Most of the time you will have to hit the self checkout lines (because they don't have any cashiers working). This can be especially annoying when one of them is down and one is card only. You will be at the mercy of how quickly the rest of the customers can check out. Of course, when I went around noon on a Wednesday, most of the people using the self checkout have probably never used a computer. The 'register monitor' just kind of stood in the middle of the floor, refusing to assist in any way. Maybe it was a source of entertainment for her and helped her to pass the slow Wednesday afternoon.

Picking up items was also a taxing chore. Last year, there were these two men there that made my pickups very easy. Now there's some woman there who refuses to work and I heard her complain and say she would get the other guys to do her job for her. Luckily it was the short bald guy who actually did his job that I was cool with but now he's not working there anymore. I have since left previous employer and have NO intention of ever shopping there again until new and more competent management take over.
