This place is amazing, 100% recommend. Martin most definitely knows his stuff!. I am a mobile dog groomer. My Ram Sprinter is my lively hood. If something goes wrong I'm out hundreds if I have to cancel a day. So my inverter was not working. I made an appointment with Martin for my day off Monday. I dropped off at 9am and he got to work at 4pm, completely understandable I could see he runs a very busy shop. He called me frequently and kept me updated on what he was doing and if it was OK to continue further after him telling me the price om what needed to be changed.. Well it turns out I was driving a ticking time bomb AND MARTIN DEFUSED IT! I bought the groomimg truck used. I'm not very mechanically inclined so in wouldnt mess with the back area too much. There were loose wires everywhere, there was no breaker box. It runs on inverter which releases gasses. One wrong spark and I could have gone up in flames. Martin replaced the faulty inverter. Mine was 2000 watts, I upgrades to 3000. He tightened all the loosed wires and added a breaker box for added safety. Martin knew I had to work the next day so HE WORKED UNTIL 11PM to get my van back to me. For that I am truly grateful that he is respectful of my work and truly did an amazing job. He definitely charges his worth and he is worth every single penny for his knowledge and skill. I have gone to MANY different RV mechanics, now I don't need to else where. From now on if I have a problem. I will be making an appointment here. Don't be stupid and look for cheaper alternatives. You get what you pay for here. Also my van is running beautifully. It runs anywhere from 8 to 12 hours a day no issues.

Didn't know the fuel tank was in need of a deep cleaning due to how long the RV must have sat so he gonna recommended me someone to clean up the fuel tank later on after he is done with making my RV engine runs first so it can move later on. So he got the parts needed to fix it which turns out it was the fuel pump filter that has definitely seen it days as those specific parts were rusty and dusty (decades maybe?) This RV was sold to us by our adopted grandma so we wanna make sure still works for our family. There were 3 guys in total fixing it up and they were tilting it up with their two car jacks to get to area to disconnect the fuel tank and to replace the fuel pump shortly after. Problem: The fuel pump was having lots of issues Solution: Get a fuel pump replaced and inserted in the RV Objective: Get RV's engine running with the needed parts. In the end, the engine runs on the RV. Parents were surprised when they saw the RV engine runs so we can move the RV later this week. Best bang for ya buck for cool RV mobile technicians. We made sure to give them ample enough of space in the parking lot as our neighbors leaves early in the morning for work so it gave them lots of space to work in and for them to have parking without worries. Dad said it was definitely affordable buckaroos in total for labor and parts and to be come to our location. Placed down a deposit first in the beginning so they can get the parts needed and was able to pay the second half down in the end. =)

I hired this company to diagnose an issue with my RV slide and paid $200 for the service call…read more Their conclusion was that the motors needed to be replaced, and I was told they would follow up with a quote for parts and labor. Instead, I contacted BAL, the manufacturer of the slide system, directly. BAL recommended a retrofit repair kit as the proper fix, which I purchased myself for $160. That kit includes two new motors. Once I had the OEM-recommended parts, I asked this company for a labor-only quote. After multiple follow-ups, they declined to even provide one, stating their technician "has not had good luck" with these retrofit kits and that they were not comfortable performing the repair. That's the part I find most frustrating. The retrofit kit still involves replacing the same motors they originally diagnosed as failed. If they were not comfortable performing the manufacturer-recommended repair, that should have been disclosed upfront -- before I paid for a diagnosis and spent time sourcing the solution myself. I appreciate their honesty in ultimately admitting their limitations, but that honesty came after the fact, not before. In the end, I paid $200, got no repair, no quote, and no clear path forward until I handled it myself. Future customers should ask upfront whether the technician is experienced with their specific slide system and whether they are willing to quote labor separately before paying for a diagnosis.

Not the kind of problem you want to deal with on a trip. I called Nick and he responded right away. He made time to come out the same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. The automatic transfer switch had failed. Instead of delaying the repair, he tracked down the part himself, picked it up, and came back to install it. That level of effort matters when you are on a tight timeline. The repair was clean and professional. Power was restored and my entire weekend was back on track. What could have been a ruined trip turned into a great one. He did not stop there. He worked through the warranty process and made sure the repair was covered. I ended up fully reimbursed by the manufacturer. That saved me money and a lot of hassle. Nick goes above and beyond. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to taking care of his customers. If you need mobile RV service, this is the guy to call. Nick if you see this, I truly apologize for such a late review. My mother in law stills talks about how nice you were and was happy that you stayed for a meal with us!

This is a very clean modern facility with a nice waiting room, restrooms, wifi, outlets, coffee and complimentary snacks and they have there own plentiful gated parking lot. The staff was very friendly even with my very difficult repair, costing a lot of there time, they were very polite, the mechanic was straight up professional. I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. I highly recommend them for any trailer brake installation or trailer repair. I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. Thank you!
