I typically shop at the White Marsh location. I know I only had less than 2 minutes to shop, but I only wanted to check and see if they had a bartender kit. Of course like most locations, can never locate any assistance. However I found a lady in rhe back near the registry area and her for assistance. I asked her if she knew where the bar items were located. She escorted me to rhe section and pointed in the direction of the shelve. I quickly scanned the shelves to see what could be useful for my bar setup. I saw two boxes that had multiple items for a bar, but found no sticker price, nor were there any prices on the shelves for the items on the lower shelves. So I wasn't going to waste less than 60 seconds to ask for a price. I will just check online and make my decision. read more

This is one of my personal favorite store. This place always has a ton of items all neatly organized. I was stopped three times by very nice people who worked there if I needed any help. Of course I was touching everything and acting silly. This particular location isn't as busy and I can always find a good sale. Remember to save all coupons in the mail, they never expire. There are not enough personal & those that are there when you ask where a product is they just point to the area of the store. There is a square walking pattern if you pay attention to the set up. This location is always clean and organized. Normally I find what I need. The random products are fun to find as well. Once I bought Scooby Snacks Cookies. lol. I've used the in store pick-up option when ordering online. It was a breezy process. The item was up front, behind the customer service desk, which saved a lot of time. The staff has been helpful when needed. Pro Tip: They've accepted expired coupons. That was Bonus win for me! The location is in the strip mall behind Marshalls & Target. It's on the same side as TJ Maxx. There is a lot of parking. read more

Was shopping at this location with my brother and when we separated, I noticed a tall white male following him around the store. My brother noticed it too. We put our merchandise down and left. Unfriendly staff during most recent visit - as if you're bothering them or you're not allowed to question. I tried my best to be positive, but that did nothing. Asked, "How are you today?" No response. Another example, I asked why I was unable to use more coupons (I wasn't suggesting the individual was wrong, just wanted to understand for future reference). The response, "Because I just told you that you can't use more." I was confused by tone of the response, but didn't feel like pursuing it further as I had too much to take care of that day. Not certain I will make an effort to return. Hope to find another location perhaps. Maybe not have such unfriendly personnel up front. Or, maybe it's a reflection of poor management, or a poor environment for people to work. I would be sad and unhappy, too, if that's the case. So I have been in search of curtains forever and have had an interesting experience. 1) they only carry curtains of 85" length. Not a huge deal if they can order online at the store. 2) I had to do some returns due to me having to change colors and length. Again typically not a problem. But I would like to tell every customer doing a return here to verify all their returns. I did 3 returns and 2 of them were done incorrectly. - 1st one was okay - 2nd one they did not provide me with a receipt of the return. Typically not a problem since people can provide their credit card. However in this case they did a return with a merchandise return gift card, so had I not asked for this receipt, I would have not able to do my 3rd return -3rd all of my curtains were returned but a 20% discount was taken off even though I did not get the discount when I first bought the curtains. If I had not verified, I would have lost ~$25 due to employees not checking the receipts. I would say customer service was okay, but please be careful when doing returns. I'm happy I work in quality assurance and always verify. read more

Who doesn't know about BB&B? I'd heard of it but never shopped here until this past year. I was overwhelmed with the amount of STUFF they have! Gadgets galore for your whole house. I bought a down comforter, which turned out to be way too thin - so I returned it... some stick on little creatures (my best attempt to explain them, hah) to put on wine glasses, which turned out to not stick and be cheap and fall off - soo I returned those... and a couple other things which proved to be cheap and useless. This particular store was organized and the clerks were helpful. My returns were very easy. Really disappointed in the quality of the things they sell. I'm sure some are awesome, but I don't think I'd shop here again. read more

Bought a "new keurig" from this place, it wasn't new at all, everything was dirty, tried cleaning, but couldn't even get it all. There was black gunk and a funny smell in the k cup area. Also the package was supposed to come with 4 free Kcups, it did not... they sold this item as a new item price when it was not in that condition. read more

Did some last minute Christmas shopping last night, and they have so many good things! First of all, their kitchen department is wonderful. Every tool and gadget you could want. Will definitely be coming back when I get my new kitchen together. Reasonably priced too! The staff is helpful, I had to ask one of the workers for help multiple times, and she never seemed annoyed or bothered, and was very useful. I even asked a staff member to reach a really high stocking for me. He has to go get a ladder type device but was more than happy to help me. I bought everything, only to realize that I in fact bought a wrong cord for something, and I walked right back in with my receipt and exchanged it! Got my money back on the spot. After recently becoming a homeowner and getting married, this store basically became my second home. We purchased a large majority of the things that we made our house a "home" with here. Always courteous employees, decent prices- they even send 20% Off coupons out every two weeks or so if you sign up (and it's widely known that those expiration dates on them are merely a suggestion, not a rule). Loses a star for being a bit cluttered and hard to navigate, but makes up for it with huge variety of items they have in stock! read more

I was really disappointed in the "bed" in bed bath and beyond, they had nothing for toddlers beds or cribs! Not only was there no bedding it was very few products available for children's rooms in general, I was told to look online. However I did manage to find a nice curtain rod... Can't say it was reasonably priced, if I didn't have a gift card I probably would have went elsewhere. I'll stick to their kitchenware because everything else I just don't see the value in the price. I was pleased with there guest napkin section! Can't wait till I plan my next event. The associates were friendly, and helpful so my overall experience wasn't bad, just wish I could have gotten more items off of my list. Especially considering bed is in the title, Ijs. read more

I've never really been a great fan. Due to the prices But the store is very cluttered. No space to walk and definitely not with a cart. I found myself repeatedly having to wait for someone else to go by so that I could shop. The items are pricey enough for you to give us some walking space Gesh. With my most recent visit I will be sure to check true cashier before getting in her line. MaryAnn was rude and not courteous. I said both of those things because she did not greet me coming or going. I asked for a manager about the price of something and she called and said he was on the phone. I said well can I pay for this and wait and she shoved my receipt in my hand. I waited for the next customer to finish her purchase and got behind her and was told he's on the phone but he has gray hair if I see him around the store. I'm in line so apparently I'm done in your store and I just paid for one item already crazy chic! She proceeded to say next customer before I even got to ask her where could I wait for the manager since I was done. Dan the manager took this complaint and my question and my price issue was resolved but if you work in customer service be courteous or QUIT!
