Let me tell you, this is real and the quality is top notch. I just had my house built and was able to get the same granite that's currently throughout my house so a perfect match. Tony is very responsive and arrived on time as agreed. The install was seamless and I am a very happy customer. I am Having a bar built and will definitely use Granite 375 again. I had set my mind on one color but entering this store again but not when it was closed allowed for a more open mind to view the models. Of course it would not be me if I didnt make another selection of color choice in cabinet color. I was then paired with Laura whom was beyond helpful. With a few of my many questions she asked Mike about somethings. Mike stated to me, you came in here the last time as he remembered me and said she saw and confirmed the cabinet she wanted right away. Mike knew that part and was confirming to me to not get too confused and stick with what stood out for me. I still liked the Pebble Cabinets but like the darker of the Greige as well. With Laura assisting we then was able to narrow down 3 countertops and get quotes. I appreciate their assistance, patiences and kindness during my project stressing of selecting the cabinets and other portions thats necessary for the 2nd phase of my kitchen remodel project. The cabinets seem very reasonable in cost however they are not able to do a customizations like a few other kitchen remodel stores.

Kelly's and Emily's service from when I first walked into the showroom until our last email after the bill was paid was quick, personable, smooth and they made it easy. They had a great selection of granite to choose from and the costs were less than what I had seen in other spots since I was purchasing direct without going through a designer or contractor. They were patient with all of my many questions! Although the project was delayed by 4 months because of the pandemic, Kelly was very patient with rescheduling everything. The staff that came to my home for both the measuring and install were highly professional. Even the local Baltimore delivery company that delivered the cabinets (CDS) had great service. Granite and cabinets both arrived with no defects at all, and look great. Even if you live in Baltimore city it is worth the drive to their show room!

We were given a price and the contract was signed that same day! The agent came the next week to measure her floor for the exact measurements and once Chris had the info he called back & the price did change by about $1k but still an excellent price! She put a deposit down when we first went there then paid the rest of invoice when they scheduled the installation. We don't know time frames for ordering products but it took over a month before she got another call to schedule the install. The installers came yesterday & were very professional & did a good job. They even matched up the molding coming into the kitchen & around cabinets and walls and it was perfect. It did take all day but overall great work and again the floor looks amazing.

I can't do similar. I need exact LOL but the customer service was so nice and helpful. Today, I went in for tile for my shower floor. I have no existing shower floor so I could literally go with anything as long as it complimented the rest of the bathroom. The tile selections are endless. And pricey! But get this, they have a discontinued room. Shhhh. Go in there and maybe show them a picture of what you want and ask if they have anything similar that is discontinued. I was able to get a porcelain tile that retails at $20 a piece for $8 a piece. Score! And the manager is so friendly. He supplied my mom her tile when she built her house years ago and still remembers. He gave me a bag of their grout which doesn't stain or grow mildew. Would definitely recommend Chesapeake Tile & Marble for anyone doing some renovations or new build. You'll find one of a kind tiles that your regular home improvement store won't carry.

A friend recommended Chesapeake Tile and I was not disappointed! I brought in my tile sample and Shane did a search with his distributors and found the exact same tile for half the cost of the other tile store! He accurately estimated the quantity I needed and expedited my order!! I experienced excelllent customer service with Shane and his staff and I so appreciated his integrity knowing I was getting the fine quality tile I wanted at a fair price 2 qualities that are unfortunately hard to find these days!!
