ProSafe Fence made me a metal guardrail to enclose part of the pool area & railing down the back stairs. An 8ft portion curves around and with the curved pool deck - that turned out perfectly ! All the work looks to b done well and precise. The people were very pleasant to work with. read more

We called around and get about half a dozen quotes and pricing before choosing Prosafe. And we're so glad with our decision! Kefren and his team Ivan etc are pros and we're so happy with our new backyard fence! They look great and they get it done right and on time, no delays no nonsense. Highly recommended and we'll definitely call Kefren and Prosafe again for our future projects! read more

Excellent, detailed work. This is a late post, this company installed a safety rail system on our inside staircase. This was three years ago but I was just admiring it and wanted to say thank you. Three years later and it still looks amazing! read more

Unprofessional. Sloppy Work. Uneven. They confirmed a time to install then I had to reach out to them to confirm it was for Wednesday (what they told me), and they said it wouldn't be ready until Friday....I would have never known this unless I (the client) had reached out to them and asked. No communication. If I hadn't reached out I would have taken off work for nothing just sitting around for them to show up. Once they arrived on Friday to install the gate and fence, it didn't align and the spaces were uneven. They tried to make excuses and say "it's supposed to be like that" but my husband is a contractor and knows better and measured himself. I don't think they are used to homeowners correcting their work like my husband did. They agreed to take the fence back and make it more even but with a huge attitude! UNPROFESSIONSAL! - Especially since it was their fault. I get a text a few days later saying they would be at my house in a few hours to install it. No heads up prior to that day. Do they expect me to just be home waiting around? I had to work! I told them I wouldn't be available and we need to schedule the installation. They were (again) VERY short with me. Installation day came. Still not 100% aligned. It is what it is. Rude. Unprofessional, No communication. Look elsewhere. read more

I requested an adjustment to my fence /gate and Kefren responded immediately and was out the next day! This company has amazing Customer Service! We love their work so much we had a gate and a staircase installed at my son's house as well. I have worked with many fence/gate companies through the years and ProSafe by far stands out as the best company for your staircases, fences and gates! My family will use them again in the future ! Many neighbors have complimented how classy my new gate is and have requested the name of the company! Of course I was happy to share! The value was great and I feel we got an amazing product that is well made and looks great! read more

Worked with Kefren to design and install 2 new front gates and 100 ft of wrought iron fencing. Design was beautiful and he was knowledgeable on materials and patterns. Two weeks ago Kefren's crew installed about 80 feet of wrought iron fence on top of a short block wall along my backyard property line. It looks great. I worked with Kefren on the design and configuration I wanted and he was able to accommodate my needs. When I agreed with his proposal his estimate to complete the job was 3-4 weeks and that was exactly how it turned out. I solicited proposals from 5 contractors. Prosafe was neither the highest nor the lowest cost, however after reading the Yelp reviews and talking with Kefren I decided to use his company. I'm very satisfied with the job. This is the first time I have dealt with Prosafe Fence but I won't hesitate in recommending his work. read more

Not to happy, cut into our deck, see photo. He says our deck was crooked... but he came to measure and the tile we had put on our deck was completed, and he didn't even tell us, they just did it, we had to find it ourselves. It was sloppy, but we are stuck with it now. read more

We had a very complicated custom hand rail that needed to be fabricated, which required angled welds in three dimensions and then also a color matched powder coat paint job. So we needed an entry gate to our home for our 2 new puppies as soon as possible. Kefren was great, very prompt and he gave us the lowest estimate when we compared to the many other estimates, but most importantly was able to install twice as fast as the competitors. The installation guys did a great job - then Kefren came to inspect. All good! Very professional company. I highly suggest! Thank you read more

Kefren finally paid us back the deposit for the work he did not end up doing. He did make that right finally after a few email reminders.

This is a definite Five Stars business without a question in my mind. I needed to replace an old broken steel side gate and replace a rusty rickety steel backyard fence. I called and got bids from three fence companies but Prosafe Fence gave me the best price and provided the best pre-sale impression. General Manager Kefren Mesquita was quick to meet me in person and walk the property, taking notes and explaining to me how he would go about getting the needed work done. The best part was when his good team showed up for work. They literally delivered everything stated in the contractual agreement . Those people were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The work was completed to my satisfaction and as promised. In conclusion, I highly recommend Prosafe Fence for performing installation and repairs of metal fencing and gates. read more

I recently completed a front yard landscaping project and needed custom metal fencing. I knew what I wanted (a specific design in aluminum) and got a few estimates. Prosafe was the company I decided with go with and I'm very happy I did. Kefran was very professional and arrived on time for the estimate. The pricing was very competitive and they were able to start asap. There was a little miscommunication about the type of fencing (aluminum vs aluminum coated iron) but once that was clearly up, everything went smoothly. Prosafe's installers arrived on time and were very friendly and experienced. It did take them longer than they initially thought to install the fencing because of unforeseen issues. But they were able to figure it out and everything turned out beautiful!! I am so pleased with the level of workmanship and the overall experience. I highly recommend them!! read more

We got a new puppy and it appeared the somewhat vicious neighbor dog was going to get over the wall between our yards. I needed a fence extension on top of the existing wall asap. Kefren at Prosafe is fantastic. He was at my house within days and provided a very fair estimate. Most importantly in my case, he promised the fabrication and install within three weeks which is exactly what occurred. Other fence companies were giving me time estimates of 8-12 weeks out. The fence looks perfect and the install guys did a great job. In the world of home improvement contractors, Kefren is definitely a 5 star find! Great work at a fair cost and completed on time. I highly recommend ProSafe. read more

I'm giving this company the highest rating possible. They were professional, timely, thorough and super responsive. The quality of their work went beyond all of our expectations. Prosafe Fence - Steel Black Fence Frame. Motor installation. - Fences & Gates Near Me - La Habra, California

A quick background about the project so you have a good representation of how well the project went... We were looking to replace our existing front gate and had taken interest in some ranch "rail type" gates we found on line. Hard to imagine but we came to realize that style of gate was, by and large, only made and produced in England. So, we decided to send that picture around to several contractors on Yelp and see who could help us out. A couple contractors responded, including Kefren, and he proposed to meet that day, to come by for an appointment. (I've attached the picture of the gate we sent him that we had screenshot from a website). Kefren came to see the job site and run several measurements. I received the quote (very reasonable) just a couple days later and we agreed to move forward. The finished product was absolutely perfect, per the specifications that we had agreed too. *** THIS IS THE PART WHERE HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND *** It turns out that we needed a modification to the gate, not his fault, to make it work for our aesthetics. It required an additional piece of metal to be welded to the gate and of course, to be finished and polished with the same paint, etc. Although he has a busy schedule he was able to get his foreman over to the house and within just a couple days it was complete and looks absolutely beautiful. If you have any metal work, gates, fencing needs, Kefren and ProSafe Fence Systems is the way to go. Bring your design, photograph and have him do it for you - he can handle it! Please see our "after pics" for final product showcase!! Highly recommend! read more

We heard about this company from some friends who had their stair railing done by them. I wanted to do a little research first so I reached out to four other companies for a quote and they were over the top expensive. Kefren ended up giving me the best quote which worked out because I wanted to use their company to begin with. He came to the house to measure and draw what I envisioned (I also showed him a photo of what I wanted). The fabrication process took a few weeks. Then they came to uninstall the old railing and install the new one and it only took 2 hours! The quality is amazing. Exactly what I wanted. Very impressed and very nice to work with. I highly recommend! read more

We wanted to have wrought iron decorative doors installed in 3 opening in our home, the old doors were warping and bowing and we wanted something that added a little more charm to our house. We searched the internet for ideas and finally settled on wrought iron doors. We went out and got a few quotes, Prosafe Fence Systems being one of them. After meeting with Kefren and getting a quote from him, we decided to go with Prosafe Fence Systems. I was a little worried at first because I wasn't sure a fence company would really be the right choice for interior decorative doors, especially since they were going to be central and a focal point of our home, I shouldn't have worried. From the first time Kefren met with us, until the project was finished, it was nothing but a pleasure. The timeliness of his quote, the approval of his design and the cleanliness and professionalism of his team was first class. Kefren kept us up to date on the manufacturing of the doors, met his delivery date on time and his team went above and beyond when it came to the installation of the doors. Each opening had two doors that were being installed so a total of 6 doors needed to be manufactured and then painted and installed, we were extremely happy with the outcome. If you are thinking of getting a fence, wrought iron railings, gates or doors, look no further. I wouldn't think twice about calling them if we ever need their services again. Fantastic job by the whole team!! read more
