Great job. Driveway looks great! It is a long driveway and walkway. Apron, sidewalk, driveway, and path to front step.

Once in a while, people have an outstanding experience with a company…read more Mike at Chesapeake Concrete Raising ... has been that experience for me. My porch was extremely sunken . So much so the garage foundation was visible on the side of the porch. The entire concrete pad was at different angels. I thought surely the entire structure would have to be replaced. Which would have required quite a bit of construction and cost. Mikes knowledge and meticulous work saved the structure. Returning what looked like a hopeless situation to a safe, once again attractive structure. Mike at Chesapeake Concrete Raising / Belair, Md. is responsive and knowledgeable and performed meticulous work. He does business with integrity at a huge cost savings. I Highly Recommend Chesapeake Concrete Raising/ Belair, Md! My rating is Perfect!!! Thank You!! Mike Linda .... Baldwin, Md.

I normally do not consider posting a review but was pleasantly surprised when Chesapeake Concrete…read moreRaising replaced the caulking around our in-ground pool. The aging caulk between the coping and concrete was cracking, pulling away from the concrete and badly needed replaced. Mike, business owner, removed the remaining caulking and backing, sanded the gap and replaced with new backing rod and caulk. Mike conducted the job in a very clean, efficient professional manner and the results look great! I would recommend Chesapeake Concrete Raising for any work of this type as we were very impressed with the results. Thanks Mike!

Wow. Where do I begin. Mark Huber built a deck for us. A month after it was built, I contacted him…read moredirectly regarding split and bowed pickets and a top rail that was also split down the middle. He actually told me that he "fired" the person who helped to build the deck because they didn't do good work. After weeks and 3 separate occasions where he said that he would come to assess the problem, he did not show and did not call to say that he wasn't coming. After getting sound legal advice we called him one more time and asked him to correct his mistakes. He did come out and fix the pickets almost 3 months after it was built. Since then, we have discovered a portion that is a part of the support of the under side of the deck that was simply never attached. We have also been forced to replace all of the top rails due to safety concerns, less than a year after it was built. One of our children was nearly injured by a portion of the deck that had split off and was hanging down from a top rail. I have once again contacted Mark Huber to ask about the metal support that was never attached and the remaining portions of the deck that we were forced to replace ourselves. He apologizes, but takes no responsibility. I can't wait to finally seal this deck. When it is in 1 piece. I would not recommend this company to a single soul.

After having the deck replaced at my home, my mother wanted to have her old deck replaced. Since…read moreher deck was not elevated, I recommended looking into concrete or stone. I had followed Montana Concrete Pro on Facebook and loved their work. When I suggested looking into them, she insisted it would be too expensive, but we called to get a quote just to see. Ahmad came out and we explained that we were in the beginning stages and weren't really sure what we were looking for (concrete, decorative concrete or pavers). We saw other project that had sitting walls and firepits, but weren't really sure what we wanted. Ahmad was very understanding and transparent. He worked up a quote for each style and gave us pricing guidelines on added features (sitting wall, firepits, etc). He spent a few minutes explaining the benefits of each style. We let him know we'd have to talk things over and we'd get back to him. We did call two other companies to get prices Montana Concrete was similarly priced to one and more affordable to another. We chose Montana and Ahmad because they were more responsive, professional and transparent during the estimate process. We worked with Ahmad to create a final design, price quote and schedule the job. Because it was busy season (mid-June) we would have to wait until the first week in August. Two weeks later we got a call from Ahmad explaining they had another job in the area next week and he'd like to do our job at the same time since his crew would be in the area. We agreed and the job started the following week. The job was originally planned to take 5-7 working days, but there were a few minor delays due to rain and extreme heat. Even with the delays the job was completed in 8 working days. Ahmad was responsive and transparent about the delays. The finished product is amazing. Montana Concrete came back numerous times after the patio was complete to reseed grass, clean spots from the pavers and remove excess materials. They made sure we were satisfied in every way possible. My mother has received so many compliments from friends, family and neighbors. One neighbor commented that it looked like "something out of a magazine." I would recommend Montana Concrete to anyone.
