This is not a review on this firm's work. I have worked with them before as you can see by my…read moreprevious reviews and they do good work. And generally any issues they address. This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. And it is preferable to over-promising and under-delivering. Will not belabor the point, that is my most recent experience. And hopefully this review saves you... time. Thanks.

I hired Elite Power Washing to wash the outside of my house. At the time I booked them they told me…read morethey would be out sometime in the next week, but that they would contact me ahead of time. It turns out that "ahead of time" meant they sent an email as the technician was on their way, while I was at work. I was hoping for some more notice, so we could move some things out of the way. But, that's hard to plan for when given a 7 day window. When I got home the whole house smelled very strongly of bleach. They did not tell me they would be using bleach. Their claim was "gentle chemicals." But their bleach absolutely ruined the pillows on our porch furniture, which became splotchy and faded. Why would he spray his harsh chemicals around cloth? For that matter, why would they spray harsh chemicals around our plants? I'm worried about them now. All they had to do was let us know a day ahead of time that they were coming out and that we needed to move things out of the way. Instead he just sprayed around (or through) the things on the porch. I tried calling them, but got transferred around to various people who all claimed they couldn't help me, then ended up getting disconnected. This place spends very little time at your property, sprays harsh chemicals, and does not communicate. There is no value here. Go elsewhere.
