The prices are high. Not outrageous but high, but there are few places you can go to compare. Best thing about this place is that if you pick up your own stone/aggregate it is very reasonable. They sell in 80lb bags as well as in these humongous bags that take a scoop or half-scoop. The 80lb bags are $6 a piece. The half scoop is $15 for the bag and $15 to fill. You keep the bag and refill as you want. Unfortunately the sales guy didn't bother telling me about the half scoop bag until after I purchased 15 of the 80lb bags. Got the same quantity of stone dust for 6 times the price. That is my only complaint however. Staff was friendly is not overwhelmingly helpful. I will continue going back for my future building needs.

But everything went great with Floors Etc. I got an estimate, met them at their showroom, picked my flooring and took a sample home, set up a date for install, and they showed up on time! They got the work done in a timely manner and it looks great. They were out of stock of the stair floor nosings, but got them and installed then a couple days later so no big deal. I am very happy with my choice.

Their price quote for removal of my laminate flooring and installation of the LVT, which I feared would be very expensive, was in line with other estimates I received. I'm so glad I had Floors do the installation. The crew, from designer to field supervisor to installation crew, were outstanding: on time, highly professional and so very skilled, efficient, friendly and overall, people I felt lucky to meet. And the plumber they recommended (Fabian) to do the refrigerator/stove water/gas/electric disconnect/reconnect was also great. I love the finished product and recommend Floors without reservation!

Because Home Depot has such poor quality customer service, we drove the 25-30min to Timonium for what we needed. What a pleasant surprise. Employees who were actually around and to top it off able to provide meaningful service?!! What the?!! We came here several times this weekend and each time we were greeted with friendly smiles and offers for help. This is exactly what is needed when doing a DIY project in which youtube and google searches are the primary resources! :) There was enough staff to keep the lines from building up and causing queuing issues, so checkout was a breeze. When we finished the project we had a few things that we didn't use. The return process was a nice and smooth. I'll always recommend this location for quality customer service and a friendly environment with home improvement projects. I only gave 4 stars instead of five because as my honey shopped, asked questions, and discussed the house project with employees, I became restless. I wish that there were chairs for spouses such as myself who are just along for the ride, but get caught up in a 1.5hr trip to Lowes!! When I got home, I received a text from Lowe's giving me a delivery window of the next day between 8 AM and 8 PM, then got another text later with a window of between 12-4 PM. Waiting at home all day, I finally got a phone call from the delivery dispatch saying the truck broke and I would have to call to reschedule my delivery. Ugh. Luckily, they could schedule me for the following day. I got text updates and was able to track Manuel, my delivery driver, on the Lowe's app. Manuel arrived and had my washer and dryer, plus new venting, installed within 20 minutes start to finish. Excellent service by Tim at Lowe's and by Manuel, delivery/install.
