When I returned to the shop, I was advised to get an engine wash rather than having the issue properly addressed. A second licensed repair facility later identified that a vacuum/breather hose in the same repair area was not properly connected, along with other concerns that could not be safely corrected due to an overtightened bolt. I attempted to resolve the issue directly, but was not able to reach a resolution and ultimately had to escalate the matter. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding with repairs here.

However the RV park I am staying at had his card (top recommendation) as a reliable contact, and I am really glad I called them. Roger answered my call and said he was on a long 2+ hour job (turned out to be a roof re-seal). He said if I needed immediate help to call some other mobile services, otherwise it would be several hours before he could get to me. Well after unsuccessful attempts to get any mobile services to answer my calls, I told Roger he was my only option. True to his word after he finished client's roof, he called me back and said he was on his way. He was on time, was a very pleasant man, and like another reviewer said, hard-working. At the end of the day, he was thorough and resolved my RV issue in a timely manner. He was a joy to talk to, and he provided valuable guidance on continued upkeep of my RV. When I went to pay him for his services, I was genuinely pleased at what he charged for his service...reasonable, fair, and honest. He could have easily charged me much more given my circumstances. I hired this company to diagnose an issue with my RV slide and paid $200 for the service call…read more Their conclusion was that the motors needed to be replaced, and I was told they would follow up with a quote for parts and labor. Instead, I contacted BAL, the manufacturer of the slide system, directly. BAL recommended a retrofit repair kit as the proper fix, which I purchased myself for $160. That kit includes two new motors. Once I had the OEM-recommended parts, I asked this company for a labor-only quote. After multiple follow-ups, they declined to even provide one, stating their technician "has not had good luck" with these retrofit kits and that they were not comfortable performing the repair. That's the part I find most frustrating. The retrofit kit still involves replacing the same motors they originally diagnosed as failed. If they were not comfortable performing the manufacturer-recommended repair, that should have been disclosed upfront -- before I paid for a diagnosis and spent time sourcing the solution myself. I appreciate their honesty in ultimately admitting their limitations, but that honesty came after the fact, not before. In the end, I paid $200, got no repair, no quote, and no clear path forward until I handled it myself. Future customers should ask upfront whether the technician is experienced with their specific slide system and whether they are willing to quote labor separately before paying for a diagnosis.

Nick's Mobile came through when I needed it most…read more I was at Bonelli Bluffs the weekend before Halloween and my new trailer suddenly lost shore power. Not the kind of problem you want to deal with on a trip. I called Nick and he responded right away. He made time to come out the same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. The automatic transfer switch had failed. Instead of delaying the repair, he tracked down the part himself, picked it up, and came back to install it. That level of effort matters when you are on a tight timeline. The repair was clean and professional. Power was restored and my entire weekend was back on track. What could have been a ruined trip turned into a great one. He did not stop there. He worked through the warranty process and made sure the repair was covered. I ended up fully reimbursed by the manufacturer. That saved me money and a lot of hassle. Nick goes above and beyond. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to taking care of his customers. If you need mobile RV service, this is the guy to call. Nick if you see this, I truly apologize for such a late review. So awhile back (June ish) I used Nick to check in on a refrigerator repair and he point out some…read morestuff quickly and had some solutions. During the process there was some wood that was jacked up around the fridge where it anchors to the cabinets. I'm not overly picky just like bare minimums for my rig..but I wasn't thrilled because the fridge didn't stand straight. Nonetheless Nick said whether it was like that before or from his install he'd handle it next time around. Welp 7 months later my roof is leaking, I found again for roof leak repairs and he quoted, came out in a couple days, had it worked up, threw a little extra seal along the roof gutter that came off at material cost only..and he honored what he said from 7 months prior by finding pieces to anchor the fridge while doing the roof work at no extra charge. Additionally, I found a small leak from a clamp when using the hot water heater and he stopped by the campground on 24 hour notice and found the origin of the leak and fixed that for me quickly too (no charge). I'm happy with his response to the previous issue and quick turnaround time and will use him for quite a few other projects moving forward!

We also spent a lot on this initial service, but we felt very satisfied with the quality of work done and overall value. Jeff and his team know what they are doing, and they do a very professional job. He gives good advice on what is and is not a good idea to fix/alter, and he is very customer oriented, making sure things are clean and working as they should, and even threw in complimentary items during the service like a replacement cover for our awning arm he happened to have, moving my fridge to gain a storage space for my long pans, adjusting my shaky rear view mirror, etc. The quality of the work here is great, everything works well and I like that he did some more service items that were really needed (!) like flush my hot water tank- it was so full of white scale! He also works with the insurance companies to fix things that are under warranty and makes it happen in a reasonable amount of time, as much as he can control. We were looking for a good RV service provider for our "new" RV since we plan to keep it for a long time. We definitely have found that service partner here in Jeff's group. They are so knowledgeable and experienced, and he is so reasonable and easy to work with. We highly recommend this business and will definitely use it in the future.
