Resurfacing /grinding 36x23.5 ft garage floor and creating new epoxy garage floor on 8-11-26. Carlos and Pacheco were very amiable, efficient and confident and skilled and completed this task in 8 hrs. Excellent experience start to finish with Keith and crew. The pricing was reasonable for a 450-foot garage. The instructions were clear, the communication was ample and abundant, appointment times were convenient and available within a week of agreeing to the pricing, the crew arrived within the time frame they confirmed the final cost, the floor was treated and upgraded within two days of 3 or so hours each. Incredibly pleased with the quality, communication, and result. Highly recommended! read more

Absolutely outstanding! Our experience with Keith, Carlos, and the rest of the Granite Garage Floors (GGF) team was nothing short of exceptional. Our decision to finish our garage and basement floors was a big one and from the beginning of the process the GGF team was patient, flexible, accommodating, and responsive. Pricing was fair and the results were better than expected! Thank you! read more

Wow! After Granite Garage upgrades your floor, that is what you will say. You'll probably also say, "why didn't I do this sooner?" So, make the call, and they'll make it happen, and mark my words ... you'll say "wow"! All other 5-star reviewers are spot-on regarding speed, quality, and look. Several years ago we had our garage floor coating. The company that did it ,did not do a good job and it deteriorated quickly. Granite floors gave us a quote to redo the floor, which we were very satisfied with. They were very responsive to our needs, did the job quickly efficiently and the floor looks great. Plus the men that worked were very courteous, worked very hard and completed the job in one day. We couldn't be more pleased. read more

Timely high quality work! The floor for our new garage was custom colored to match our NFL team at not extra cost. It's only a month old but we don't expect any issues. Definitely poly-aspartic experts. Already recommended them to a friend. Had 3 quotes and they were the best value. read more

Keith's team did a wonderful refresh of our floor in our busy laundromat. I made the initial mistake with going with a lighter under color and not putting the polyaspartic coating. Every customer that has come into our store has mentioned how beautiful floors are! read more

I was beyond thrilled with Granite Garage Floors. Everything about the experience was outstanding from the estimate, to the installation, the superior materials and great customer service. I had my 45-year old old garage floor finished a couple of years ago by this company. (Keith McQuade). The contact with the company was very professional. They arrived on schedule and got to work and completed the work on schedule. Several cracks were filled and everything was smoothed perfectly. The floor looked terrific and several friends complimented how great it looked. I almost feel bad putting my winter-dirty car on the great floor! But it cleans up easily in the spring. Recently I moved an old cabinet and had two spots on the floor where the cabinet legs sat. I called Keith and asked about getting a bit of materials so I could fix the spots. Instead, he sent a truck out a few days later and patched the spots at no charge. You can't even tell where they were. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service and professional work. After two years of abuse, the floor still looks great. If you are considering having your garage floor resurfaced, I would definitely recommend this product and company! read more

After several months, I noticed "paw prints" left from my new Tesla. I contacted Keith and he did a great job explaining the probable source (hot tires, low profile tires, heavy electric vehicle, etc.). He agreed to come back to address the situation which he did in a timely manner. Another excellent experience with this Company. Highly recommend !!! ... read more

Great experience, the team was very courteous and professional, recommending Granite Garage Floors to everyone I know!!!

We had a sewage backup and our basement carpet was ruined. We then got a fairly reasonable quote from a company that specializes in wood and vinyl flooring. Thinking that vinyl would be a good option for our needs. At the last minute we called Granite Garage Floors to get a quote because we were a little worried about the basement floor being too wonky for vinyl. Keith came by within a few days and gave us a great quote and even better timeline for completion. (Less than 2 weeks from quote to completion) Their crew was prompt, courteous and professional. The results far exceeded our expectations. I wish I had a garage so we could use them again! read more

Perfection! The entire process from initial contact to final coat was seamless. Keith responded to my initial inquiry within hours. We picked a convenient time for him to visit and discuss with us exactly what the proposed project would entail. We wanted our old garage, and a small patio floor, resurfaced. Keiths quote came a day later and we set a time and date (our choosing) for the process. On the appointed day the Granite Garage Floors crew arrived and went to work. Nothing but professionalism here as well. They were courteous, and eager to explain the process, answer our questions. They returned the next day to apply a final coat and removed all excess materials and refuge. Our floors look fantastic. Kudos to Granite Garage Floors. read more

Granite Garage Floors- Keith McQuaid and his crew were wonderful. The project was completely in a timely and professional manner and looks beautiful. We carefully collected three estimates and found that Granite Garage Floors was the best choice for our floor. Keith was friendly and professional. He even matched the lower price of his competitor. The crew came on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Our job took two days and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Who would turn down a lifetime guarantee? A really great company. They did a great job. They were very fast and very efficient and the floors look wonderful! Really a high-quality product that finishes off our home. We worked with Keith from Granite Garage Floors and he was fantastic. He showed up ion time, he scheduled within a very reasonable (within a week) time frame) and his crew came out and Epoxy-ed the floors in one day. It looks great, and was reasonably priced. We would definitely use them again, and think they did a great job. During the pandemic, it is increasingly difficult to find any trade to do work on your house that will come out on time to do an estimate, to show up within a reasonable time (not like 3 months out, but like that week, or within a week or two is unheard of), and will show up the day of and get the work done without trying to uncharge you. These guys did it all and we thought the job they did was outstanding. read more

Granite Garage Floors did an amazing job refinishing our residential basement cement floor, half of which is nearly 100 years old and showed its age. They came while we were out of town, laid down an optional cement moisture seal we requested, plus three layers of epoxy, decorative flakes, and clear rosin seal. They were extremely respectful of our house and left it impeccably clean. (We were prepared for lots of dust from the cement grinding but there was practically none when we returned!) Keith McQuaid is highly responsive and very easy to deal with. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended. read more

Granite Garage Floors recently finished a project on my residential 2-car garage floor. The floor looks great and the quality of the work completed is outstanding.
