If you read nothing else, know that there is NO ONE better than TradeMark and Vasilios!! They are incredible and we can't be any happier!! Vasilios came to our house three times to ensure that what we envisioned would become our reality and it did! He spent well-over two hours on two separate occasions with us in his showroom which had every possible combination of quartz, cabinetry, backsplash and flooring. He then helped us re-design our family room. He had samples of everything and showed us what everything would look like together. He also used 3D modeling to show us how it would look. The renditions were perfect. Marvin and Mike from TradeMark Construction whom did the work were equally as amazing! The quality of their work and attention was to detail was perfect. They too were great to work with. They were friendly and punctual. Vasilios communicated regularly with us during the entire five weeks. He also came onsite regularly to ensure everything was just right and to support his team and us. He walked through personally with a punch list upon completion to ensure it was flawless (and it was)! Everyone Vasilios brought in from the plumber to electricians were incredible. I cannot more highly recommend TradeMark Construction and Vasilios! Everything was perfect and we love our new space. Thank you Vasilios and TradeMark! Can't wait to have you for our next project!

There had been no details of the kind of work that was to be done, and when I mentioned the lack of information, he said I could fill it out myself. He kept insisting to sign the contract and give him an immediate deposit. I obviously declined signing a blank contract, and he started to try and intimidate me which I found so ridiculous. I just told him we will find someone else. Very unprofessional, and people should know.

Out of frustration, I called my insurance company and told them that i was terminating my contract with that company because i felt that they were not a great fit for me. I then logged on to Yelp and searched for a contractor. Several companies came up...Some of them had great reviews and others didn't. I sat and read all the reviews but there was something about this company that felt right to me. I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Ruslan came out. I found him to be very warm and professional. We did a walk through and within days i was sent an estimate. After reviewing the estimate, i decided to go with them and signed a contract. The first day on the job they showed up on time and was ready to work. So much was done within the first week. These guys are very hard workers and they wasted no time when doing their job. There were several hiccups with the plumber and electrician but they were very patient. Ruslan is very meticulous at what he does. I felt very comfortable knowing that we shared something in common. I liked the fact that he allowed me to express my ideas and was open to changes throughout the project. The previous company wouldn't allow me to make changes. Finally, my home is completed and it's gorgeous! I'm so happy and very grateful for all the work that was done by Dargo Home Improvement, llc. Everyone who has visited cannot stop complimenting on how beautiful my home is. Thanks to Ruslan and his guys.

Chris, the owner, was very responsive and friendly. His quote was slightly lower but quite similar to the other companies who responded, and we decided to go with him based on the price, his responsiveness, and the reviews on here (particularly the previous review with the seam repair, as the "before" seam looked exactly like ours!). Scheduling was straightforward and we were able to get our ideal day/time the following week. Two guys arrived on time and they got to work right away to fix all of the issues. They were here for quite awhile, and worked really hard to get everything looking great. The seam is now closed up and is MUCH less obvious. The two stone pieces were also uneven, with one jutting out past the other, and they completely fixed it- you would never know! The cracks and chips are all sealed and barely visible, and we haven't had any issues with the counters since their visit. Chris sent us a link before our visit so that we could pay by credit card at the end of the visit (otherwise we could have paid by cash or check). Overall, two thumbs up and we will definitely be calling them in the future if we have any issues with our counters!

It's an old house, with a tight space, and an endless amount of obstacles to overcome in order to pull it off. We interviewed about 6 contractors and collected a number of quotes. A few contractors were not up to the task, while a few came back with either extraordinarily high or absurdly low quotes- and all of them had wonky solutions that seemed impractical. Then came Dominic. Dominic came in with a creative mind. His experience and expertise allowed him to problem solve and come up with a fantastic solution that met all of our needs, and more wants that we could've hoped for. Even more, his quote made sense. He wasn't the cheapest, or the most expensive, but he was fair. Due to a medical issue, there was a massive delay on our end getting started, yet Dominic remained flexible. Once we were finally underway, I was floored at how quickly he and his team worked. They showed up every day, on time, and worked precisely and efficiently. We were dreading having people in our home for several weeks, but his team was lovely to have around! They were polite, kind, helpful, and most importantly, skilled. I was working on several side projects (painting, refinishing cabinets, etc) and they always jumped in to help if they saw me struggling to carry something or lift something heavy. Every day they left the space cleaner than they found it. Not only are they skilled, it is clear they have an incredible work ethic and are just kind people. During the project, we wanted to change the scope a few times by adding in some flooring and a few other things that shifted the project a bit. Once again, Dominic remained flexible. He was there to offer advice- both in helping us stay within budget, while not compromising quality. And despite expanding the scope mid-project, he and his team only needed a few additional days to complete those requests. I've never hired a contractor for this scale of project before and I've heard all of the nightmares about poor quality work, lack of communication, surprise project fees, and delays in completion. We experience none of that with Top Notch Contractors. Dominic and his team delivered everything they promised and more. There were no billing surprises at the end of the project and even though we were satisfied with everything, he and his team were still touching up little things as they were walking out of the door. If you're looking for the Goldilocks of contractors- one who is skilled, fairly priced, and delivers on their promises, you can't go wrong with Dominic at Top Notch Contractors. My father now has a safe & beautiful space and we could not be more grateful.
