Another week and a half later I had to call back only to hear 1 guy was out sick. Then they trying to make the deal multiple times more difficult than needed but she was going to call me back the next day to schedule a site inspection to make recommendations. So I waited 4-5 more days and still nothing, I called my old company back in California and an hour later I had a design and estimate, I called and paid over the phone and will have my project completed in less than a week, I wil never call this company again nor recommend them to any of my clients, I do not like being lied to or blown off, just tell me the truth and do what you say you're going to do!!

I called back again and spoke to him. He told me he would email a bid, but that never happened. My last attempt was an email asking if it was realistic to expect a bid or even a response. Again, with no reply from Chris. I have never encountered a company with such poor customer service.
