I own an art gallery on Main St in Historic Ellicott City, Still Life Gallery, which (like any art…read moregallery) has lots of bright lighting requirements. I am VERY happy with the 50 new LED light bulbs provided by SuperGreen Solutions, which replaced all of my old halogens. I had been considering doing the switch but was not sure of what kind of bulb to choose. Bryan Pax made it easy- he brought me some samples, we tried them, I chose the ones I liked. He ordered the bulbs and got me my BGE rebate for the entire amount I spent plus a bit more, so they cost me nothing! It was great to deal with Bryan, he is a very nice, helpful, professional person. In the past I would dread the summer's high electric bills from all those halogen bulbs, and the fact that my AC had to work like mad to cool the gallery. It was always fighting the hot lights and seemed feeble. Now it gets so cool in here that I sometimes have to actually adjust the AC temp upwards. My electric bill is lower! Also, I used to conduct a daily "light bulb patrol" to see if any were blown, and I would have to replace at least one or two every month, which was quite a chore. We have high ceilings in the gallery and the only ladder that would reach them was a very heavy, tall metal one. I was tired of having to set up and climb that ladder so often. Now I don't have to worry about that either, as these bulbs will last for years. I have recommended SuperGreen Solutions to some of my fellow business owners on Main St, and they made the switch too, including another art gallery. Anyone who is interested in seeing the LED lighting here is welcome to come by anytime we are open.

Kevin and his dad are personable and professional in communication, and although w some delay, always responded to my inquiries. The last part of the project took them a good month to finish and several calls to remind them of that part. Problem is: a year after all is done the GFCI outlets in the house keep tripping at all times, random times. This morning no outlet in the kitchen works...no toaster, no coffee maker. As soo. As I turn them on, they trip. Tried 4 different devices: electric water kettle, toaster, toaster oven and dishwasher. Nothing. About 10 month ago they came to check on the situation (after weeks of calls) and not only they said all was ok, they tracked mud on my new main bedroom carpet. Additional Emails and calls have been ignored. December 2nd 2023.

From the moment I reached out, their team was courteous, timely, and communicative. They scheduled a window that fit my work and family life, and they stuck to it. The technician arrived promptly, introduced themselves professionally, and walked me through the plan for moving the doorbell wiring. What stood out most was the craftsmanship. The wiring relocation was meticulous and clean no loose wires, no exposed conductors, and no messy traces left behind. The new doorbell setup looks and works exactly as it should, with a tidy install that you can tell was done by someone who takes pride in their work. It's clear they treat electrical work as more than a job - it's a craft. Communication throughout the project was reassuring. I appreciated the proactive updates, transparent pricing, and any small questions I had being addressed promptly and clearly. It's rare to encounter a contractor who combines technical precision with excellent customer service, but Bright Spark Electric hits both marks. If you're looking for reliable, clean, and faultless electrical work, especially something as sensitive as moving wiring for a doorbell, Bright Spark Electric is a standout choice. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future electrical needs. Highly recommended.

Now we need another one done, and Jimmy, one of their techs, came out to do a fall system check and noted that our second HVAC system was getting towards the end of life and that maybe we should schedule an evaluation to assess the system further and get estimates for a new system upstairs, as the downstairs unit was replaced about 2 years ago. We called and scheduled Jimmy to come back; he did, assessed the system, and gave us some estimates and options based on the information he gathered when he initially came out. We are contemplating having them replace the system despite the cost, as Jimmy explained that the price will only go up and never go down.
