When I arrived, they had both in store and Tim provided assistance in explaining the features of the washer and dryer, plus ringing me up with the sale prices. I was rung up and had a delivery date in less than 8 minutes! When I got home, I received a text from Lowe's giving me a delivery window of the next day between 8 AM and 8 PM, then got another text later with a window of between 12-4 PM. Waiting at home all day, I finally got a phone call from the delivery dispatch saying the truck broke and I would have to call to reschedule my delivery. Ugh. Luckily, they could schedule me for the following day. I got text updates and was able to track Manuel, my delivery driver, on the Lowe's app. Manuel arrived and had my washer and dryer, plus new venting, installed within 20 minutes start to finish. Excellent service by Tim at Lowe's and by Manuel, delivery/install.

Several years have passed since I decided to renovate my master bathroom. My contractor (who needs his own five star review) told me about HV Tile & Stone. It was easy to make an appointment and when I arrived with my ideas and specs in hand, Don Wernecke was eager for my business. Within 30 minutes, I had a good plan in place for my bathroom and had shower/tub/floor tile and grout all picked out and drawn up to order. The showroom is very organized and I appreciated so many choices in tile. Don put all the samples on a work bench table for me to see it all together and this allowed me to envision luxurious baths in what could become my favorite room in the house. This place has everything you need for tiling. Great sample tiles and excellent customer service. And, just because it's Smalltimore, we figured out we have several close friends in common!

They should have been less that $20.00. They (S&S) charged me $50.00 each. That Home Depot "Water Worker" tank lasted 5 weeks. I tried to buy a X-Trol brand from Schumacher and Seiler. Their price to me was Over $1,650.00. I was angry! I went to NorthEastern Supply and got the same tank for $820.00. The $50.00 connectors at S&S were $15.00/ea at N.Eastern Supply. I called S&S and asked what they were doing and I was told that even as a licensed contractor, I didn't have an account, so, they charge list price And Nobody Else does that. I can't do similar. I need exact LOL but the customer service was so nice and helpful. Today, I went in for tile for my shower floor. I have no existing shower floor so I could literally go with anything as long as it complimented the rest of the bathroom. The tile selections are endless. And pricey! But get this, they have a discontinued room. Shhhh. Go in there and maybe show them a picture of what you want and ask if they have anything similar that is discontinued. I was able to get a porcelain tile that retails at $20 a piece for $8 a piece. Score! And the manager is so friendly. He supplied my mom her tile when she built her house years ago and still remembers. He gave me a bag of their grout which doesn't stain or grow mildew. Would definitely recommend Chesapeake Tile & Marble for anyone doing some renovations or new build. You'll find one of a kind tiles that your regular home improvement store won't carry.
