I was shocked by the unprofessionalism. I calmly replied, "Excuse me, sir, please show some respect. I haven't disrespected you; I am just asking for your standard pricing for this service." He then yelled, "You don't tell me how to run my business!" At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
