I appreciated that he wasn't recommending just the default micromesh gutter guards because I was asking about them, but let me know the pros and cons and general price differences of multiple options. He said he would get back in touch with an estimate shortly, but it's been over a week now and, after multiple attempts to follow up with him (and despite the fact that he was initially very good about following up with me when setting the estimate appointment), I haven't heard anything further. This seemed pretty unprofessional to me, so I looked up the NV license number he has listed on his business card and it turns out that his company and license number are not listed, which is a worrying sign. While he seemed to me like he knows what he's talking about with regard to rain gutters, and looks like he's operating out of a well-equipped truck, all of this has given me enough pause to move on and go with a different contractor.

Today, Sunday February 16th, Matt left a voicemail that he is in Carson City, asking if I still want him to come. I called him back and stated yes we have an appointment and stated the time. He asks again if I still want him or not and I ask do you want business because it doesn't sound like it. Mind you he sounds like a young teenager playing games on the phone. He finally says yes and that he can be at my house in 15 minutes. I asked how can you be at my house that quick when you are in Carson City and I live in Gardnerville? All he said was ok and he's coming. We agreed on 10:00am. It is now 9:55 am and he calls but leaves no message. I call him at 10:10 am to see where he is and he states he thought I live in Carson City. At this point I am upset because I have given between the two of them, Max and Matt, my address THREE TIMES, including this morning on Sunday on the phone. He has the nerve to ask me what's my problem after he spits off an incorrect address from the top of his head because he didn't write the address down. I told him I am upset at the games they have been playing, the lack of disrespect for my time, and not honoring appointment times nor properly writing down my address. He has the nerve to say he feels disrespected because he is just trying to figure this out. There is nothing to figure out other than poor business practices and nonsense games from a guy that sounds like skateboarding kid who doesn't value customers. If the way they run their business of scheduling appointments and disrespecting customers is any indication of the quality of their work, I'm glad I won't be hiring them for the job.

His guys were here the next day and hung the gutters with the exception of the custom gutter above the awning. Unfortunately I trusted they would be back to complete the job so I paid in full. I sent Tino an email on 08/14/2024 to follow up on the custom gutter and was told that he was waiting for fabricators to get back to him. Since then, I have sent him several emails and left voice mails asking him to fix a downspout that was not positioned correctly as well as an ETA to complete the job. Alas, on the scheduled day and time, nobody showed up, and nobody contacted me. I called the office, and Jada said my job was not on their calendar. After she gave me multiple excuses for why Brian failed to show up "for my estimate", it was clear that they had scheduled another estimate and not the actual repair work, and then they didn't even show up for that.
