We had a phenomenal experience working with Parviz and his crew to remodel multiple bathrooms (4!) in our house. From the first moment, everything went flawlessly, which has not been my experience with other contractors. The company takes pride in its work and DOES sweat the details (in a good way!), ensuring there are no surprises when it comes to functionality, aesthetics, schedule, and costs. Their pricing was fair, and as someone who is a value-conscious consumer, I felt like the quality of the work - not to mention the ease of working with them - was tremendous for the price paid. They also were simply pleasant to have in our home for the better part of three months; they were always incredibly prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and treated our entire family, including kids and cats, with a lot of care. At one point they even helped me push my stuck car out of the mud I'd parked in to free up spots for their trucks. I'm also including some photos so you can see the quality of their work. My very experienced realtor told me these look like remodels that cost twice the price. Parviz and his crew also reliably gave solid input about design choices, and we couldn't be happier with the results. read more

When we purchased our home, we knew there would be remodeling work to do. It had a lot of faded, peeling wallpaper that needed to be removed. We'd hired handymen to do a smaller painting job and weren't satisfied with the results. So when it came time to tackle the bulk of the wallpaper, we chose DreamSpace Remodeling. Right from the start, Parviz gave us confidence that the work would be done well. He listened to what we wanted and provided us a complete estimate. He visited the site regularly, checking on his employees and asking us if we had any questions. When I reported to him that one of his employees wasn't getting as much done as the other, he pulled the employee from the job and put someone else on it. When I noted a seam in the wallboard, he had his workers flatten it and repaint. When he noticed peeling paint around a window that we hadn't asked him to address, he had his workers take care of it anyway. And when the supports for a shower rod got lost, he had an employee purchase, deliver, and install a shower rod. They even provided a shower curtain and hooks! Parviz epitomizes the best in customer service. I highly recommend DreamSpace Remodeling. read more

Parviz, the owner, was easy to work with! He is very responsive and showed up on time! He was very detailed in checking out my place to give me the best quote! I felt the price quoted was very reasonable and he uses quality paint! He did an excellent job with all my requests and beyond! The lines were straight and walls were evenly painted! Can't ask for more! I was very pleasantly surprised with how fast his crew was on finishing the job in 4 days. The job was no small task. My place was over 2000 sq ft, and with 9 foot ceilings for two floors, two sets of tall stairways. I also requested the ceilings be painted. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family, and in fact, I already did! I would use Parviz Painting LLC for my future painting needs! Trust me Parviz is your guy for all your paintings needs! My house looks like new and I'm happy customer! read more

Parviz Painting recently completed a full interior paint job of the entire first floor of my house in Ruxton, MD. The painters are completely professional and experienced. All my coordination was with the owner, Parviz. At my request Parviz used Benjamin Moore paint. All that the painters needed was some cold water, hot coffee, and room temperature paint. I tried to get them bagels but they were too busy. I recommend Parviz Painting for any interior paint job Ted Campbell read more

After getting several estimates from companies to paint a handful of rooms in our new house, we settled on Parviz. His quote was in the middle of the others. He was very professional, showed up for the estimate on time, and had solid reviews online. Scheduling the painting was quick and easy, and we just let Parviz know what paint colors we preferred a few days before we were scheduled (from Sherwin-Williams). Painting itself only took two days. On the first day of painting, one guy showed up, and then for the second day, several people (including Parviz) showed up. Overall, they did a pretty solid job, and we were happy with the quality of the work, the ease of scheduling, and the cost! We will definitely consider them for future painting jobs as well. read more

I'm completely satisfied with the job Parviz Painting did in my 2 bedroom condo. They were prompt, communicative and thorough. I highly recommend them. read more

The signed receipt we thought we'd get was a no-brainer; it was not the focus of our previous reviews. We clearly stated that your workmanship was questionable and you in writing showed a one-year guarantee on the painting. At no time, did you make an effort to return to re-inspect your workmanship and you made no effort to consider re-doing any of it. In fact, you, at one point, tried shaming us by saying that we should be embarassed to request a refund when you worked so hard in the heat. We did not select the date for the work. You did. read more

Parviz and his crew painted my downtown condo living room, kitchen, and bedroom. They did an EXCEPTIONAL job. Parviz offered a very reasonable price and I'm very happy with their work. Parviz and his crew were very professional and accommodating. They installed new closet doors, repaired dry wall, and installed a tv wire accessory. The attention to detail exceeded any and all expectations. I highly recommend Parviz. You will not be disappointed. read more

OMG!!! These guys are awesome!!! They did a stunning paint job through our downstairs, two story foyer, stairwell, and upstairs hallway. I usually do my own painting because nobody will do as conscientious job as I will. I stand corrected! They were very neat, no spills, no messes, and cleaned up after themselves each day. They did the job they promised, in the timeframe they said, for the price they quoted. I will definitely hire them again! read more

I had a great experience with Parviz. Parviz and team painted the entire interior of our home before move-in and we're impressed with the results. I just had my house painted with Parviz Painting and I am very impressed with the quality as well as the price. I got 3 other quotes from different companies and Parviz was the cheapest. He was straight forward and honest about the price and the job. Also, when I adjusted the plan and decided not to paint a room, he knocked off $150 from the quote! His workers are employees and are not sub-contractors, and he also paints himself. He was there everyday, so it was great to have the owner ready to contact and to oversee the whole job. I would highly recommend! read more

I found my painter for as long as I live in this area!! They are excellent!! I hired Parviz to paint a master bedroom and a two story family room, upstairs, and foyer. I could not be happier with the results. Parviz and his team have excellent worksmanship. The level of detail and precision were beyond my expectations. From choosing the paint color to discussing different types of finishes, Parviz' experience and knowledge were evident. He was also professional, pleasant and easy to work with. After he and his team completed that job, I hired him for yet another job. This is a professional and dedicated team. His rates are also very competitive. If you hire Parviz Painters, you will not be sorry. I plan to hire him and his team for a third job! Satisfaction Guaranteed!! read more

From when we requested an estimate to choosing colors and paint type to actually painting, Parviz was beyond helpful and responsive. He and his team showed up early and took the time to prep the walls and ceilings as well as make any necessary drywall repairs before painting. The previous painter left a pretty messy job, but Parviz and his team made everything look perfect. In addition, his price is more than comparable considering the level of service you receive from his company. We have already recommended him to friends and neighbors and will most certainly use him again for our future painting projects. read more

Parviz and his team were excellent! Fast and helpful responses, and friendly service. We had our bedroom repainted, and they showed up promptly at 8:30, and finished before 2:00. The work was excellent, they repaired some water damage and repainted the ceiling, as well as the wall. Our room looks so great, and we're so thankful! I also appreciated that they showed up wearing masks, and were very respectful of our home while working! I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to people in our area.
