Even though I got back to her after couple of months, she honored the estimate that she had given to me earlier. She even went out of her way to get me in touch with a contractor to help prep the existing cabinets before installing the granite countertops. 2) The guys from AGS were all very good and extremely polite. They put drop cloths on the floor and made sure to clean up any messes before they left. 3) I was a bit unsure of how AGS would be after reading their Yelp reviews (since I had placed the order before reading the reviews). But I have to say that they did not disappoint me at all in terms of pricing and services. 4) Last but not the least, their store has two big cats. They steal away all the show and are super adorable.

Working with AGS was the single most frustrating experience I've ever had with a contractor. I wish…read moreI'd paid closer attention to the red flags before I put down a deposit, because things went downhill as soon as they had my money.   Throughout the entire process I felt like I was never given the information I needed, and my questions repeatedly went unanswered even after bringing them up multiple times. The templater only measured half the project and then AGS blamed me for it. Never in my wildest dreams would I even think about blaming a client for one of my people not having everything they need to do the job, and they then doubled down in wholly unprofessional late night email I was told "he's not a mind reader lol" and that I was supposed to tell him what to do. I don't expect anyone to be a mind reader, I expect AGS to provide its people with basic information such as the current scope of the project, AGS apparently feels that's not their responsibility.  Scheduling installation was awful. Multiple people reaching out and it's not clear if they were communicating with each other at all. AGS wound up having to reschedule but then the second person scheduled us for a time when I specifically said I wasn't available. I would have rescheduled again but by this point I just wanted these people out of my life as soon as possible so I rearranged my schedule to make it work. My questions about what to expect on installation day were never answered, again, even after following up multiple times. This resulted in confusion around payment which could have been easily avoided if they'd just answered my questions literally at all ever.

I must say, after suffering through so many half-baked contractors who think they know better, I…read morewas quite prepared for disappointment. But RemodelNow... they delivered. We had our bathroom completely redone -- a proper luxury soaking tub and a spacious walk-in shower. Not those pathetic little plastic boxes most companies try to force on people. Steve, the sales representative, actually listened instead of pushing whatever cheap package they had leftover that week. Quite refreshing, I must admit. The crew worked cleanly, on schedule, and without the usual drama of disappearing for days or inventing "unexpected costs." The finished bathroom looks genuinely expensive. The tub is deep and comfortable, the walk-in shower has proper water pressure and space, and the overall quality is far above what one typically finds in this market. Most remodelers these days seem content to do the bare minimum and call it "luxury." RemodelNow, to their credit, did not. They simply did the work correctly. If you are tired of mediocre results and condescending excuses, speak to Steve. For once, the outcome justified the expense

From the first meeting with our sales rep Steve, they were clear, professional, and didn't try to upsell us into something we didn't need. Steve walked us through everything without the usual pressure and made the whole process feel straightforward. The crew showed up on time, kept the house cleaner than expected, and actually communicated when something was going to take a little longer. No disappearing for days or random surprise charges. The finished kitchen looks better than the 3D render they showed us, which almost never happens. As someone who usually overthinks every home project, it was genuinely low-stress. They handled the details, answered questions without making me feel dumb, and the quality of the work is solid. We've already recommended them to two friends. If you're on the fence about remodeling, just call them and ask for Steve. Worth every dollar.

Ashley is that rare contractor who listens, researches, and gets it right. She never fakes confidence or brushes off questions. If something needed clarification, she took the time to find the right answer and came back prepared. The project included a full teardown and rebuild; new floors, walls, ceilings with recessed lighting, a rebuilt bathroom, new doors, a hidden electrical panel access, and a framed portal with a small door for crawl space access. In the middle of it all, a tree fell on our garage. Ashley handled everything. She called an inspector, worked with our insurance, and had the roof fixed in under a week. Thanks to her, it was barely a blip in the process. Her crew was professional, efficient, and always friendly. Sara, her right-hand woman, deserves a shout-out for her upbeat attitude and Halloween enthusiasm. It was my first time working with a female general contractor, and it completely changed my expectations. Ashley's care, communication, and eye for detail are unmatched. I've already recommended her to friends who were just as happy. Photos attached

I asked about underlayment and moisture barrier and Mike said they could lay tar paper. Jesse came to home he did measurements, we walked the floor, and I stated the direction(s) I would like the floor laid. Jesse subsequently sent me an estimate to sign and return so work could start. I needed more time for the money and a few months later we reconnected with modifications to the original estimate eliminating the moldings. All was fine so far. He then seemed concerned and wanted his installer to come out. The installer came out, Jesse was late, and the installer stated that plywood would need to be laid over my current hardwood floors before he would install and that the floor could not be installed in the direction(s) I previously outlined. Jesse finally arrived and I heard him, and the installer talk outside then they came inside, once again the installer doubled down. I clearly stated that I thought upselling was being done on the 11th hour. Jesse said "we don't have any of your money". He then said he did not hear anything about the tar paper. He was leaving and said he would discuss with Mike and get back with me. After a few days, I sent Jesse a text, no answer - the same for the next 5 days. It appears I have been ghosted by this company that obviously made a mistake and is not interested in working it out or my business. BEWARE OF BEING GHOSTED AND UPSELLING.
