Not that they weren't before, aside from the one-off, but recently employees are roaming the aisles intentionally looking for somebody to help. And I'm here for it!!! I've been Lowe's hopping trying to decide on paint colors for a Spring Refresh. Carl, in the paint shop, was especially helpful today! He walked me through my options and helped me decide based on interior/exterior, etc. It was a pleasant experience finally making those decisions and checking it off my list. Of course, I can't visit Lowe's without a visit to talk with the plants. The last Lowe's I visited didn't have many plants, but now that Spring has sprung, they're out! I didn't mean to buy six plants, but who can resist. Some were on clearance and my new fetish is buying cactus plants. AND, I had to buy something colorful to plant in front of the house. There you go. Done. Oh, and a monstera that I've been wanting. It was on clearance so, it doesn't really count. I don't think I'd been to this Lowe's before, but I like it. OH, did you know they have a section called "The Back Aisle"? It's like a clearance section for the whole store. I hadn't seen it before but found it on accident. One more thing for me to visit on my future Lowe's visits. Check it out.

I couldn't be more pleased with PinkSaltWall.com and how they picked out a beautiful lamp for my dear friend's birthday. Idrees made sure it was shipped right away. It needs to have a light behind it to get the full effect of it's uplifting energetic resonance.

Not a great selection compared to other HD locations, but has most of the basics…read more Staff (when you can find them) are usually helpful. Most of the time you will have to hit the self checkout lines (because they don't have any cashiers working). This can be especially annoying when one of them is down and one is card only. You will be at the mercy of how quickly the rest of the customers can check out. Of course, when I went around noon on a Wednesday, most of the people using the self checkout have probably never used a computer. The 'register monitor' just kind of stood in the middle of the floor, refusing to assist in any way. Maybe it was a source of entertainment for her and helped her to pass the slow Wednesday afternoon.

The Branch Manager, Kevin Burns, is an enabler to some of his more.. verbose employees. One in particular, is a man named Rick. And Rick was born without a respect filter for his mouth. He is incredibly disrespectful and condescending. I made calls there and on two occasions, he didn't properly put me on hold and I heard him not only disrespect a colleague asking a simple question, but also berated me while not realizing I could hear every word. Picking up items was also a taxing chore. Last year, there were these two men there that made my pickups very easy. Now there's some woman there who refuses to work and I heard her complain and say she would get the other guys to do her job for her. Luckily it was the short bald guy who actually did his job that I was cool with but now he's not working there anymore. I have since left previous employer and have NO intention of ever shopping there again until new and more competent management take over. Today my anxiety was high as the many options out there for kitchen cabinets (wall, island and wall), countertops, countertop continuance in lieu of back splash and on is abundant. I had set my mind on one color but entering this store again but not when it was closed allowed for a more open mind to view the models. Of course it would not be me if I didnt make another selection of color choice in cabinet color. I was then paired with Laura whom was beyond helpful. With a few of my many questions she asked Mike about somethings. Mike stated to me, you came in here the last time as he remembered me and said she saw and confirmed the cabinet she wanted right away. Mike knew that part and was confirming to me to not get too confused and stick with what stood out for me. I still liked the Pebble Cabinets but like the darker of the Greige as well. With Laura assisting we then was able to narrow down 3 countertops and get quotes. I appreciate their assistance, patiences and kindness during my project stressing of selecting the cabinets and other portions thats necessary for the 2nd phase of my kitchen remodel project. The cabinets seem very reasonable in cost however they are not able to do a customizations like a few other kitchen remodel stores.
