This is a long overdue review for ATH! They handled two major home projects for us in 2025 in a…read moremidcentury modern condo. This review is for the first one, a bedroom ceiling/roof leak that needed mold mitigation, asbestos testing and renovation. March 2025: Leak originally started as a moisture spot on the ceiling in October 2024 but my HOA ignored it. By March 2025, the ceiling had become so compromised that water streamed in like a waterfall during a massive storm. My original contact was Noah - he gave me an estimate (along with two other companies). I really appreciated how Noah was communicative, informative and thorough. And! he didn't badger me w/ phone calls & emails, like the other two companies did. He understood that I said I would take care of the situation when I could b/c I was in the middle of Massage Therapy school. I understood the "risks" of having mold & just shut the bedroom off. Fast forward to August 2025 & now we're ready to take care of the situation. Noah followed protocol of getting an asbestos test first. Luckily, it was negative. Then Spencer, their Mitigation Specialist? built a special containment room, inside the guest bedroom that sealed off the contaminated area. Heavy duty fans stayed on for about 72 hours? so the area could be thoroughly dried after being treated w/ some kind of mold treatment. Noah was available via text when I had questions - that was surprising & super helpful! Once Mitigation was completed, Noah connected me w/ Jacob at their Restoration Department. He sent over a stellar crew led by David & they proceeded to rebuild about a quarter of the bedroom - meant to mention that they had to rip out dry wall, scaffolding, etc. This crew rebuilt and then refinished the area, including re-installing wainscotting and painting the ceiling + walls. The results? This bedroom looks gorgeous! We were thrilled with how thorough/smooth ATH was w/ this process & how the renovation turned out. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism, flexibility and high standards. Thanks to the ATH Team!

Hi! hope you read my review first before calling other companies in fixing your water damage issues…read moreand leakages. Let me give you a summary of what you will be your experience: 1. Nesur consults you, works around your time 2. The most budget friendly youll ever get 3. His advice, take them. He his way around stuff. 4. Cleanliness is top notch. 5. Covid19 friendly. All has masks. 6. Did I say budget friendly? Here is my full review: In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable! Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company. Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do. Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys! P.S. I fairly make reviews now because of time constraints and ofcourse since its saturated now, but I want to make sure they get the rating they deserve. So here a review from a former four year elite. Stay safe.

The owner Nasur Curi literally had the balls to stand in our kitchen and imply that WE had…read moresomething to do with the damage from their people damaging our counter when they reinstalled our dishwasher after assessing a water damage leak. Why? Because we didn't call for a week after it was installed. Wow. That's so long after the install. Because normal people bend over in their dishwasher and notice discrepancies right away all the time. I'm 6'1. I'm not going to see the top screw and how your boys cracked our cabinets right away unless I get on the floor. Nasur had the nerve to say to me, "Look at it from my shoes." No I will not. Look at it from MY shoes pal! Your boys f'ed up our cabinets and you are so disrespectful that you imply that WE did it. Screw your perspective! When you've done nothing wrong, you have nothing to hide. You, Mr. Curi, do have something to hide. The dishwasher was installed crooked and his people cracked the frame of our counter. He told my wife "I drove all the way out here from central Phoenix." Nobody cares how far you drove. We are the customer. You run the business. That's what you're supposed to do. He told my wife his guys took pictures of the screws being back in. We demanded to see them. And did we get to see them? No. What's the matter Nasur? Never tried to BS a woman with a brain? I took the picture attached. This is the top left side of the dishwasher. Then he admitted the screw on the right side was loose but according to him, loose screws don't fall out and apparently dogs don't eat screws also according to him. Your boys showed up on a Friday and struggled to get it out and never assessed the damage under our wood floors. They told my wife they'd come back on Monday and put the dishwasher back on crooked. Did they show back up on Monday? Nope! Gee, I wonder why. Could it be because you damaged our cabinets putting the dishwasher back in and didn't want to deal with it? I have $100 that says the pics Nasur took while he stood in our kitchen and insulted us in our own home will have the time stamp changed to cover his ass. This guy is a crook. I don't care how many years of experience you have. If you accuse a customer of basically fraud, you need to work on your people skills. I'm definitely telling every person I know about this garbage service we received. Go back to whatever hole you crawled out of in Central Phoenix and accuse someone else in their own home. Absolutely disgusting. Also reporting to the BBB.

I hired Stan with StoneRidge Home Improvements to do a bunch of handy work around my home and it…read moreturned out to be one of the biggest mistakes I have made in awhile. After obtaining quotes from several other companies, Stan's hourly rate seemed competitive and he also had a few 5-star reviews on Yelp. After reviewing them, it seems people have hated him for simple small jobs. When I submitted the request through Yelp, I submitted pictures and provided a detailed description of what was needed: installation of door hardware on cabinets, a TV stand, and a chest of drawers, assembly and installation of a fandelier, adjustments on my dishwasher and refrigerator, and relocation of an electrical outlet. After submitting the Yelp request, Stan contacted me through Yelp and we scheduled a phone conversation where I explained everything to him. He stated what his hourly rate was. On Monday October 16, 2023 I text messaged Stan to ask how many hours he thought it would take to complete all the work and he replied with, "A few hours." On Wednesday October 18, 2023 Stan arrived at my house at approximately 10am with just a drill in his hand. He stated that he needed to go back to his truck to get more tools. I'm not quite sure why he didn't arrive with his tools ready to go, other than to milk the clock and drive up the cost. I showed Stan the kitchen and explained what needed to be done. I also had him install a knob on a dummy "drawer" by my kitchen sink. Now, on my kitchen cabinets, the owner had installed knobs, so one hole was already drilled. All Stan needed to do was measure 6" from that hole, drill, and install the pull. With the hinges, those holes were already drilled and he just needed to install a soft close hinge over the exising one. Other companies I obtained quotes from said this work would take them 1-2 hours. I work from home so I left the door unlocked for him and went upstairs to get back to work. About 90 min. later I went downstairs to check on him, thinking he'd be almost done. When I went downstairs I saw Stan was only about halfway done and several of the pulls were crooked. I also saw his tools laid out right on top of my granite, not on a towel or drop cloth. I did not see a level, template, tape measure, or blue tape displayed and it seemed he was just eye-balling things. I pointed out the crooked handles to him and he tried to say that it was because of the shadow. I ran upstairs to grab my level and showed him that several were WAY off. How do you show up to someone's house and drill permanent holes into their expensive cabinets and not measure or use a level to make sure things are straight?! I find that to be highly unprofessional! --It gets worse-- A little before 1pm, he still wasn't done (after three hours) and he said he had to leave and pick up his son and would be back in about an hour. About 75 min later he arrived back and got back to work and finished the kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets at around 4pm. Yep, 5 HOURS TO INSTALL PULLS AND HINGES and more than half the work was already done for him! Not to mention, he said ALL the work would take a few hours and he didn't even get to the other 7 things on the list. HE ALSO CHARGED ME FOR THE TIME IT TOOK HIM TO CORRECT HIS MISTAKES! I find this to be an extremely poor business practice and highly unprofessional. Additionally, THE KNOB ON THE DUMMY DRAWER IS NOT CENTERED because he didn't measure anything and it looks awful. Lastly, one of the kitchen cabinet doors doesn't shut and is way higher than the one next to it. Several of the kitchen cabinet doors are not level and he told me he would level everything. How do you level something when you show up without a level? He also left a huge mess for me to clean up, saw dust was everywhere and he said he'd clean up. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and do not recommend this business at all. I attempted to work this out with Stan and he offered no reasonable resolution. I have to hire another handyman to fix his work and complete the rest of the work that he didn't get to. He purposely milked the clock as 5 hours to install cabinet pulls is a complete and total rip off. Plus he charged me to fix his mistakes, which is not right. He is not equipped for this type of work and was grossly unprepared not having basic tools like a level, a tape measure, and blue tape to mark things. His response below is full of a bunch of inaccurate info and mistruths.
