We picked Torrance fence because 1) the price point was good, 2) I felt like the sales person was very detailed in the questions that he asked and all of the fine points that he went over, and 3) it was the only sales person that offered me a booklet where I could see all of the options and gave me the most detailed information. I'm so glad we did. Our fence turned out gorgeous!!! Every interaction with their company was extremely professional and very organized. They told me it would probably be three weeks before we were scheduled but they actually scheduled us like a week later. They were the only company that asked us if we wanted to fence in part of our side yard that was not previously fenced. We ultimately decided to do that and ended up with 200 more square feet of backyard space. We never would've thought of that if he had not suggested it. I reached out to CK Fencing for a simple driveway gate and had a very disappointing experience…read more They kept me waiting for almost two weeks, saying they would provide a quote, but never followed through. After wasting my time, they eventually told me they were going to skip the job. Very unprofessional and poor communication. If they weren't interested in taking the job, they should have been honest and said so from the beginning instead of leaving a customer waiting. Complete waste of time. Reply to the owner comment: "I think you're missing the point. I couldn't care less whether you take the job or not--that's completely your choice. My issue is with the lack of communication and respect for the customer's time. It shouldn't take almost two weeks to let someone know you can't do the job. A simple timely response from the beginning would have been appreciated and would have avoided wasting my time."
