Service was amazing. Carpets were incredible. He did an excellent job. Well worth the money.

Been awhile since we had our carpets cleaned. Didn't think they were that bad, but wanted them cleaned before new baby arrives. We were pleasantly amazed at the difference. We didn't have the whole house done, just the high traffic areas, but now you can really see how clean the previously dirty areas are compared to the areas we thought didn't need cleaning. We will be calling Brian back to do the last room soon! We'd also like to note Brian's excellent customer service. He answered all our questions thoroughly. & when he got to work, he was very efficient in how he went throughout the house. read more

Bradley Carpet Cleaning - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Very pleased with the service we received from Bradley Carpet Cleaners! The owner was the guy who did the service and he was very professional and did a great job--the carpets look brand new! We mentioned Yelp and got the 3 rooms (200 sq feet) for $75. Our rooms were a bigger then the 200 sq feet or whatever the standard is so our entire downstairs cost $90. The owner was very professional and took his time making sure they carpets were really cleaned - he was over for 3+ hours. And told us to call if something didn't look right after it was dried and he'd come back and make it right. I would definetly recommend this service and will be using him for my next carpet cleaning need. read more

Brian Bradley of Bradley Carpet Cleaning has been over to our house three times last year. Brian is great; always on time, professional and very thorough. So I found Brian using Yelp. He had just 2 reviews - so we thought we would give him a call. We had a new French Bulldog puppy and we were in dire straits. Brian inspected our carpets with a black light and provided an estimate before he started. Then he proceeded to carefully pre-treat every stain and then spent three hours thoroughly cleaning our carpets and floors. He made sure that by the time he left, our carpets were clean, both stain and odor free. No perfume-y coverup. No nasty chemical smell. Just fresh clean carpets. And - even better - the odors and stains did not re-appear. We were very happy. So of course, we are repeat customers. We especially love that he is WONDERFUL with our dogs. In my book, Bradley Carpet Cleaning Service is the best in the Valley. read more

Brian has cleaned our carpets several times and always does a great job! He goes above and beyond to make sure any stains and smells are out. Our carpets and floors always look fantastic after getting them cleaned. He will literally get on his hands and knees to see where an odor is coming from as I just hang my head in shame for not knowing. He keeps you informed about his process as well as anything that you can expect (that the wool rug will stink for a few days). He also says he will come out and clean any areas again if a stain shows up after treatment, but we have never had to take him up on this because it is done perfectly the first time. read more

Found this company on YELP ;) I'm so glad I did! PROBLEM: Strong pet urine odor in our son's room--so bad that my son had to resort to sleeping on the sofa. Btw, the landlord had previously hired someone else to clean it twice before we moved in, and it still had an odor. We've been here a month. Brian came over to do a quote. He was thorough--I mean, on his hands and knees thorough, smelling and looking over each area with his black light. He spent about an hour checking the room and even checked the other 2 rooms just to make sure there were no other pet urine issues "hiding". He got back to me and provided me with some options. One of his options included just replacing the whole carpet and padding altogether--even if that meant he would lose our business. That to me, shows he was honest, and looking out to see how we can best resolve the issue. After getting an okay from our landlord, we replaced the padding and Brian cleaned the carpet in our garage. He even cleaned our 2 runners since he was waiting in between for the suctioning part. Today, new carpet padding and cleaned carpet was installed and Brian came by to do one last look. Again, he was on his hands and knees, checking each area. He even vacuumed the carpet after inspecting that it was okay and said to call him if there was any issue with the smell coming back. If I could, I would give 10 stars! Thanks Brian for doing such a great job! read more

I used this service in August to help with pet odor. Brian was helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. He goes above and beyond, to say the least. The carpets were, obviously, clean. This week, I tried to use this service again for a move-out and he was unable to access the water line due to a leak in the piping. He did not charge me a dime despite the time spent. The next time I need this service, I will be calling Brian. read more

This guy was great. When I called he took his time and answered all my questions in full detail. Brian knows his stuff, and walked me through all the different options and what they would cost. No sales pitch whatsoever, which I really appreciate. He also gives a yelp discount of 3 rooms/200 sq ft for $75, which was the cheapest I could find. When he came, he got right to work and was very friendly and professional. The carpets looked great afterwards. You are dealing with a person, not a company, and that's what makes the difference with Bradley. read more

Called up Bradley Carpet Cleaning in my mix of calling a few differing cleaners. Brian (the owner) answered and spent the time explaining the process and what he offered. He provided a detailed quote with a few options. There was absolutely no pressure to commit during the entire process (This was different from others I called). I was not in town when the cleaning was complete so he provided before and after pictures along with my invoice. I have since seen the carpet and it looks brand new! Bradley provided great service and would definitely use them again in the future! read more

We used Brian years ago to clean our camper cushions when we purchased a used pop-up camper. He did a great job cleaning them. This was our first time using Brian to clean our carpets. We were very pleased with his work. We were way overdue to get our carpets cleaned, so they were pretty bad. Our carpets looked great when he was done! He is very thorough and meticulous, which I like. We will definitely use him again. He comes highly recommended.... read more

It is good when all the reviews are true! Brian was amazing, took his time to explain the process in detail and the carpets were incredibly clean. We have two large dogs and they love to play, we tend to get the carpets cleaned 3 times a year, I think with how great of a job Brian did we will drop that down to once or twice, he did an incredible job. It has been almost a week since the work was done and the carpet looks like he was just there, it is incredible. There are still plenty of places where you can see the lines from the cleaning equipment where it pushed the carpet a different direction. The look of the carpets just being swept, I am impressed. Thank you for the great work and the incredible attention to detail Brian. read more

We called multiple carpet cleaning companies in order to decide who to use and ended up picking Bradley Carpet Cleaning. BEST DECISION! My family just bought a new house and the previous owners had a dog that was allowed everywhere. The carpet had multiple areas that were heavily stained and the tile/grout was pretty bad. They walked us through the house and explained the process as well as gave us overall knowledge on how to maintain after in order to save some money. It was a really pleasant experience. They were able to make the carpets look brand new by removing the stains and the tile was a shade lighter because it had been so heavily stained with dirt. I was prepared for dark shadows, but clean carpets. They were amazing! I can only hope people will read this review and trust that they offer a great service, but they are good people as well who are truly looking to not just do a job, but take pride in their work. read more

I had my carpets cleaned 2 weeks ago. Brian is a nice guy who took his time in examining my carpets including getting on his hands and knees to sniff the doggie potty spots. He ended up recommending the deep pet stain removal on one spot and the basic spot remover on the others. He did a great job, my carpets look new and no pet stains! The price is well worth the end result even though it took almost 2 days for my carpets to completely dry before I could walk on them. read more

I'm so happy to have found Bradley Carpet Cleaning. I had a company come and do my carpets in the fall that completely trashed them, leaving them brownish and crunchy! I couldn't wait another 6 months to get my carpet cleaned again; I had to bite the bullet and have them redone. I called Bradley Carpet Cleaning and Brian was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what had likely happened with whatever method the other company used, and was very familiar our problem. He came to our house and did a very thorough job (took his time, which I appreciate), and I couldn't BELIEVE the difference. Our carpets seriously looked new again. They are now so soft and lush, and back to their original color. They feel so good on bare feet, and I can honestly say I don't remember them feeling so clean and soft. I thought that other company had ruined our floors, but Brian saved the day! I will never call another company again. Bradley Carpet Cleaning, we'll see you in six months! read more

I haven't done very many yelp reviews, but I felt compelled to leave a positive review for Brian. He took a lot of pride in his work and was able to get stains out of my carpet that had survived several cleanings from other companies. He was very knowledgeable about carpets and cleaning products. As others have noted, he was on hands and knees with the black light sniffing suspicious-looking spots and devising a plan of attack. It's obvious he knows his stuff and I couldn't be happier with the results. My carpet looks new and you'd never know we have a puppy. read more

Good service and a quality cleaning. They are very friendly and do a great job. Use the yelp ad and get a great deal. I would deffinetly reccomend Bradley Carpet Cleaning. read more

I highly recommend! I've used Bradley Carpet Cleaning for 3+ years for both my rental home and my personal home. Brian is excellent. He is very professional, courteous, respectful and always on time. His product and service are second to none. And his prices are absolutely competitive. The only downside? He is very busy so sometimes you may have to schedule a week in advance. But that's a good thing and it shows how great his service is. I will continue using Bradley Carpet Cleaning and high recommend them! read more

Trust the Yelp reviews! I'm glad I did. Brian came out at a convenient time to give me an estimate and run-down of what he'd be doing. He is very friendly and professional. He showed up early on the day of the appointment. I had let him know there was a change in plans and I still had furniture in my apartment (I was moving) but he said it was no problem. He worked around and still covered all areas. After my carpet was cleaned, it actually looked better than when I had moved into the apartment a couple years ago! He worked very quickly and efficiently and was done in little over an hour for my one bedroom apartment. Price remained exactly as he quoted, no additional or hidden fees. I look forward to utilizing Brian's services the next time I need it. Please support local businesses such as Brian so they can keep giving us outstanding service. read more

I just had a carpet cleaning by Brian today, and I'm very pleased!! We had a cat for a long time and tough stains that didn't come off with stain remover nor vacuum carpet cleaner that my friend had. The stains were completely gone and he showed me where my cat peed on the wall using blue flash light. No sales talk, right to the work, answered all my questions very clearly. No funny detergent smell (He said he can add fragrance if you ask) that was really good because I'm a pregnant. I will definitely use this company again. Great work!! read more

My wife and I just purchased new furniture for our master bedroom and decided to get the carpets cleaned before bringing in the new set. I found Bradley Carpet Cleaning on Yelp and was pleased to see 5/5 stars. Upon a little more research, I found that Brian lives right down the street from me! When I called to schedule an appointment, only that Friday would work for me. Brian first told me he wasn't available but after telling him I was getting the furniture delivered on Saturday, he changed his schedule around just to accommodate me! He was on time, extremely professional and personable, and he did the job in about an hour. The carpets look terrific and we'll definitely be using him again. He is our new "carpet guy" for sure! read more

Can't say enough great things about Brian and his company. You don't meet a lot of people who are passionate about their work but Brian is. I found Bradley Carpet Cleaning on yelp and after reading the reviews I figure why not? If it didn't work out I can always go down the list of cleaners should this company not do a good job but Brian exceeded my expectations. In AZ you don't find a lot of companies that give great service. They all seem to just give OK service. Brian is the exception. I hope he never retires. read more

Found this company on yelp and I had NEVER had my carpets cleaned before so I took a chance. He was right on time (to the minute). Brian was very nice and professional. He cleaned all the tile in my house for a reasonable price. The tile looks great, we can definitely see a difference in grout color. There were a few spots that didn't pick up the sealer and he was kind enough to come back the following week and redo them. He was very knowledgable and I would recommend him for any cleaning job. I was very pleased with how attentive and detail oriented he was. Make sure you use Bradley Carpet Cleaning!! read more

I am so happy to report that the reviews are true! I was looking for a quality carpet cleaning company and this is it. Brian was very friendly, explained everything to me and did an amazing job. It had been a couple years since the carpet had been cleaned and we have a dog that helped make it a bit dirtier. When Brian pulled out the black light I was scared of what was hiding. But it definitely let him know where the problem areas were so he could attack them. Just to top things off, Brian called me after leaving the house to let me know he found a ring in his cleaner. He came back that afternoon to return it to me. I didn't even know it was missing! I am so grateful to him for being so honest. Professionalism and top quality...what more could you ask for? I will definitely call them again. read more

This man is a genius when it comes to carpets and tile cleaning! He quickly took out bad spots and gave us pointers about keeping it clean ourselves: what to do and what not to do. Great communication and scheduling. Showed up when expected and provided clear assesment of the outcome. Willing to do a room to see if the process was effective and should be done to all the bedrooms. The rotorvac system was fantastic. Cleaned beyond my expectation. The prices were fair and the time spent was reasonable (not the mad dash some carpet cleaners seem to have once they start cleaning). read more

I was late for our appointment. Bradley turned around and came right back. He did an excellent job. He explains everything he's doing. We read so many great reviews about Bradley Carpet Cleaning that when we realized how much we needed a cleaning, we decided to give them a try. We have had some not-so-great experiences with overpriced 'big name' cleaners in the past. Brian and Randy showed up on time, with great personalities and attitudes (very friendly, but not overly), professional demeanor, and a great deal of knowledge. We could tell from the start that this would not be like any carpet cleaners we had had in our home in the past. The only question remaining was, would the carpets look that much better after they left? Well, after spending over 3 hours between pre-vacuuming and steamcleaning, not only do they look better, but they look almost brand new! Even the padding beneath feels more 'puffed-up'. We never expected them to look this great! I would recommend them to anyone who wants trustworthy, friendly, professional, caring and highly skilled workers in their home. We will only use Brian from now on! read more

So impressed by how well my carpets looked! in the past I was always disappointed with the experience. Brian has great people skills and will go the extra mile to explain everything he is doing as well as what you need and do not. He does not try to upsale at all either. They have always done an excellent job on our carpets. Always on time. Nice guys. Efficient work. I Highly recommend them.

Bradley helped me and my mom clean our rented house in south phoenix. The carpet was really dirty and I was doubting if it could become clean again. Then I saw really good reviews of Bradley and decided to try it. And, he was very easy to talk to and he did an excellent job for us, he cleaned thoroughly and he really brought our carpet back to life. I'v recommended him to my other friends in need and I would definitely use his service again! -Ray. read more

I'll be honest, our carpets looked awful! Embarassingly awful. They are 7-ish years old, much of which were during my (now) husband's bachelor days... it's safe to say they were never professionally cleaned previously. We thought they were beyond the point of recovery and looked into getting new carpets installed but it's SO expensive!! We decided to try a professional carpet cleaning instead, really only hoping to revive them enough to buy us some time. I went with Bradley Carpet Cleaning based on reviews/etc and I couldn't be more happy with the decision! I've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and this place is seriously night and day different! Brian was incredibly thorough and professional, blacklighting the carpets, checking for odors (yes, he literally gets down on hands/knees and sniffs around), etc. He was honest in his explanations and opinions of what our carpets needed, I never once felt like he was trying to "upsell". Here is the best part-- at one point, he stopped and came to ask if we wanted to see the dramatic difference side by side (which was cool all in itself but also shows how much pride he takes in his work, he wasn't just trying to get out of here as quickly as possible to move onto the next house)... no joke, there were 10 shades between clean vs dirty! I'm still amazed. He breathed new life into our carpets and they look brand new! Carpet cleaning 1x year is way more affordable than new carpets!!!! I'm so thankful for finding them and wanted to share my experience to hopefully help others in a similar situation! read more
