From the time I contacted him via email to his final check-in on us, Dean of Granite Pro was a class act. He came out on time to measure and gave an instant estimate that was very fair. I was able to come to the warehouse/office to see the actual slabs of granite and make my selection. Dean made sure that our desires were met- both with the design of our new counter tops and our tile back splash. I have never had such a wonderful experience dealing with a contractor. Sarah coordinated everything perfectly. Vince made recommendations while creating the template that I hadn't thought of and were perfect. Although he doesn't work for them, they set things up with Nick Hess to do the construction and he was great. Tile removal and granite installation was perfect. Everyone was so neat! And a special thanks to Roberto for predicting a tile shortfall and working with me for a beautiful installation on a rescheduled date. A couple minor flaws were fixed within 24 hours. GranitePro has been great to deal with from the very first time we just stopped into their shop (without an appointment) just to learn about our options. By the time we left, we already knew that we wanted to go with granite for out countertops and even which slab we wanted. We especially love Sarah, who was the person we worked with initially and the most throughout the process; although everyone else - including Sydni, the installation teams, and Dean, the owner, were all wonderful. However, our installation was not without problems -but those couple of issues only help to solidify why GranitePro deserves five stars. The most significant issue occurred during installation. While trying to perfectly level everything, a small piece of our granite countertop broke. The installation team offered to either repair the crack for us right then in order to complete the install (they do provide a 10-year warrantee on the install); or we could have them replace the entire section of granite. We opted for the replacement, but we were worried about it taking multiple days for them to recut and prepare the piece. We spoke to Dean, who made sure, not only that the replacement piece would be available the very next day, but that the install team would be back that afternoon to complete the install. About a week after the final install, we had one other very minor issue. We discovered that one of the sink clips fell out (which is not really necessary after that much time, but we felt more comfortable have it reinstalled). Even for this, GranitePro approached it as they did with everything else - working around our schedule for the team to come out, contacting us the day before with a reminder as to when they would be there, and the team arriving on time. The countertop still looks amazing (Oh, I didn't even mention the incredible work that is done in matching up the pattern in the stone on the different pieces as well as to the backsplash, etc.), and the whole experience, even with our issues, was about as pleasant and as good as it could be. You'll find their pricing to also be very good, so if you are looking for new countertops; I highly recommend going with GranitePro. read more

I used them for the first time. The prices are competitive and the professionalism and their service is what I would expect from any great business. The owner Dean and his crew is super easy to work with. When Dean came to measure he selected the perfect granite for the house. It went so well with the color palette of other finishes on the cabinets and hardwood. They are so busy and booked for about two weeks ahead. I really needed it to be done sooner so they kept me in the loop about other job cancellations and had my project moved up. Happy to say that it installed within the week. There was a minor mishap with the size of backsplash (3-1/2" instead of the 8") but the guy came back within 2 hours to finish installing. I would use them again in my future projects and highly recommend them. read more

Right from the start, I will tell you that from top to bottom, the pricing by Granite Pro is VERY competitive and in fact, we opted for everything from demo, removal, installation, plumbing, sink and faucet because of it. When you total all of those options and then go to the competitors, you may find Granite Pro the best option. If you are solely looking at pricing, you may disagree, but I guarantee the difference in price would be minimal and here is the difference and it is IMPORTANT to consider. The process to get new kitchen counter tops installed was the smoothest I have ever experienced of almost any company I have dealt with in my 30+ years as an adult. Dean is one of the most personal and professional business owners. He personally came out, talked to us, and provided us an initial quote. We went to his show room to look at options and samples. Dean and his staff were so knowledgeable and had great insight to what would work with our space and kitchen design. He listened to us and worked with our needs. In addition, they were clear and concise about the payment requirements, the measurement date and install dates and what would be involved. They kept us informed the whole way and we never had to initiate a follow up. The day of the measurement, the staff member was on time, very professional, and very personable. He asked us questions and provided sound recommendations. He was in and out under two hours. The day of installation was the same. While they request a window of arrival, they were there on time. The three young men where courteous and were extremely careful about my home and the surroundings. They worked fast and efficient while paying careful attention to details down to the smallest measurement. There was not a gap or overlap, which is a testament to the gentleman who did the measuring. They explained everything about the installation, care and maintenance of our new counters. They were willing to accommodate any of our reasonable requests. Considering our small kitchen, they were done in a few hours and certainly faster than I expected. Finally, the plumber had until 3 pm to show. The team prompted him of their completion, which allowed the plumber to come in and complete the work early. I know that will not be every situation, but the fact that they made an effort to check on him for us was appreciated. It was one of those virtual learning school days. A day later, Dean, the owner, checked in to make sure we were happy and we were! Here is the point. For the money and quality of the material and work, they cannot be beat. They use all in-house staff and specific partners with a solid reputation to do the work from start to finish. I think this is key to their success. Everyone is bought in as one team. I have zero expectation to see them back to fix anything because it was executed well from the beginning. Even if there was an issue, I have no doubt that they would make it right. I think that is the advantage to a company not looking to cut any corners to save money like using outside contractors they have little control of. Clearly, there is pride taken by Dean and his staff in the business that you rarely see anymore. The money is secondary to the customers experience and satisfaction. I cannot say enough about how great the experience was from top to bottom and there will be no doubt who I will go to for any future related needs. read more

I contacted Dean at GranitePro and was impressed with his responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism. We had called other contractors previously and many did not even bother to return our call. He was at our house the next day, had great ideas and inputs on how to design our new counter to meet our desires as well as providing suggestions to help with future resale of the house. I had an estimate the following day, that had a price that beat the competition. We tried to get others to, as they advertise, match Dean's price but based on their responses became very worried that other contractors were going to cut corners to maintain their profit margin. GranitePro continued to impress with the granite show room, all other contractors had the stones out in a yard, or in a dimly lit cramped shop. The show room was well spacious, well lit and the employees were extremely knowledgeable on the stones and able to convey their information to aid us in finding what we felt was the perfect stones for our new kitchen. On the 4th day after we picked our stones Dean was at our house installing the counter. He continued to impress with the care he took to protect our doors, walls, floors, and new cabinets. He did not put a mark anywhere. The installation went perfectly, beautiful seams, great fit and it perfectly finishes off our new kitchen.
