He actually dropped a job when he found out I was locked out! Mike was clear about pricing and very quick. I was in my house in moments. Once I was in he returned to the dropped job. Chiko called someone else who did get to the house within 15 mins. Definitely prompt. I asked the person who showed up how much. He said it could be tricky etc... Anyway, it took this person 2 mins to open the door. I was then charged $239! For a job that took all of 5 mins if you include his getting out of and back into his van. On top of that, this person was furious when I told him what I was quoted. He told me they charge so much because of his car, insurance etc... I didn't have an issue with the $150 (although it took 5 mins). I do have an issue with the guy who showed up, charging me an extra $90. The tech who came to the house was super scary. I gave him the money because I definitely thought he was unhinged.

When I called back the dispatcher was extremely rude. I locked myself out on my way to my grandmas calling hours. You need better customer service because you never know what people are dealing with. The dispatcher is the first line of contact and being rude and yelling at a customer should never be how people are treated. Retrain your staff.

The locksmith attempted to program the key twice before informing me that it is not compatible. Luckily, he had a key made for my car with him. However, the price was similar to car dealerships. I would still choose this locksmith because of convenience and pricing (much cheaper if I had the right key bought on my own).
