We hired TradeMark Construction to renovate our kitchen and family room. No contractor has ever spent one-quarter of the time that Vasilios (the owner) spent with us or done any better work than them! If you read nothing else, know that there is NO ONE better than TradeMark and Vasilios!! They are incredible and we can't be any happier!! Vasilios came to our house three times to ensure that what we envisioned would become our reality and it did! He spent well-over two hours on two separate occasions with us in his showroom which had every possible combination of quartz, cabinetry, backsplash and flooring. He then helped us re-design our family room. He had samples of everything and showed us what everything would look like together. He also used 3D modeling to show us how it would look. The renditions were perfect. Marvin and Mike from TradeMark Construction whom did the work were equally as amazing! The quality of their work and attention was to detail was perfect. They too were great to work with. They were friendly and punctual. Vasilios communicated regularly with us during the entire five weeks. He also came onsite regularly to ensure everything was just right and to support his team and us. He walked through personally with a punch list upon completion to ensure it was flawless (and it was)! Everyone Vasilios brought in from the plumber to electricians were incredible. 8 years ago I had a kitchen remodel done that of course included flooring. The floor went bad after 2 years. I didn't really get why that happened. I am having the floor replaced. The contractor who is replacing the tile informed me that there are basic cement boards not put in place. I don't trust Trademark. Buyer beware. read more

Except having a desire to remodel, I had some ideas on what I wanted, but no idea on how to properly remodel our kitchen and bathroom, what products to use, envision a suitable design, what things to change, etc. Good fortune was on my side because I received a recommendation to talk to TradeMark Construction and I am super glad I did. They did a remodel of our kitchen and bathroom. Their designer, Nona was extremely professional, friendly, and talented with a great vision. She first listened to our desires and thoughts and then helped guide us to a beautiful design. She provided fantastic guidance on how to make the best out of our space and make it more functional. As a designer, she takes you into the intricacies of each piece and explains why it would be practical to choose one way or another. Upon making a decision it was time to update a kitchen and replace flooring in one of my rentals, I began searching the internet for a contractor to make it happen. Among others, I contacted Vasillios and Trademark construction via extensive positive reviews I found for them online. Upon our first meeting, he also offered to provide references if I chose to move forward to utilize his services but wanted to conduct further due diligence. All of Vasillios' prior clients raved about his thorough work and communication during their projects. I felt a genuine response that served as the tipping point for me to put full faith and confidence for Vasillios to deliver. Prior to even beginning the project, Vasillios created multiple designs for me to choose from to maximize the available space and give me a visual of the finished product. No other contractor has done this for me. Additionally, during my time in his showroom, he helped me understand the differentiating grades of material and answered my questions regarding longevity and resilience to use. Vasillios' team worked diligently on my project and took no shortcuts. I was just impressed on how the work really transformed the space. Upon running into a previously undiscovered electrical concern, he called, explained the issue and gave me avenues for remedy. This was where I knew I had made the right decision. The number one thing Vasillios did was to be sure to have all of the materials before he ever started the job. Nothing is more frustrating to a homeowner than having a kitchen demoed, only to have to wait weeks for counter or cabinets to come in stock. Our kitchen was begun on a Monday and finished eight days later! This is a family business and several of the workmen were brothers.
