Jorge gave me an estimate online for fence installation/disposal. 50 ft for $3000 and additional $500 for staining on both sides. I asked him for in person estimation and he says what he gives online is the price you get. Next day a worker named Alonzo comes over to go over the project. Measures out 64 ft quoted me $4686 for fence work and $1100 more for staining. I remeasured 3 times and it comes out to 57 ft, Alonzo calls and he denies making a mistake and says the cost is higher because of tariffs. Regardless of the 7 ft difference the cost discrepancy was $2200 than what Jorge provided. read more

Jorge and his team are AMAZING! After getting a few quotes from various companies (including one that was comically high - some dude pulled up in a Range Rover and quoted us 5x the amount of the other quotes we were getting), we decided to go with Sparta because they were really creative about what we wanted but couldn't articulate. Back story: we have dogs who looooove to trample on my plants in the backyard so we wanted some kind of barrier to block them from the bordering planters but still be nice enough that wouldn't 1) make our yard feel smaller, and 2) look like it blends with the rest of the yard. Multiple fence contractors kept suggesting vinyl or wrought iron, but Jorge was the only one who suggested wire mesh AND didn't need to pour concrete in the ground for the posts. Waiting for a quote almost 2 weeks from an actual business owner is not acceptable, we could probably understand if there was a follow up answer to either a call, text message or email, but having to call like every other day to see if you are going to receive a quote or not is not professional in the business world. I am so pleased with the result of our fence! Redwood, with powder coated galvanized steel posts and a beautiful stain. The gates spring back on their own and the frame of the gates are also steel.
