought this was also worth mentioning. I am writing this review to advise people who are looking into this company to do vinyl fencing, be careful and do your due diligence. Their sales practice is not on the up and up. I hope the owners of the company read this and fix things with their employees.

Hello I left a post a few days ago and now after…read moreinspections, the 2 gates they installed next to each other have the same keys, so on top of that the bottom of the gate that was installed the wrong direction ( Was designed in the print from me to both go in, not out) also the gate has a large GAP on the bottom when closed so a thief can look right in the back yard. Again called them up and talked to GREG the rude guy and explained the extra problems we found and he Black mailed me to change my review or they will not come over and fix all problems the install team created, Total Pirates in the fence business, Who does that to customers? Zero customer service quality. Wiil have ALL COUNTIES FENCE fix all the problems and mistakes, they do a much better quality of Fence and Service. They are better priced also.

This contractor is well reviewed with an impressive portfolio and highly qualified - BUT.. as soon as we discussed issues around the city permitting requirements, it quickly went south. From citing delays, potential added costs, etc. which is understandable. HOWEVER, we were able to acquire a simple "over the counter" permit from RPV which did not require submitting any plans, details, product specs, etc. since it was simply replacing current -- existing composite boards. After advising him of such, we get a request to meet and being told, he could no longer do the job due to a worker injury. While it may be the case, it just seemed TOO coincidental that this happens immediately upon my sending a text advising of the permitting. SOOO I guess the lesson learned from this case is if even licensed contractors express hesitations or push back about permitting.. STAY AWAY from them. Now we have to start the painful task of interviewing contractors and bids again.. THANKS FOR NOTHING iDeck!!!!
