Listed a 2013 Honda Civic EX with Navigation on ebay item # 261252251659 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2013-EX-w-Nav-New-1-8L-I4-16V-FWD-Sedan-/261252251659?_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&forcev4exp=true#ht_3402wt_1165 On August 19, 2013 approximately 1:00 pm we sent a message to Carson Honda a Sonic Automotive Dealership through ebay's messaging system. Mike Kiernan the "internet sales manager" replied to our message. He sent me a direct email. He did not use ebay's messaging system. We called Mike Kiernan. We verified the car was a EX model with Navigation. Mike confirmed "yes". We verified the price. Mike confirmed affirmatively. We asked what payments we will be making. Mike gave us a quote of $237 per month (total monthly payment including all taxes and fees) with 0 drive off and 0 first month payment. Mike stated that depends if we qualify with our credit rating. We informed Mike that we are only interested in that car for that price and that is the only reason we would give any social security number. We gave Mike our information. Mike called back in a few minutes telling us that our credit was good and to go pick up the exact car for the exact quote. We drove down at 8:00 pm. Mike dumped us off on another salesman named Osvaldo Vargas. We wondered and asked why. Both Mike and Osvaldo told us that Mike has 2 other customers at the moment. But it was a lie because Mike was standing around with no customers. Mike & Osvaldo then tell us that we cannot have that car for that price. That we will have to pay more. That we will have to work numbers with them. That the car does not come with Navigation. Then a man named Soeung Kamsorth Vicide behind a big desk started hollering at us from across the room representing himself as being in charge. The three of them accused us of trying to rip them off by buying the car for that price. Then Soeung Kamsorth Vicide gave us a new price of $265 not including additional fees which would have amounted to approximately $285+ per month, for the same car they promised us for $237 (total monthly payment which included all additional fees). Then argument ensued. We asked Soeung Kamsorth Vicide what his name was but the question was avoided, while they referred to him as "Terri", but we found his name on a plaque on the wall with a photo of him. Within moments there were numerous staff members jumping in and taking bites at us like hyenas. Nearly the entire staff at that time was surrounding us and focused on us. Some whispering to one another while glancing at us and laughing. Each taking a turn to chime in with remarks. We exhorted them to keep their word. They refused. We stated we would contact the Better Business Bureau, eBay customer service, Honda Corporation, write a Yelp review, and anything else we could do. They arrogantly dismissed us. I don't recall the exact words, but their response was basically that nobody will do anything to them and they won't honor their word. I do remember the comments "don't care" and "so what". I was surprised. I questioned them, really you don't care? I repeated one by one. I said Better Business Bureau, their response was don't care. I said eBay Customer Service, their response was don't care. I said Honda Corporation, their response was don't care. I said Yelp review, their response was don't care. We winded up still leasing a car from them. Although we wanted nothing to do with them. Due to our necessity. We winded up settling for the base model 2013 Honda Civic LX without Navigation, lower end stereo system, lower end tires and rims, no sun room, and minus other features, for nearly the same price as the Ex with Navigation they had promised us. But it is not over. The car had something like 4 or 5 miles when we started the paperwork. After the paperwork was finished the car had 10 miles on it. I did not know this since the wife drove it home while I drove our rental car. My wife informed me of this after we arrived home. We had no time to argue. We just needed a car. We cannot afford to pay for a rental car any longer. Also it was disappointing to see Soeung Kamsorth Vicide closing up the office and leaving with a bundle of documents containing customer's sensitive private information. Dealer still has the false advertisement listed. Below is title and description of the car 2013 Honda Civic EX w/Nav 2013 EX w/Nav New 1.8L I4 16V FWD Sedan Year: 2013 Number of Cylinders: 4 Make: Honda Body Type: Sedan Model: Civic Warranty: No Drive Type: FWD Vehicle Title: Clear Mileage: 3 Fuel Type: Gasoline SUB MODEL: EX w/NAV http://images.auction123.com/0fbb637d-0930-4bd6-9346-fac3ac763510/19XFB2F83DE257017/05.jpg?webimage001l read more

By far the easiest car buying experience of my life!!! I contacted Carson honda through the Internet. I immediately received a call from a girl named Monique. She was very pleasant and provided me all the information I needed, answered my questions and wasnt pushy at all!! Her price was actually under what I researched online as as "fair price." I waited to hear from a few other dealerships, just to make sure I was getting the best deal! To my surprise, it took multiple back and forth emails just to get a price from the others!!! One dealership offered a lower price than Carson Honda, however, after playing phone tag with the Internet "manager" I finally got a clear answer as to why...hidden fees!! Carson's FIRST quote was low, and included the destination charge, where the other dealership implied it was just plus tax/license...come to find out, they do not include the destination charge in their "selling price"???? Isn't that included in the MSRP?? WHY Wouldn't an internet selling price include this? ?? At this point, I knew I wanted to give my business to the HONEST sales people at Carson Honda!! Later that day i was contacted by Monique's manager, Jenna Creasy. WOW! I had already received the information I needed from Monique and after dealing with the games at other dealerships, i altesdy knew i was going to Carson Honda. the fact that her manager took the time to email me thanking me for giving Carson Honda the opportunity to earn my business, and ensure I all my questions were answered by her eSales agent. The next day, I called Monique to set up my appointment to come see the car. I was surprised to hear Jenna pick up my call letting me know Monique was helping another customer but she was able help me so I didn't have to wait for Monique. I said my name and started to tell her why I was calling, but she immediately remembered exactly who I was and what i was looking for!! I was shocked!!! Dealing with internet sales people over the phone can be tough sometimes. Usually i cant even reach anyone on the phone, or if i do, they just tell me what I want to hear so I'll come to their dealership. I usually feel like they don't even remember me or the email communications I've already had with them. NOT Jenna. She was extremely transparent, remembered the exact details of the car i wanted and the purchase details i already spoke to Monique about. She made me feel like a customer that mattered not just another internet lead. After speaking with jenna, i truly felt i could trust this dealership!!! Ive had bad experiences buying cars, even through internet managers, but this felt different!! I went to Carson Honda for my test drive where I was greeted by a few friendly salesmen. Jenna herself came down to greet me then introduced me to the sales man that would show me the car. After the test drive, he presented all the numbers to purchase and they were exactly what Jenna had promised. No back and forth haggling, no games!!! About an hour later, the paperwork was complete and I was already being shown every detail of how to use my new Accord!! Jenna came out to congratulate me and thank me for my business, then gave me her card with her personal cell phone number tp call anytime afyer the sale if i had questions!! No, THANK YOU!! This was the easiest, fastest, most convenient car purchase I've ever made!!! I have recommended Jenna and her eSales team to everyone i know and will continue to do so. This dealership is miles above the competition!! I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else to buy a Honda!!!!! Thank you Jenna and Carson Honda for making things so easy, and for helping skeptical customers like myself really trust a dealership!!! read more

I found myself at Carson Honda after about a month of researching for new cars. I had a 2005 Volkswagon Jetta with about 130k on it and it was time to trade-in to get a new car. Naturally I was inclined to go back into the Volkswagon community as I knew it and thought it was great car. I started looking around online to see what other cars competed with the Passat (which is what I was looking at purchasing). I found out about the Accord and was immediately interested in what the Accord had to offer. I went and test drove both and found that the Accord had so much more to offer than the Passat did at a price which was as good as the Passat. I immediately went into research mode and sent out car requests via TrueCar and Edmunds. I got offers from over 10 dealers in the Southern California area. Carson Honda came back with a mid range over on the their TrueCar reference. This is when I met Jenna Creasy, the director of Internet Sales. She sent me a deal which blew out all the competition from the water. Immediately Carson Honda rose to the top of the list of car dealerships to check out. While most of the other dealers I got offers from would call and email me almost hourly, Carson Honda just contacted me once and let me come to them which I completely appreciated. I emailed back and forth with Jenna a few times about pricing and if she could beat any deals that I had from other dealerships which she had no problem doing. Also, she was able to answer every question which I had about the car and with the dealership. Once it was time to buy the car, she made sure to set up an appointment for me to come in and had the exact car that I wanted ready on standby. While she wasn't there that day, she was able to have one of her co-workers ready to met me and pass me off the a sales person. From the time we entered the dealership to the time we left it was about 4 hours. The car buying experience was very pleasant compared to a "normal" dealership. We had a trade-in on the Jetta and already had our deal locked in on the new Accord so it was just a matter of making the numbers work. The lead sales person came back with a low trade-in value for my Jetta, I had a number which I would have love to gotten and our bottom number. They came back about 500 below that bottom number. I told them the trade-in wouldn't work at that price and showed them a Kelly Blue Book number that I printed off that valued the car higher. The sales man went back to the desk to get another offer and came back with the ability to hit my bottom number plus 500 dollars. After we agreed on that, we went back to financing and got a sweet rate of 1.9%. It was smooth and seamless. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car! read more

Negative 88 stars... Yelp should really allow you to put negative or 0 stars. So a it's been about 2 months since we purchased the Honda Fit from Caron Honda. It's been a nightmare and a half. After running back and forth to redo the contract to remove the items that Mr. Razo put on my partners contract without telling us, we received no apology from them. It was made out to be like it was our mistake. The General Manager, Tim Soeung, did not apologize for the actions of his sales and finance people. I suppose I was looking for some morality or Humanity -- It was too much to ask. About 1.5 months in, Tim asked us to 'remove' the original review I had previously written. I have NEVER been asked by any company to remove my review, and I am offended that they would even ask. Yelp is here to help others not have the same horrible experience, you can pay Yelp to move my review down (yes, I noticed it's on page 2 now), but the review stays. Ironically, the day after he asked for me to remove this review, my partner's car got her key jammed in the ignition. After taking it to a more local Honda dealer, they told us that the alarm that Carson Honda left in the car caused a short and fried the ignition switch. Mind you, we NEVER asked for an alarm nor did we pay for it. We didn't even knew it existed. It apparently was below the steering wheel. We took the car back to Carson Honda, and part of my faith in Humanity thought that they would just fix it and apologize for screwing it up... instead, we got a load of bull excuse that it was really a dash cam that we had plugged into the auxiliary power outlet (aka the cigarette lighter), that caused the ignition to switch to get fried. Seriously? I realize that Tim thinks that we are just two women who do not know anything, but telling us that those outlets are not made for anything that is not Honda is ridiculous. I personally own a Toyota... I have two dash cams, two phone chargers, and occasionally a Keurig plugged into my auxiliary power outlet... and guess what... none of those items say "Toyota" on it. Don't take us for fools. Don't lie to people. And most of all, don't ask to have my review removed, because it is NOT happening. After dealing with these folks for another 1.5 weeks that we can't ever get back in our lives, the switch was supposedly changed out with one from another car on the lot. I'm trying to really have faith that we weren't lied to and they really did replace it, but only time will tell, I guess. read more

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned car from this dealership, and I regret my decision. While Estevan, the salesperson, was kind during the process, things quickly went downhill. During the sale, I was informed the car needed to be detailed and would be ready the next day. When I arrived, Estevan was busy with another sale. Instead of having someone else help me, the handoff felt rushed. The extended warranty, which was supposed to be discussed at pickup as I was given a day to consider it, was not reviewed and I was not given an opportunity to purchase it. The next morning, in daylight, I noticed the car had been poorly detailed. There was paint and sticker residue on the windows, gross stains on the upholstery, crumbs, dirt, marks on the visor, and even old papers and a necklace left on the floor. I reached out to Estevan, and he assured me I could bring the car back for proper detailing, offering to fill up my gas tank since I live an hour away. However, once I confirmed a date to return, Estevan stopped responding. I've also called the dealership and left a voicemail for the general manager over a week ago, with no response. I've even emailed Estevan directly, but he hasn't replied to that either. To add insult to injury, before Estevan stopped replying, he texted me asking for a positive review in exchange for a gift card, which I found ridiculous considering my issues haven't been addressed. It's now been a month since I purchased the car, and I still haven't received any of the necessary paperwork from the DMV. Considering how poorly they've handled my other issues, I'm worried they didn't even file the paperwork properly. The AC is also making an odd noise, and Estevan suggested the filter might need to be changed. Why would a certified pre-owned car already need this type of maintenance? If they're cutting corners with simple things like detailing and filters, I'm left wondering what else they're skimping on. read more

This is my opinion: I came to have car serviced as it was having intermittent starting problems. The service person (I won't use his name, I'm not trying to embarrass, only inform the public) opened the hood and within a few seconds could see the battery terminal was extremely corroded. Also in that time of a few seconds he said he could see by the color of the liquids I needed a coolant exchange, brake fluid exchange, fuel system service, power steering flush, and transmission service. He determined this all within seconds, not knowing the mileage, not looking anywhere else but under the hood. Sad thing I thought I really knew better than to fall for this as these tricks have been well documented in the media many times. Anyway I fell for it, all except the transmission flush. My bad..... $530 later I went home and searched the internet for answers for when these services should be done. My car is 5 years old with 58k miles. ANSWER: You might not need any of these or most of these services at 58k miles on a 5 year old vehicle. I waited three hours in the "lounge" for them to finish but for all I know (I'm really skeptical now) they could have done nothing and said they did (my opinion). After scraping the terminal they said the battery was still good (remember this was the original reason I went there). HOWEVER, the next day as my wife was leaving work, the car wouldn't start again. This time, I took the car to a service facility I trusted. They said the battery cable was cracked, which they replaced. Now the car works properly. Too bad Carson Honda didn't see this after they had three hours "doing work" that probably didn't need done. I don't recommend Carson Honda and not going back. There are other Honda dealers if I need one. Now one year later, I now have suspicion, since most of what they said they did had to be done again already, might not even have done last year. read more

Got my first lease about 2 years ago with my 2017 Civic LX. Car was brand new, but the dealer sent my car to some janky shop to get cheap leather installed on my seats. Again, no biggie as I know the LX doesn't come with leather. What did bother me was that the shop didn't feel like they needed to reinstall my rear seatbelts. It wasn't until a few days of driving my car that my little nephew told me that I was missing a seat belt in my BRAND NEW CAR. So, I take it back to the dealer and they give me some bs asking if I did the leather seats myself. But obviously I didn't because I was charged for these "features" in my financing paperwork. So they keep my car over the weekend (didn't mention that the shop is only open Monday-Friday) and kept it an additional 2 days to complete the request. I guess they had to tow it to the shop for the seatbelt.. rather than just installing one at the dealer. So I move on, drive my car as usual. About a month later, my brake pedal begins to squeak and my passenger door panel was literally coming apart when trying to close the door. They tried to give me more bs about how it was probably done by the shop (that they sent the car to) and it was overall difficult to just get my door panel tightened and brake pedal "lubbed". Anyway the brake pedal continues to squeak and now my passenger door squeaks while on the freeway. Even though it bothers me to no end, I refuse to come back to this dealer for any service. They lure you in with the "Helpful Honda" and they'll more than likely get you into a newish car with decent credit, but look elsewhere for actual support with your vehicle. Their service department is trash and incompetent with communication. I honestly want to buy a Type-R in the next month or so but I don't want to go through Honda's lack of taking responsibility for defects in their new cars. read more

I purchased my car here back in December of 2013 and I had an amazing experience with Ramon in Sales and Francisco in Finance. They were super helpful and made the process quick and easy. So when my car was due for its first service, I thought I would give the service department a try, and I am so glad that I did. The service staff is wonderful. From the time I pulled up I was welcomed to the dealership by a man named Sergio. Super friendly man with a great attitude! He let me know an advisor would be right with me and sure enough the service advisor Michelle came out an helped me. She was so nice and very knowledgeable. It was so refreshing to see a woman in service! She explained to me what they were going to do during the service and let me know they would also wash my car! How awesome is that! I ended up getting the shuttle ride to the mall instead of waiting for my service to be completed and was suprised that they not only drop you off, but pick you up also! Most places will just drop you and good luck getting back... Michelle let me know when my car was done and had the shuttle come get me. When I got back she went over the paperwork with me and my car checked out great! I also ended up going to the parts department and ordering some accessories for my car. Sean helped me out and was so polite and patient with me while I decided exactly what I wanted. When I checked out Joy helped me and was also extremely polite and asked me if I had any questions. Then Michelle walked me out to my car and even removed the seat cover and floor protectors from the car. I felt like it was receiving a 5 star treatment at this dealership! I will most definitely recommend Carson Honda to anyone looking for great treatment and a knowledgable staff! Thank you Carson Honda!! read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Carson Honda. I brought my 2019 Honda Pilot in because multiple warning lights came on. After their inspection, I was told my transmission had internally failed and that I needed a complete transmission replacement. I was given an estimate of over $13,000 and was told that replacing the transmission was the recommended repair. Because the estimate seemed unreasonable for a vehicle with only about 49,000 miles that has been well maintained, I decided to get a second opinion from an independent mechanic. The independent mechanic performed his own diagnostic testing and found that the problem was not a failed transmission. The issue was a faulty speed sensor. After replacing the speed sensor, the vehicle drove normally again, including on the freeway, and the total repair cost was $450. Being told I needed a $13,000 transmission when the actual problem was a $450 sensor caused my family an incredible amount of stress. I spent days worrying about how I would afford such an expensive repair, and I even opened a goodwill assistance case with Honda because I believed the transmission had failed. I understand that diagnosing modern vehicles can sometimes be challenging, but this experience has made me lose confidence in the accuracy of Carson Honda's diagnosis. I strongly encourage anyone facing a major repair recommendation to get a second opinion before authorizing expensive work. I'm grateful I sought another diagnosis before spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily. read more

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, because I was so excited to finally buy a new car. But my experience at Carson Honda turned into a nightmare, leaving me with a bitter taste and a strong warning for anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being treated as a nuisance rather than a valued customer. The salesperson and finance manager was dismissive and condescending, seemingly more interested in pushing their own agenda than listening to my needs. The whole process was incredibly stressful and felt incredibly pushed. They pressured me to make a decision on the spot, and when I hesitated, they immediately became aggressive and unhelpful. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, and I was constantly having to fight for basic information and transparency. The communication was also abysmal. Made promises that were never kept,. I constantly had to chase them down for basic information, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored. In short, my experience at Carson Honda was nothing short of a disaster. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and communication, combined with aggressive sales tactics and post-sale negligence, left me feeling utterly disappointed and betrayed. My advice? Avoid Carson Honda at all costs. There are plenty of other dealerships out there that value their customers and prioritize a positive buying experience. Don't let yourself be subjected to the kind of treatment I received. read more

Normally I get good service at Carson Honda, but this last trip was not a good one. It could have been the service advisor, it could have been the mechanic, but either way, I left paying over $200 more than what I was originally told I'd have to pay. The original "thorough" inspection did not happen. The advisor went back and forth to my husband telling him one new thing after the other. If the initial thorough inspection had happened from the get-go, we would have been able to assess if we can pay for all the recommendations at that time. After he ok'd about $400 worth of service for transmission and brake cleaning, he was hit with a $600 charge saying the mechanic decided to just change the brakes. NO ONE came to tell my husband that the brakes needed to be replaced. All they said was they they needed cleaning. They did so without any explanation or time for us to consider if we even had $600 to pay for everything. What would have happened if we did not have the money to pay? They would've kept the car. I was extremely disappointed with this service trip. As I mentioned. I normally get good service but this time, it was like they were every other shady shop trying to gauge out of every cent they could possibly get. Ask for a thorough inspection and if they come at you multiple times about multiple "new" things they are finding, ask why it was never discovered the first time around. read more

I had a fantastic experience working with Andrew at Honda of Carson to find my new vehicle! He was incredibly patient, kind, and never pushy. This was especially refreshing after dealing with two other salesmen, Ricky and Julian, who were unfortunately quite rude and condescending. From the start, Ricky was overly aggressive, and whenever we asked him to run numbers, he made remarks about rising costs and higher tax rates, which felt dismissive. At one point, he even commented that when he buys a car, he already knows what he can afford, which came across as very judgmental. Julian then stepped in to discuss a 'propack' that was added to the price after the fact, even though it wasn't listed anywhere initially. When we asked questions about it, he responded in a condescending manner and insisted he was 'losing money' by selling us the car. It was uncomfortable and frustrating. To add to the disappointment, the propack mats weren't available the day I purchased the car, so I had to come back later to pick them up. At that point, I asked to work with Andrew instead, and I'm so glad I did! He was genuinely supportive and patient throughout the process. The two finance team members we worked with were also great--unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but they were both very pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Andrew, for turning a tough experience into a positive one! read more

i recently started looking for a new vehicle that would fit my needs and budget. i couldnt make up my mind as to where or what vehicle i wanted. i knew i wanted an economical vehicle and something that wouldnt break my wallet. i knew friend of mine just purchased a new honda civic from carson honda and i figured i would give the civic a shot. as soon as i arrived at carson honda a gentlemen named Octavio greeted me with a friendly handshake and confident. i was neither intimidated or put off as i thought i would be. (not a fan of dealers). i let Octavio know that i was shopping around and i was looking for a great vehicle with great gas milage and which wouldnt break my wallet. he gave me options and even suggested vehicles he would purchase given the opportunity, for his family. that made me feel very at ease knowing he was giving me options his family would have. Octavio took me on test drives and never once forced me to make a choice. once i was ready i know i was making the right choice. from the greeting to the test drive and up to the paper work Octavio stayed with me the entire time making sure everything still fit my needs and budget. i am happy to say it did. i cant thank Octavio for great service and a great experience. i will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit him and carson honda for furture vehicle purchases. read more

Thank you Mr. Honda, for those of you who don't know yes there really was a Mr. Honda i am pretty sure there was not a Mr. Toyota!! i love all my Honda's (2000 crv, 1998 accord, 2012 accord). let me tell you i have purchased many car's but the last car i purchased from Cesar the sales rep has been the best experience, the upfront manner that they treated me" their guest" yes that's what the finance guy "Ali" keep-ed on calling me, i was really taken care of i felt like i was the owners special referral. let me tell you they are extremely professional. Ali in the finance dept went over all option's and you know how you usually have a game plan before you go to buy a car and you and the wife say OK this is what we are doing, well that was us, but we were treated with such honesty and respect that we actually let them go over all the option's in the finance department, i was not going to add anything extra but after seeing the great benefit's and the 8 year 120,000 mile's of warranty which was available we had to get it, yes 8 years 120k and not a after market junk warranty with a $250 deduct able, a "Honda care" genuine factory warranty with $0 deduct able, yes $0!. once again thank you Mr. Honda. have you all heard (Toyota) another 7+ million car's were recalled. wow i guess if there was a Mr. Toyota he would be rolling in his grave. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I cannot tell you what a terrible experience I had buying my used Honda Fit from these jerks back in 2016. They did all the sleazy things that make car buying so miserable. Including acting like they didn't have the car I saw on their website then "finding it" after I started walking off the lot. But why am I writing this review now you ask? Because last month I started the process of getting a new car (NOT HERE) and selling my old Fit only to discover that they had never cleared the lien from the previous owner!!! (Despite the fact that I paid cash in full for the car.) That's right -- I have had a lien on my car for FIVE YEARS despite owning my car. I called and emailed Carson Honda to look into this and they have not gotten back to me. All they did was start sending me their promotional emails. That was two weeks ago. Luckily Capital One (the lien holder) was able to confirm that the dealership incorrectly filled out the paperwork and they cleared the title. But what an absolute huge and dangerous error. ON TOP OF being incredibly annoying and rude to deal with in the first place. STAY AWAY. read more

They Treated me with respect, and like I was part of their family. I had run out of time in my personal day, when I realized I needed to get service before I left town. I called them, and explained my situation, and they made it happen for me. I will continue to use this dealership for all my service needs. When I am ready to purchase a newer vehicle, I will purchase from them because of the Service I recieve from Carson Honda. It did not seem at first it would be worth driving the extra miles to get to them, but after my first few services, I could not imagine going back to My Local Honda Dealer. It seems that they are as easy to get to as any dealer, when the service is this good. I would encourage every one to use them for all your Honda needs. The Honda Dealerships I have used in this area, do not add up to the team at Carson Honda. From My Service Advisor, and the cheerful Cashiers, even the round trip shuttle is welcoming. Before we went to Carson Honda, we went on their website and looked at various models. We were impressed by the price listed, which is much lower compared to other Honda dealers in the area. Shortly after we sent our request, a sales guy Caddy called, we made an appointment for the next day. At the dealership we were greeted by Caddy, who turned out to be courteous and very knowledgeable, he knew everything about the CR-V we were looking at, and was able to answer every question we had. Test-drive went great, and I would recommend anyone before buying a car to test drive it and get a full experience. The negotiation part went easier than I thought, in the past we had run into sales people that are pushy and don't really give a crap. Our sales guy was actually nice (finally they do exist!), he was funny too, and that made the tense discussions more smooth. Overall, car-buying really isn't so bad, if you get the right sales people. read more

Excellent experience! Recently bought a used Ridgeline there, and have to say this is a superb place to do business. In this day and age of crappy customer service and shoddy ethics, the guys and gals there were honest, and did exactly what they said they'd do. They not only transferred a car from sister shop Poway Honda (100-plus miles away) to the Carson store, they trimmed a bit off the price, filled it up with fuel, let me look underneath while it was on the lift (and talk to the mechanic who checked it out), did the financing paperwork with no extra pressure or hassles, and even delivered the truck to my home in Palos Verdes. From GM Kris to the guys and gals on the sales floor, everyone was friendly and honest. I will definitely go back, and I will be telling my friends to use them, as well, if they are in the market for a Honda product. Ask for Kris or Miguel when you go.... great folks! read more

BIG SHOUT OUT to DEAN HAYEK & OZ VARGAS!!! Both were very patient and kind straight forward. The dealership itself is a 5 everyone is very kind and friendly. When I arrived with Oz he asked me likes and dislikes in a car from there he was able to show me what was best and what I would like. I test drove two cars to experience different styles. Oz was very kind and patient NOT PUSHY in taking my time decide. Once I filled out the beginning paper work and ran my credit I was introduced to Dean which was a total support in making the final decisions. They were able to help me with the payments that I wanted and felt comfortable with. Tt receiving help from OZ & DEAN and sure will be satisfied. I know when my family member is ready for the 2013 Honda we know well go right back to OZ and look forward to receive the help from Dean. They went above in beyond. Great customer service!(= read more
