I said this in person as well as he was looking at the door. Half an hour later he calls me down and shows me a new doorknob installed with a handle lock--which we already had had. I had 30 minutes for the brownies to finish, which I though was good time to do the walk and return just before the brownies were done. We left out of the house, and without thought, I locked the knob lock and quickly shut the door behind me. With no keys. Luckily, I had my phone, did a quick search for a "locksmith near me" and found Jet Locksmith. It took a tech (Gary?) about 20 minutes to get to me on that rainy night. I immediately called and someone was supposed to come that night. 2.5 hours later, no one arrived so I had to reschedule for 3pm the next day. The day of service the technician arrived to fix the door. Once he gave me the price ($380) and it seemed very high and unreasonable but from a security standpoint, my parents were concerned about my safety so they said I didn't really have another choice. As the technician was doing the work, he left saw dust and wood all over my floor and didn't clean up (claimed he didn't have a broom or mini vacuum). Additionally he ascetically altered the lock area that the lock goes into and left gapping holes in my dry wall and wood that I am left to repair. lastly, the lock was left sticking and without a smooth open and close, but it did lock. he quickly gave me the keys and left. Upon showing pictures to my family, they were quickly alerted that I had been taken advantage of given the fact that my door and wall frame were damage, and lock hiccuping. Additionally the lock was priced at approx $75 and even with a hour of labor at $100 (he was there for 42 mins and it'can be proven on my camera). He lied and said his rate was $195/hour. At that rate, my door should not have looked the way it did, and the lock mechanism is completely altered, which still creates a security issue. Family attempted to intervene only to receive a $60 refund. Given the poor quality of the work, and lack of integrity in pricing for the service, I want my money back. I also contacted another lock smith who verified pricing for the work I had done at $194 plus tax. Jets locksmith should come and inspect the work themselves, then tell me it was worth what was paid. As a new homeowner, you always hope you can trust the integrity of a company you call in an emergency and, Jet locksmiths failed me. The pictures don't even truly show how terribly I was treated and taken advantage of! Can someone help me to rectify this???

For years, they were located at Reisterstown plaza and within the past few years they have been in Pikesville. Again, I have been coming here for years and I have been able to save tons of shoes from the shoe graveyard. This particular trip came about because of a pair of boots that I purchased on final sale. I couldn't get my foot inside of the boot so I brought it here to get a full zipper placed so I could were these boots for any boots on the ground events. Soooo, after a few days my boots were ready for pick up and I was able to wear my boots as promised. Happy customer 10/10~ will definitely be back to salvage any of your shoe needs. Oh, They also have a drive thru which is beyond perfect and convenient.
