I went along with it, and we scheduled carpet replacement for our staircase -- about 26 steps total. They told me the job would be done in three stages: one day for installation, one for binding, and one for a final check. No specific time slot was given, and instead, I was woken up at 7:00 AM by a call from the installer saying he was already in my driveway. He came in, did only six of the 26 stairs, then abruptly said he was finished and left -- leaving a large, uncut piece of carpet on the bottom floor. When I moved the carpet, I discovered a hole in the floor that had been covered up. I immediately tried to contact Luna, but was told I'd have to wait "24 business hours" -- which somehow means three days -- to get any response. No one answers their phone, and even Empire can't get through to Luna when they try on my behalf. It's been over 24 hours, and I still have a hole in my floor and only a quarter of the job completed. I even texted the installer directly to ask what happened with the stairs. He replied saying he didn't do it. I then told him I was just going to call Luna, and only then did he reply saying he would come back to fix it -- but I haven't seen him since. Empire has been no help, and Luna seems totally unreachable. At this point, I feel completely scammed. I want a full refund. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
