They were patient with all of my many questions! Although the project was delayed by 4 months because of the pandemic, Kelly was very patient with rescheduling everything. The staff that came to my home for both the measuring and install were highly professional. Even the local Baltimore delivery company that delivered the cabinets (CDS) had great service. As is often the case, we needed to lower the basement floor and our worst fears came to pass- it needed underpinning as well. Well, what could have been a painful nightmare turned out to be a smooth and seamless process. Not cheap, of course, but for the sheer amount of work done and earth removed (it really is breathtaking how they managed to fit so many bulldozers into a rowhouse basement!!) the price is reasonable, especially compared to other companies that we shopped around for. But these guys know their stuff, DC basements are their bread and butter and they expertly navigate everything from the crazy labyrinth of DC permitting to sweating all the little details to make the project go off without a hitch. The work quality is awesome and we are very happy with the final outcome. Everyone who sees the space is impressed and actually blown away. What really made the experience so pleasant is the team. Eric was so good in guiding the overall strategy and helping us make critical decisions. Gheorghe, our project manager, was the best - exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and calmly reassuring.
