The toiletries aisle is also a great place to shop for branded items at much lower prices including organic tampons, dove body wash, shampoo and even high end deodorant brands. I plan to go back to get items for my porch (outdoor chairs, planters, and the lights that keep mosquitoes at bay). I also loved the Martha Stewart dish sets and other branded, kitchen items. I checked the expiration for all the food items and nothing was expired.

Three other employees were looking at a computer screen a few feet from me. At no time did they acknowledge me by so much as a "Good morning" After about fifteen minutes, rep finished with her customer and engaged with me. She was pleasant and I bought a 1600 dollar mattress. During this transaction, I repeatedly expressed that support would be needed to assemble the bed frame. I was assured when the parts arrived, a team would assemble the bed. That did not happen. When the last parts arrived, it was by US mail. Of course there was no team to assemble the bed. I called the store and was told by another rep that I didn't opt to pay the 160 dollar assembly fee. This was something I was never offered. I offered to pay the fee but the manager refused to send a team to my house. Instead, I was told I should return the purchase and the store would send it back to the factory and then they would reship it. In essence, I would be without a bed for weeks. Fortunately, even though I am 74 years old, I still regularly lift heavy weights in the gym. So I asked a friend for help and we muscled the 130 lbs of bed parts up the stairs and the king size old mattress down the stairs. Pottery Barn put in in a bad spot with no apologies. I fixed their incompetence myself and good bye to their shoddy service and arrogent employees.

The prices are very fair. They offer a huge discount over buying similar new high quality furniture. However that being said the prices here are not your typical consignment store prices. This place offers only the cream of the crop for sale. Well curated collection. This is not your typical busted type of Goodwill thrift store. There is parking in front of the store but it is a bit tight. They have a restroom for patrons. The staff is always very friendly and cordial. Cornerstone Antiques and Consignment is a great place to shop for furniture and home accessories. I very much recommend this place.
