Their attention-to-detail was excellent. 2. Clear, friendly communication. All questions were resolved quickly and kindly. 3. Professionalism. You will be glad you chose Five Star for your project!

We weren't sure if we were going to be able to fit in my home office but the team did some expert problem solving and I now have a lovely little space to work. Maurice was laser focused on helping my husband and I navigate decisions and keep our project moving on time and within our budget. I would definitely hire them again.

I was referred to this company by an associate and initially I was grateful for the referral…read morebecause I was in a bind and needed renovations at my home done immediately. I gave a lot of grace in the beginning due to time constraints that were outside of the company, but soon started to see that the GC was the problem. I was told the project was going to take 3-months - it took about 8 months to complete and I'm still waiting on some items. A lot of work had to be redone due to it being installed improperly or sloppy work. I expressed how I wanted things to go and the contractor did their own thing. I issued the last check with the impression that they would come back to fix my shower because on the best day the water is hot for maximum of 2 minutes and cold after that . I haven't heard from the contractor in months. I've called, emailed, spoken to the assistant that said they would call back but haven't. I would not recommend this company at all. They lack customer service and follow thru, the work has been subpar and it's a struggle finding someone with good work ethic and integrity

They removed the old porch, steps, and sidewalk. They replaced the porch, the steps and sidewalk and walkway. This was done in record time. They also backfilled with top soil and put grass seed out. Thanks again for the amazing job.

When I was looking for a company to do some much needed work to the exterior of my house, I knew I…read morewanted it to be a local one but beyond that, I had no idea what other sort of credentials I should pay attention to. But then I spoke to Valerie and she is just so warm and friendly that I immediately got the best vibes. Wes and his partner then came out to do a free consultation to evaluate a few projects I needed done and were nice enough to give me different quotes for each. As someone who has to do proposals for their job, I can appreciate how tedious this step is and so I really appreciate that small gesture! The quotes were fair and reasonable and as soon as I signed off, the work was scheduled instantly. One thing that really stuck out to me, aside from the frequent updates from my girl, Valerie was when Wes called me to ask about HOA regulations for the railing I had replaced, as he noticed that all of the houses in my neighborhood (because he drove around to look on his own accord!) hafnd a different railing that I ordered. He wanted to bring it to my attention so I did not end up paying a ton of money for work that my HOA could potentially make me redo. I just think that is a the kind of service that builds trust. The work they did was fantastic. Any concern I had was quickly addressed and taken care of. I honestly could not have asked for anything more and they will definitely be my very first call for any and all future home projects!

He did not hesitate and discounted his price, offering his own personal time to give back to the community. The principle is true: what one sows, he will reap. Carlos Contracting does a great job and contributes back into the community - give him a call.

The workers showed up when they were supposed to, left the area clean , and took pride in their work. There were a few hiccups along the way but it was mostly due to issues with the supply chain, sourced from an outside company. Because of that I had several different teams on my project who didn't always communicate. However, any issues were immediately addressed and corrected. The client relations manager, Riveka, was excellent. She was on the site frequently to evaluate how things were going and make sure everything was perfect. She was also able to help with design input and arranged for a paint selection professional designer to do an on-site visit. The owner, Mynor, was also excellent. He came frequently before and after the job. He was able to come up with some work arounds to address any issues. I had already picked out everything before I hired them, as I was going to work with another contractor. Most of my issues were fabricator errors and related to an outside supplier. Unfortunately that caused many delays and Kairos worked with me. I am glad I choose Kairos. I thought their price was fair and was happy the owner wanted to make sure the job was well done.

Out of frustration, I called my insurance company and told them that i was terminating my contract with that company because i felt that they were not a great fit for me. I then logged on to Yelp and searched for a contractor. Several companies came up...Some of them had great reviews and others didn't. I sat and read all the reviews but there was something about this company that felt right to me. I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Ruslan came out. I found him to be very warm and professional. We did a walk through and within days i was sent an estimate. After reviewing the estimate, i decided to go with them and signed a contract. The first day on the job they showed up on time and was ready to work. So much was done within the first week. These guys are very hard workers and they wasted no time when doing their job. There were several hiccups with the plumber and electrician but they were very patient. Ruslan is very meticulous at what he does. I felt very comfortable knowing that we shared something in common. I liked the fact that he allowed me to express my ideas and was open to changes throughout the project. The previous company wouldn't allow me to make changes. Finally, my home is completed and it's gorgeous! I'm so happy and very grateful for all the work that was done by Dargo Home Improvement, llc.
